Abstract

This is due to the use of methods in conveying subject matter used by teachers who still tend to use conventional methods (lectures and question and answer) and students are still seen as passive student objects because learning activities are still teacher centered (teacher center). The conclusions from the implementation of this research are: The reading achievement of class VII students of MTs Ponpes Tajussalam for the 2022/2023 Academic Year has increased by using the Model Drill strategy in the Al-Qur'an Hadith subject, specifications for understanding Al-Qur'an reading material from the data conclusions obtained ie In the first cycle completeness reached 56.55% of students. In cycle II, the percentage of completeness was achieved by 63.64%, an increase of 7.8% from the pre-cycle. In cycle III, the percentage of learning completeness was achieved by 78.8%, there was another increase of 15% from cycle I. In Cycle III, the learning completeness was 90, 3% increased from cycle II. So from pre cycle to cycle III there is an increase in level of 33.7%

Abstract

T This study used the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method with the object being class VIII students at MTs Al-Mu'min Dogang. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews and written and unwritten tests. This research is more in the nature of solving a problem whose results are described as a whole. The results of this study indicate that 1) in the first cycle, 19 students achieved completeness and 11 students who did not complete with an average score of 73.1. Whereas in cycle II there were 28 students who completed and 2 students who did not complete with an average score of 77 using the SQ3R method (Survey, question, Read, Recite, and Review) can improve student learning outcomes in class VIII in the Islamic Cultural History subject . Then it can be concluded that what the researcher wants can be said to be successful and the cycle is not continued. and Review) can improve student learning outcomes in class VIII Islamic Cultural History subjects. Abstract

This shows a positive and significant relationship. The academic scores of students at MTs Ikhwanul Muslimin have an average result of 53.2, the median is 53.9, the mode is 53.1, the variance is 18.76 and the standard deviation is 4.33 which is acceptable with significant tolerance limits. This shows a positive and significant relationship. There is a positive and significant relationship between the variable utilization of E-Learning applications and students' academic grades at MTs Ikhwanul Muslimin Secanggang District with a regression line Y=21.84 +0.62 X. There is a significant correlation between the utilization of E-Learning applications and academic grades students in the fiqh subject at MTs Ikhwanul Muslimin Secanggang

Abstract

The background of this research is that based on the identification carried out by the researchers at the research location, namely: The application of online learning during the Corona Virus Disease-19 pandemic so that Islamic Religious Education teachers must use smartphones as learning media. The objectives of this research are: To determine the effect of using a smartphone as a learning medium on student achievement in the subjects of Islamic Religious Education class VIII Private Junior High School Nusa Indah, Secanggang District. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative research method. In this study the form of the instrument used is in the form of a questionnaire using a Likert scale attitude that has been modified with the following assessments: Strongly agree score 3, Agree score 2, Disagree score 1. The results of this study are: The r_xy value is calculated as 0.379 in The correlation index number above is in the 0.20 – 0.40 group, which means that between Variable X and Variable Y there is a weak or low correlation. This means that the use of Smartphones as a learning medium on the learning achievement of Islamic Religious Education students of class VIII Private Junior High School Nusa Indah Secanggang has a weak correlation

Abstract

This certainly affects the behavior of students who seem less disciplined in their learning activities. Both in terms of coming to school and in doing the assignments given by the teacher. Students do not have role models that must really be emulated so that they act according to their wishes. This type of research is quantitative research, data collection methods by means of observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques by means of statistical tests to find research results. The result of the research is that there is a positive and significant relationship. The discipline level of student learning at MTs Al Banna Pulau Banyak has a mean result of 52.7, the median is 53.6, the mode is 53, the variance is 17.85 and the standard deviation is 4.22 which is acceptable. with limits indicating positive and significant tolerance. There is a positive and significant relationship between the variables related to the teacher's personality competence in teaching and the level of student learning discipline at MTs Al Banna Pulau Banyak with the regression line Y = 22.37 +0.61 X. There is a significant correlation between the teacher's personality competence and the level of discipline student learning at MTs Al Banna Pulau Banyak after carrying out a regression test with the product moment formula with a calculated result of 0.833 with a strong or high level of relationship.

