Master: Jurnal Manajemen Strategik Kewirausahaan Is a journal published twice a year (January and July) by LPPM Universitas Pelita Bangsa and Program Studi Magister Manajemen Universitas Pelita Bangsa that focused on management, Strategic and Entrepreneurship Studies. The aim of the journals is to disseminate the research in management and entrepreneurship studies that include marketing, finance, production, human resources, and strategic management. This journal did not give limitations on research methods, both quantitative and qualitative can be accepted and the data from primary, secondary, and literature review.

Abstract

Salah satu unsur penting dalam pencapaian tujuan organisasi adalah optimalisasi kinerja pegawai. Beberapa faktor penting yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai antara lain, adanya Kesempatan untuk mengembangkan diri yang dapat memotivasi pegawai dalam berkinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kesempatan pengembangan diri terhadap kinerja auditor yang dimediasi atau intervening oleh motivasi. Data penelitian diambil dalam bentuk kuisioner dengan menggunakan sampel sejumlah 32 orang auditor Inspektorat Jenderal. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model struktural diolah dengan software SMART-PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan Kesempatan Pengembangan Diri dan Motivasi bekerja mempengaruhi Kinerja Auditor Inspektorat Jenderal KKP, serta Motivasi kerja memberikan pengaruh signifikan dalam memediasi Kesempatan pengembangan diri terhadap Kinerja Auditor Inspektorat Jenderal KKP. One of the important elements in achieving organizational goals is optimizing employee performance. Several important factors that affect employee performance include clarity in self development opportunity that can motivate employees to perform. This study aims to determine the effect of self development opportunity on employee performance mediated or intervening by motivation. The research data was taken in the form of a questionnaire using a sample of 32 employees of the Inspectorate General. The data analysis technique uses a structural model processed with SMART-PLS 3.0 software. The results showed that self development opportunity and work motivation had impact on the performance of the Inspectorate General of KKP employees, and work motivation had a significant effect on mediating employee development on the performance of the Inspectorate General of KKP employees.

Abstract

Penelitian bermaksud menganalisis inklusi keuangan sebagai pemoderasi literasi keuangan terhadap kinerja usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM). Data penelitian diperoleh dari kuesioner yang diberikan melalui Google Form kepada pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah di Jabodetabek. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan quota sampling, dimana jumlah sample dibatasi sampai dengan 282 responden. Partial Least Square Regression digunakan dalam analisis. WarpPLS digunakan untuk memudahkan dalam menguji peran pemoderasi. Hasil penelitian mampu membuktikan bahwa inklusi keuangan menjadi pemoderasi literasi keuangan terhadap kinerja usaha. Research intends to analyze financial inclusion as a moderation of financial literacy to the performance of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME’s). The research data was obtained from questionnaires distributed through Google Form to owners of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Jabodetabek. Sampling uses quota sampling, where the number of samples is limited to 282 respondents. Partial Least Square Regression is used as an analytical approach where WarpPLS is used to facilitate in testing the role of moderation. The results of the study proved that financial inclusion becomes a moderation of financial literacy to business performance.

Abstract

Penelitian bermaksud mengetahui pengaruh dari sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 terhadap kinerja operasional melalui budaya kualitas dan perilaku produktif karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan metode non probability sampling yaitu convenience sampling, sampel berjumlah 68 karyawan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dipertegas dengan wawancara dan uji hipotesis menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 secara langsung signifikan terhadap kinerja operasional. Jika relasi antara sistem manajamen mutu ISO 9001: 2015 terhadap kinerja operasional dimediasi dengan variabel-variabel seperti budaya mutu dan perilaku produktif, mediasi lewat budaya mutu memperkuat pengaruh menjadi bertambah berarti sedangkan mediasi lewat variabel perilaku produktif tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan. This study aims to determine the effect of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system on operational performance through quality culture and employee productive behavior. This study is a quantitative study, using a non-probability sampling method, namely convenience sampling, with a sample of 68 employees. Data collection using questionnaires was confirmed by interviews and hypothesis testing using SPSS. The results of the study indicate that the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system directly has a dominant influence on operational performance. If the relationship between QMS ISO 9001: 2015 on operational performance is mediated by variables such as quality culture and productive behavior, mediation through quality culture strengthens the effect to be more meaningful while mediation through productive behavior variable does not have a significant effect.

Abstract

Peningkatan ekspor, peningkatan kegiatan ekonomi, pembangunan wilayah, dan perluasan prospek kerja semuanya dipengaruhi oleh sektor pertambangan. Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis Likuiditas diproksi oleh Current Ratio, Profitabilitas diproksi oleh Return on Investment dan Leverage diproksi oleh Debt to Equity Ratio dalam mempengaruhi return saham. Sampel terdiri dari 20 perusahaan pertambangan batubara yang terdaftar di pasar modal Indonesia antara tahun 2016 dan 2020. SPSS 21 digunakan untuk melakukan regresi linier berganda sebagai alat analisis. Berdasarkan data, ROI berpengaruh terhadap return saham, namun CR dan DER tidak berpengaruh. Increased exports, increased economic activity, regional development, and expansion of employment prospects are all affected by the mining sector. This research analyzes Liquidity projected by Current Ratio (CR), Profitability projected by Return on Investment and Leverage projected by Debt to Equity Ratio in influencing stock returns. The sample consisted of 20 coal mining companies listed on the Indonesian capital market between 2016 and 2020. SPSS 21 was used to perform multiple linear regression as an analytical tool. Based on the data, ROI has an effect on stock returns, but CR and DER have no effect.

