Master: Jurnal Manajemen Strategik Kewirausahaan Is a journal published twice a year (January and July) by LPPM Universitas Pelita Bangsa and Program Studi Magister Manajemen Universitas Pelita Bangsa that focused on management, Strategic and Entrepreneurship Studies. The aim of the journals is to disseminate the research in management and entrepreneurship studies that include marketing, finance, production, human resources, and strategic management. This journal did not give limitations on research methods, both quantitative and qualitative can be accepted and the data from primary, secondary, and literature review.

Perkembangan tehnologi saat ini telah diiringi dengan cepatnya jaringan internet, sehingga membuat para pelaku usaha lebih dipermudah dalam melakukan pemasaran di sosial media melalui smartphone secara langsung. Hal ini yang mendorong penelitian untuk mengkaji dan mengukur seberapa efektifitas minat beli konsumen di sebuah sosial media. Penelitian ini menggunakan sosial media Instagram untuk mengidentifikasikan minat beli yang dialami konsumen pada akun Instagram @minyakzaitunasli. Untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi minat beli pada suatu postingan produk maka pada penelitian ini akan mengungkapkan hasil atas pengujian antara tipe post, waktu post, followers dan testimoni pada suatu postingan produk dan jumlah pengikut di Instagram. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitaf dengan analisis regresi linear ganda. dengan mengambil sampling 51 responden dalam pengisian kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada follower account@minyakzaitunasli. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tipe post dan followers tidak mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen. Waktu post dan testimoni berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen. The current development of technology has been accompanied by a fast internet network, thus making it easier for business actors to do marketing on social media via smartphones directly. This has prompted research to study and measure the effectiveness of consumer buying interest in social media. This study uses Instagram social media to identify the buying interest experienced by consumers on the Instagram account @minyakzaitunasli. To find out what factors can affect buying interest in a product post, this study will reveal the results of testing between post types, post time and testimonials on product posts and the number of followers on Instagram. Research shows that the type of post and followers do not influence consumer purchase interest. Post time and testimonials affect consumer purchase interest

Penelitian menguji peran lama usaha dalam memoderasi pengaruh kapabilitas komunikasi sosial media terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pelaku usaha yang membangun bisnisnya secara online di daerah Cikarang. 56 kuesioner berhasil dikumpulkan, terdapat 52 kuesioner yang valid. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis moderasi yang diolah menggunakan software Smart PLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lama usaha memoderasi pengaruh kapabilitas komunikasi sosial media terhadap kinerja pemasaran (path. 0,238 Sig. 0,078). This study examines the role of business length in moderating the influence of social media communication capabilities on marketing performance. The data in this study obtained a questionnaire that was distributed to business people who built their business online in the Cikarang area. 56 questionnaires were successfully collected, there are 52 valid questionnaires. This study uses moderation analysis which is processed using Smart PLS version 3.0 software. The results showed that the length of effort moderated the effect of social media communication capabilities on marketing performance (path. 0.238 and Sig. 0.078).

Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kompensasi melalui motivasi kerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru. Objek penelitian adalah guru di Kabupaten Bekasi. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 guru sebagai responden yang mengisi kuesioner. Analisis menggunakan model perbandingan struktural (SEM) dengan program perangkat lunak Smart PLS. Hasilnya menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, dan motivasi kerja memediasi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, akan tetapi kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja, dan motivasi tidak memediasi kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of principal's leadership and compensation through work motivation in improving teacher performance. The object of research is teacher in Bekasi Regency. The research sample was 100 teachers as respondents who filled out the questionnaire. The analysis uses a structural comparison model (SEM) with the Smart PLS software program. The results show that there is an influence of principal's leadership, and work motivation mediates principal's leadership on teacher performance, but compensation has no effect on work motivation, and motivation does not mediate compensation on teacher performance.