Abstract

This study departs from the researcher's observation of a small town that is Tanjung pura Langkat Regency by looking at the history of Tengku Amir Hamzah which is still known so far in terms of culture and education but here researchers will review more in terms of cultural education of Malay culture in Langkat. This research focuses on the thought of Tengku Amir Hamzah about Malay cultural education in Langkat to the people of Langkat who are in the process of education using literary works as a medium of learning that is still preserved. The type of research is qualitative research, data collection methods by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques with inductive analysis to find research results. Malay cultural education until now there are still preserving with some variations. From the thoughts of Tengku Amir Hamzah, we can know that Malay culture upholds good manners. No wonder from several sources many say that Tengku Amir Hamzah is a very good figure in speech. Amir Hamzah is a creative figure in creating his works. He is an explorative poet who has cultural and aesthetic "leaps" that transcend the era in which he lived. His works can be a reference for poets in the present and future, as well as useful for educators who want to continue to preserve Malay Culture to the current generation.

Abstract

Teachers must continue to improve their abilities related to the digitalisation of education. The type of research is qualitative research, data collection methods by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques with inductive analysis to find research results. The results of the study are the pedagogical competence that has been shown by the moral aqidah teacher where he is able to manage learning well where the moral aqidah teacher has understood all students, is able to plan and implement learning well. Another moral aqidah teacher competence is personality competence which is shown by an attitude that provides an example, according to what is said or taught with what is done. Furthermore, the professional competence that exists in moral aqidah teachers is mastering the material well. Moral aqidah teachers at MTs Negeri I Langkat have shown other competencies, namely social competence. This is evidenced by the ability of the moral aqidah teacher to build communication with students, teachers and all school residents.

Abstract

The application of the dimensions of Pancasila Student Character especially in the dimensions of faith, piety to God Almighty, and good morals has not been optimally carried out by teachers of Islamic religious education. This is evidenced by the non-optimal efforts made by PAI teachers to increase these dimensions. This dimension includes religious ethics,personal ethics, ethics towards humans ethics towards nature, and national ethics. The research approach used is a qualitative method with a case study type. Information collection was carried out through interviews, observation, and recording. Participants in this study consisted of school principals, PAI teachers and SMP Negeri 2 Tanjung Pura students. The research data were then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman analysis methods which included data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the data analysis carried out, it can be concluded that, (1) the teaching methods applied by PAI teachers in shaping the character of Pancasila students who believe, fear God Almighty, and have noble character are not only carried out in class, but also through examples of behavior and good character building. (2) Furthermore, the impact of the PAI teaching method on thec haracter of Pancasila students who believe, fear God Almighty, and have noble character is focused on preparation students to go directly into the world of work, industry, and business. Therefore, the role of good morals is very important in supporting student competence.

Abstract

This research focuses on discussing students' emotional intelligence, moral aqidah learning achievement and the influence of Emotional Intelligence (EI) on moral aqidah learning achievement of class VIII MTsN 1 Langkat students. This research uses a quantitative approach, which is a method used to answer research problems related to data in the form of numbers and statistical programs. The research respondents totaled 35 students. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of library research, observation, interviews, questionnaires and interviews. Hypothesis testing uses the product moment correlation formula. The results of the research explain that the influence of Emotional Intelligence (EI) has a positive and convincing contribution to class VIII MTsN 1 Langkat students and is categorized as very good 27 (77%). The learning achievement of moral aqidah of class VIII MTsN 1 Langkat students has been categorized as very good, 27 (77%). The influence of emotional intelligence contributes positively and convincingly to the moral aqidah learning achievement of class VIII MTsN 1 Langkat students, most of which are categorized as good with a moderate or sufficient level of significance, namely 0.561

Abstract

This research aims to find out first the planning of the principal's work programme on teacher performance at MTs Babussalam Besilam, second the principal's efforts to implement the principal's work programme on teacher performance at MTs Babussalam Besilam, third the obstacles to the implementation of the principal's work programme on teacher performance at MTs Babussalam Besilam. The method used in this research is qualitative by using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation by focusing on information data sources, namely: Principal, vice principal, administration, and English teacher to strengthen the validity of the data obtained. From the results of this study using three findings, namely: First, the planning of the principal's work programme on teacher performance at MTs Babussalam Besilam has been carried out well, carried out in the form of meetings and deliberations with teachers, second, the principal's efforts to implement the principal's work programme on teacher performance at MTs Babussalam Besilam are carried out by giving assignments to teachers according to their abilities and work according to their expertise, third, the obstacles to the implementation of the principal's work programme on teacher performance at MTs Babussalam Besilam are carried out by teachers while working to find out the extent to which the improvement of teacher performance has been running.
