Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the determination of port facilities and container flow growth mediated by spatial regulation toward the development of Makassar Port in the South Sulawesi province. The main problem of Makassar Port is the capacity of wharf and terminal container yard Hatta which has been almost in the optimal condition due to the limited port land which is in the center of Makassar City and has not been integrated with the transportation modes in the port area. This research uses the path analysis, with sample as many as 133 persons from Makassar Main Port Authority Office, Local Government of Makassar City, Pelabuhan Indonesia IV, and Makassar Container Terminal as well as Port Directorate of Directorate General of Sea Transportation. The result of this research states that there is no determination of Spatial Regulation which neither strengthens nor weakens the relationship between Port Facilities and Port Development. It is expected that the preparation of Regional Spatial Plan pays attention to the need for space to build port facilities by providing a space for port development. The unavailability of space will force the optimization of port facilities in the existing port and become a negative determination to the need for port development. It needs coordination with the Local Government so that the spatial regulation supports the development of Makassar Port.

Abstract

The purpose of this scientific article is to search for literature in support of the variables in this scientific article and given results for consideration in future research as research gaps or with different research objects. The research method used is qualitative with literature reviews to get results.  The results were obtained Most of the scientific articles of the review literature had a significant effect on the transactional leadership  variable with employee performance ,  as well as the employee  performance variable with organizational performance.

Abstract

Artikel ilmiah tersebut diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang dinamika produktivitas karyawan di lingkungan universitas dan menyediakan landasan teoretis serta praktis bagi pengambil kebijakan dan praktisi manajemen sumber daya manusia di institusi pendidikan tinggi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas organisasi mereka. Metode penelitian dalam artikel ilmiah ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan sumber data berasal dari artikel – artikel yang berasal dari jurnal-jurnal yang telah dipilih untuk menjadikan landasan dalam artikel ini. Analisis yang dilakukan ialah menggunakan hasil artikel ditambahkan dengan perspektif peneliti sebagai hasil penelitian dalam artikel ini. Secara keseluruhan, pendekatan yang komprehensif dan integratif diperlukan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja, dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai dimensi dan faktor yang mempengaruhi keterikatan kerja, pengembangan karir, dan komitmen organisasi. Hasil artikel ini memberikan tambahan wawasan dan warna berkaitan dengan variabel yang berkaitan dengan bidang manajemen sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to review the existing results of the variables and see the results from the perspective of the author. To do this, the study will use a literature review of 30 international articles and provide an overview of the results and perspectives of the authors. The results of the study show that some variables have an influence on exposure, but not all variables are present in every paper or research result. This can be used as a reference for the variables in this paper.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between ship agency service quality, interpersonal communication and user satisfaction at PT Buana Listya Tama, either partially or simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative method by conducting a survey, and the data is analyzed using correlation and regression. The results showed that the interpersonal communication variable was also positively correlated with customer satisfaction with a t-count value of 6.108 and greater than t-table of 1.998 so that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Through the F test, it is known that the quality of service and interpersonal communication simultaneously correlates with satisfaction where F count is greater than F table (90.839 > 2.75) 50 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The coefficient of determination (R Sguare) between variables is 0.749 or 74.9%. The contribution of service quality and interpersonal communication to customer satisfaction is 74.946%, while 25.1% is influenced by other factors not examined. 749 or 74.9%.