Banyak perusahaan melakukan analisis bisnis strategi untuk mengetahui posisi perusahaan ada di posisi mana sehingga perusahaan bisa mengambil strategi yang tepat dalam persaingan bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui posisi strategi PT. WDJR dan menyarankan strategi terbaik. Analisis SWOT di PT. WDJR belum pernah dilakukan dan dipublikasikan sehingga hasil penilitian ini sangat baik untuk direkomendasikan demi kemajuan perusahaan dan ilmu pengetahuan. Penelitian kualitatif ini dilakukan dengan mendistribusikan kuesioner kepada para pimpinan perusahaan untuk mengetahui aspek internal dan eksternal perusahaan. Selanjutnya data diolah dan dipetakan kedalam grafik SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa PT. WDJR ada di posisi kwadran satu pertumbuhan dan strategi yang cocok untuk perusahaan adalah startegi agresif meliputi melakukan penetrasi dan pengembangan pasar serta melakukan pengembangan dan inovasi produk supaya perusahaan bisa berlangsung untuk jangak panjang (sustain). Companies have done performance analysis to understand position of their business, this is very important for company to address the correct business strategy to win competition. This research aim to understand business strategy had done by PT. WDJR and suggest the best strategy based on company position. There is no such similar research has done in this company so this result will definitely contribute positively to the company and science. This qualitative research done with questioners distributed and collected from managerial level to collect internal and external aspects which contributes to the company. Data then analyzed and mapped to the SWOT graph. This research show that PT. WDJR stayed in quadrant number one is growth. The business strategy suitable for this position is to strongly develop and penetrate market by doing development and innovation to win the business competition. This research result imply to the company to sharpen their current business strategy for sustainability.

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to design implementation for two employee categories (A and B) model profit as lecturer’s moral responsibility as part as an employee of the private university. Design / methodology/approach - This paper uses a case study approach to analyze the implementation of profit maximization in private industries such as financial services, to be applied in the private higher education industry to face open competition, especially corporate universities. Findings - The results of the research find that there is a positive and significant relationship between profit maker and profit keeper are in line with the moral responsibility of private lecturers. Limitations/implications - Research is very limited on owner respondents, and there is no measurement transparency model. It is a challenging implication for further research. Practical Implications – This research will be useful for applied research. The investment must be profitable. Student consumers must be looked after. Industries are transforming rapidly due to competition, market share, and avoiding failure. The model strategy should be run as a profit-oriented industry. Originality / value – The research contributes greatly to professional models for private owners and lecturers, also provides a collaboration formula for sustainable competitive strategies from the start of investment to how it becomes more profitable.

Kepemimpinan dalam organisasi berperan penting dalam mengarahkan anggota tim untuk dapat mencapai tujuan yang yang telah ditetapkan yang dimana tujuan organisasi ini adalah sejalan dengan arah visi yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap keterikatan kerja. Pendekatan penelitian ini dengan penelitian kuantitatif melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan sebagai data primer di PT. Bumimulia Indah Lestari sebanyak 60 responden. Kuesioner menggunakan interval nilai 1-10 sebagai alat pengumpulan data untuk mengambarkan penilaian responden dari penilaian sangat tidak setuju hingga sangat setuju, data yang diperoleh tersebut kemudian diolah menggunakan Smart PLS 3. Kepemimpinan transformasional pada keterikatan kerja berpengaruh melalui motivasi tetapi tidak terhadap keterikatan kerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai mediasi, hal ini perlu menjadi perhatian khusus bagi perusahaan. Leadership in the organization plays an important role in directing team members to be able to achieve the goals that have been set where the goals of this organization are in line with the direction of the vision that has been set by the company. This study aims to see how much influence transformational leadership style has on work engagement. This research approach with quantitative research through questionnaires distributed as primary data at PT. Bumimulia Indah Lestari as many as 60 respondents. The questionnaire uses a value interval of 1-10 as a data collection tool to describe the respondent's assessment of the assessment of strongly disagree to strongly agree, the data obtained is then processed using Smart PLS 3. The results of this study show the influence of transformational leadership on employee work engagement through motivation. Transformational leadership has no significant effect on employee work engagement through job satisfaction as a mediation, this needs special attention for the company.

Pemimpin yang memiliki jiwa pancasila Ini sangat dibutuhkan ditengah – tengah persaingan industri yang berkembang pesat. Ditengah Persaingan yang terbuka terkadang melahirkan suatu problematika persaingan yang tidak sehat dan tidak mencerminkan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Faktor kepemimpinan memiliki peran yang sangat penting terhadap keinginan karyawan untuk tetap tinggal terutama dalam hal memperlakukan karyawan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai pancasila. seorang pemimpin dapat memberikan jaminan keadilan dan kesejahteraan sebagaiaman yang tertuang pada sila ke 5 pancasila keadilan sosial bagi seluruh rakyat indonesia.dalam hal ini pemimpin harus mampu memberi rasa adil dan harapan kesejahteraan kepada karyawan sehingga dengan demikian karyawan bisa lebih termotivasi mengembangkan karir dan mendapatkan kepuasan kerja. Metodologi: penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data simple ramdom sampling pada perusahaan Konsultan Teknik Semarang, untuk metode analisis datanya diolah menggunakan PLS dengan bantuan aplikasi SMARTPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Pancasila terhadap Niat untuk Tinggal dengan dimediasi Kepuasan kerja terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan. Leaders who have the spirit of Pancasila This is very much needed in the midst of a rapidly growing industry competition. In the midst of open competition, sometimes it gives birth to a problem of unfair competition and does not reflect the values of Pancasila. The leadership factor has a very important role in the desire of employees to stay, especially in terms of treating employees in accordance with Pancasila values. a leader can provide guarantees of justice and welfare as stated in the 5th principle of social justice for all Indonesian people. In this case the leader must be able to give a sense of justice and welfare expectations to employees so that employees can be more motivated to develop careers and get job satisfaction . Methodology: This research is a quantitative study with a simple random sampling method of data collection at a Semarang Engineering Consultant company, for the analysis method the data is processed using PLS with the help of the SMARTPLS 3.0 application. The results of this study indicate that Pancasila Leadership on Intention to Stay with mediated Job satisfaction has an insignificant effect.

