Abstract

This research is entitled Learning Problems in MDTA Al-Muttaqin, Jati Utomo Village, Binjai City. This research was motivated by teacher performance and inadequate infrastructure in learning at Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (MDTA) Al-Muttaqin, Jati Utomo Village, Binjai City. This research uses qualitative phenomenological research methods. This method is intended to develop understanding or explain the meaning of an event experienced by a person or group regarding learning problems at MDTA Al-Muttaqin, Jati Utomo Village, Binjai City. The instruments needed to obtain this data are interviews, observations and documentation. The results of this research include the implementation of learning at Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (MDTA) Al-Muttaqin carrying out learning activities in accordance with the learning components, then the problems faced in learning at Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (MDTA) Al-Muttaqin, and efforts which will be carried out in overcoming learning problems at Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (MDTA) Al-Muttakin, Jati Utomo Village, Binjai City.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the negative behavior of students which in general has been very disturbing lately and in the internal environment of the madrasah, violations of madrasah rules and regulations are still often found, such as: not wearing a complete school uniform, fighting, bullying, cheating and various other deviant behavior. Many madrasah schools have implemented the habit of duha prayer in their madrasahs, one of which is Man 2 Langkat. The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence the habit of duha prayers has on the discipline of class XI students in the Man 2 Langkat religion. This research is a type of quantitative research. The data collection techniques used were questionnaire and observation techniques. Based on the product moment correlation test, it shows that the habit of duha prayers with the discipline of religious students in class XI Man 2 Langkat has a relationship of 48.3%. Based on a simple linear regression test, the effect of the habit of duha prayer on student discipline in this study obtained a percentage result of 23.3%. The remaining 76.7% is influenced by other factors outside of things that are not included in the research variables

Abstract

The results of this study show that: 1). The experimental class has a minimum value of 59 and a maximum value of 92, it is known that the average value is 73.55 with a standard deviation of 8.505. 2). The control class has a minimum value of 34 and a maximum of 77, an average of 61.59 with a standard deviation of 9.375. 3). The results of partial hypothesis testing with the significance or influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. That the calculated T value (partial) for the questionnaire results is 5.901 with a significant level (2- tailed) of 0.000, then the Application of Ice Breaking has an effect on Student Learning Motivation in Jurisprudence subjects with a calculated T value of 5.901 > T table 1.671 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 indicates that the Application of Ice Breaking has an effect on Student Learning Motivation in Jurisprudence Class IX at MTs Private Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura. This can be seen with a significant value (Sig.2- Tailed) 0.000 smaller than 0.05. So the research hypothesis Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the role of moral aqidah teachers in instilling character values ​​in class X MA Tarbiyah Waladiyah Pulau Banyak students. The type of research is qualitative research. The subjects or informants in the research were madrasa heads, teachers and students using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection methods include observation, interviews and documentation. Miles and Huberman model data analysis according to this theory, qualitative data analysis can be carried out using a flow and interactive model, namely through the stages of the data collection process, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion presentation. The results of the research are that moral belief teachers have a very important role in instilling character values ​​in students at school. The role of the teacher is as a role model for students, the teacher is a figure who is used as an example in attitude and behavior. Teachers also provide motivation or good advice to their students, especially moral belief teachers who play an important role in this matter.

Abstract

The respondents in this study were Islamic Religious Education teachers, school principals and students at YPII Tanjung Pura Private Vocational School. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research explain the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in shaping the character of YPII Tanjung Pura Private Vocational School students, namely character development through habituation, character formation through attention, character formation through providing motivation, character formation through punishment. The forms of character building activities carried out by Islamic Religious Education teachers in shaping the character of students at YPII Tanjung Pura Private Vocational School, namely teaching based on the curriculum that has been implemented in the RPP, holding express Islamic boarding school activities, through competition activities in commemoration of Islamic holidays, and social activities. The obstacles faced by Islamic Religious Education teachers in shaping the character of students at the YPII Tanjung Pura Private Vocational School are family factors, environmental factors in students' playing and social interactions, lack of cooperation between religious teachers and their parents, students' characters that are difficult to form, and advances in technology. Meanwhile, the solution is to provide supervision, appeal and advice, provide punishment, collaborate with teachers and parents, and provide awards in the form of praise.

Abstract

This research was initially motivated by the dynamics of life in adolescents seeking an identity that has good character. in life, of course, we are social, religious and national, so we need knowledge that can control the mind so that we are patient and understanding in dealing with it. The study of the book Al Hikam presented by Sheikh Dr. Zikmal Fuad Ma (Tuan Guru Besilam) provides an understanding that makes the hearts of anyone who listens calm and peaceful. The problems that exist in this world can be overcome because we have studied the wisdom contained in the book Al Hikam. Wisdom or the meaning of life is an important thing for a person. So it is worth making it a life goal. With wisdom, a person can live life sincerely and solely seeking the approval of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala. Young people who grow and develop in worshiping Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala sometimes have disabilities in their worship. In his worship there are lustful needs such as being cheerful, arrogant and arrogant. So by studying the wisdom contained in the Book of Al Hikam, the aim is to improve the morals of teenagers in accordance with the ideals of the Prophet sallallaahu alaihi wasallam who was sent on this earth to perfect morals. or character, the book Al Hikam is one place to study it.

Abstract

Islamic Court in Indonesia had undergone an up and down historical journey. At the very beginning, the Islamic Court which was well known as Priesterraden, was positioned as the second class court; compare to the state court (Landraad). Under colonial Dutch Government administration, eventhough Islamic court became a living court in moslem community, in fact through an unfair theory initiated by Christiaan Snouck Hurgronje, well known as Receptie Theory, the existence of Islamic court was examined. Later on, this theory had limited Islamic court’s realm (Absolute Competence) into private cases consisted of family law such as marriage, alms, taxes and a little bit inheritance. This situation was not changed under the Japanese administration. The significant change had happened in 1989 when the Indonesia government enacted the Law 7 year 1989 on Islamic Court in Indonesia. As time goes by, the Islamic Court in Indonesia has been improving its institution to a better situation more each time; specifically after the enactment of Law 35 Year 1999 on Integrated Judicial System. Recently, through the Law 3 Year 2006 on New edition of Islamic Court in Indonesia, the Islamic court’s realm was exceeded into Shari’ah economic cases. This reality had proved that moslem community believed in Islamic court performance to deal with their cases.