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki kontribusi atas Pendapatan Domestik Bruto (PDB) rata-rata sebesar 60% sehingga kelangsungan usahanya perlu dipertahankan dengan mengenali faktor-faktornya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh modal usaha, kualitas produk, dan jaringan wirausaha terhadap kelangsungan usaha UMKM Madu Sari Lanceng. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, dan menggunakan analisis statistik. Pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner kepada 22 pelaku UMKM Madu Sari Lanceng di Nglipar, Gunungkidul. Hasil analisis memberikan gambaran: a) Modal Usaha dan Jaringan Wirausaha tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kelangsungan Usaha; b). Kualitas Produk berpengaruh positif terhadap kelangsungan usaha. Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a contribution to the average Gross Domestic Income (GDP) of 60% so that their business continuity needs to be maintained by recognizing the factors. This research aims to analyze the influence of business capital, product quality, and entrepreneurial networks on the business continuity of Madu Sari Lanceng MSMEs. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach, and uses statistical analysis. Data collection in the form of questionnaires to 22 MSME madu sari lanceng actors in Nglipar, Gunungkidul. The results of the analysis provide an overview: a) Business Capital and Entrepreneurial Network have no effect on Business Continuity; b). Product Quality has a positive effect on business continuity

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui posisi strategi, tingkat pertumbuhan pasar, dan pangsa pasar Prodi Magister Manajemen Universitas Pelita Bangsa. Alat analisis strategi yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT dan BCG. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara kepada pimpinan terkait di lingkungan Universitas Pelita Bangsa. Hasil analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa Program Studi berada di kuadran agresif dan hasil matriks BCG berada di kuadran sapi perah. Strategi yang sesuai berdasarkan kedua hasil analisis tersebut adalah penetrasi pasar dan pengembangan pasar. Penetrasi pasar dilakukan dengan cara memperkuat posisi sebagai Program Studi berkualitas dengan biaya terjangkau dan peningkatan kegiatan promosi yang menonjolkan kelebihan Program Studi. Pengembangan pasar dengan cara memperluas target melalui website secara konsisten, informatif, dan userfriendly. The aim of this study was to determine the strategic position, market growth rate, and market share of the Master of Management Study Program Universitas Pelita Bangsa. Strategic analysis tools used are SWOT analysis and BCG matrix. Data was collected by interview method to relevant leaders in Universitas Pelita Bangsa. SWOT analysis result show that the Study Program is in aggressive quadrant and BCG matrix result show the Study Program is in cash cow quadrant. The appropriate strategies based on both analysis result are market penetration and market development. Market penetration is carried out by strengthening its position as a Prodi with good quality and affordable costs and increasing promotional activities by highlighting the strengthening of the Study Program. Market development is expanding the target and managing the website consistently, informatively, and user-friendly.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan koperasi produsen tempe tahu indonesia (KOPTI) Kabupaten Kuningan (2) Pengaruh organizational citizenship behavior terhadap kinerja karyawan koperasi produsen tempe tahu Indonesia (KOPTI) Kabupaten Kuningan (3) Pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan organizational citizenship behavior terhadap kinerja karyawan koperasi produsen tempe tahu indonesia (KOPTI) Kabupaten Kuningan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang ada di Koperasi Produsen Tempe Tahu Indonesia (KOPTI) Kabupaten Kuningan sebanyak 37 orang, dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (2) organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance. The method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 37 employees of the Indonesian Kuningan Tofu and Tempe cooperative. The sampling technique was saturated sampling so that the samples obtained were all 37 employees of the Indonesian Tofu and Tempe Cooperative. The data processing technique used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