Abstract

Kota Wuhan merupakan kota dimana diketemukannya virus yang dikenal Covid-19 dan menyebar secara massif ke berbagai negara. Presiden Republik Indonesia, Bapak Joko Widodo bahkan menetapkan tanggal 13 April 2020 melalui keputusan presiden (keppres) No 12 tahun 2020 sebagai national disaster. Pembatasan aktivitas ekonomi di seluruh negara menyebabkan penurunan pertumbuhan ekononomi termasuk aktivitas di pasar modal Indonesia. Kajian penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak pengumuman covid-19 sebagai national disaster terhadap aktivitas perdagangan saham yang diproxy dengan return saham, abnormal return, dan trading volume activity pada perusahaan LQ 45. Masing-masing variabel dihitung dan dibandingkan sebelum dan sesudah adanya pengumuman covid-19 sebagai bencana nasional di Indonesia. Uji T (uji beda) digunakan untuk menguji ada tidaknya perbedaan masing-masing variabel. Data ativitas harian bursa efek Indonesia 30 hari sebelum dan 30 hari sesudah pengumuman covid-19 dibandingkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara aktivitas sebelum dan sesudah pengumuman Covid-19. The city of Wuhan is a city where the virus known as Covid-19 was discovered and spread massively to various countries. President of the Republic of Indonesia, Mr. Joko Widodo even set April 13, 2020 through presidential decree (presidential decree) No. 12 of 2020 as a national disaster. Restrictions on economic activity throughout the country led to a decrease in economic growth including activity in the Indonesian capital market. This research study aims to analyze the impact of the covid-19 announcement as a national disaster on stock trading activities that are produced with stock returns, abnormal returns, and trading volume activities in LQ 45 companies. Each variable is calculated and compared before and after the announcement of Covid-19 as a national disaster in Indonesia. The T test (different test) is used to test whether or not there is a difference between each variable. Indonesia stock exchange daily activity data 30 days before and 30 days after the covid-19 announcement are compared. The results showed a significant difference between previous and post-Covid-19 activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji kepuasan mahasiswa memediasi kompetensi dosen terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa. Data berasal dari. Sampel yang digunakan terdiri dari 100 responden yaitu mahasiswa Manajemen Universitas Pelita Bangsa Tahun Ajaran 2019-2021 dengan metode sampel non-probabilistik. Analisis jalur digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi dosen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pegawai, kompetensi dosen berpengaruh signfikan terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa, kepuasan mahasiswa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar, dan variabel kepuasan mahasiswa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan berpengaruh sebagai variabel yang memediasi kompetensi dosen terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa. This study aims to empirically test student satisfaction mediating lecturer competence on student learning outcomes. The data used in this study used primary data derived from questionnaires and then processed and analyzed and then presented in the form of tables and narratives. The sample used consisted of 100 respondents taken from the student population of Pelita Bangsa University Management students for the 2019-2021 Academic Year. The sampling technique used is a non-probabilistic sample. Path analysis is a data analysis technique used in this study. The results showed that lecturer competence had a significant effect on employee satisfaction, lecturer competence had a significant effect on student learning outcomes, student satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes, and student satisfaction variables had a positive and significant effect as a variable that mediated lecturer competence on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Properti dalam hal ini rumah tinggal dan apartemen yang adalah termasuk kebutuhan utama (primer) selain pakaian (sandang) dan makanan (pangan). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh suku bunga kredit konsumsi serta biaya pemasaran dengan inflasi sebagai pemoderasi terhadap penjualan properti pada PT. Lippo Cikarang Tbk dari tahun 2012 – 2021. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder triwulanan atas penjualan, suku bunga, inflasi dan biaya pemasaran dari tahun 2012 sampai dengan 2021. Metodologi deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini dibantu dengan program WarpPLS6. Hasil penelitiannya menunjukan untuk suku bunga kredit konsumsi berkorelasi negatif kepada penjualan sedangkan biaya pemasaran tidak berpengaruh. Inflasi tidak berperan sebagai pemoderasi pengaruh suku bunga terhadap penjualan tetapi memoderasi yaitu memperkuat pengaruh biaya pemasaran terhadap nilai penjualan. Property, in this case houses and apartments, is one of the primary needs besides clothing and food. This study objectives to see the effect of the consumer credit interest rate and marketing costs with inflation as moderating on property sales of PT. Lippo Cikarang Tbk from 2012 – 2021. The data used are quarterly secondary data on sales, interest rates, inflation and marketing costs from 2012 to 2021. A descriptive verification methodology with the quantitative approach is applied in this study assisted by the warpPLS6 program. The results showed that consumer credit interest rates had a negative effect on sales, while marketing costs had no significant effect on sales. In addition, inflation is not as a moderating factor in interest rates to sales revenue. Inflation is a moderating variabel for marketing costs in order to determine sales value.

Abstract

Perusahaan harus memaksimalkan kinerja karyawanya guna untuk menjawab tantangan persaingan yang ketat di dunia industri. Penurunan kinerja yang terjadi pada karyawan menjadi fenomena dalam penelitian ini. Dengan beragamnya faktor yang mampu mempengaruhi kinerja, peneliti menggunakan variabel kompensasi, komunikasi dan perilaku disiplin sebagai mediasi terhadap kinerja. Metode peneltian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, data bersumber dari 100 responden dengan metode pengumpulan menggunakan kuesioner. Metode untuk analisa datanya menggunakan aplikasi smartPLS 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap perilaku disiplin, perilaku disiplin berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, dan perilaku disiplin mampu memediasi kompensasi terhadap kinerja. Companies must maximize the performance of their employees in order to answer the challenges of intense competition in the industrial world. The decline in performance that occurs in employees is a phenomenon in this study. With a variety of factors that can affect performance, researchers use the variables of compensation, communication and discipline behavior as a mediation on performance. This research method is a qualitative research, data sourced from 100 respondents with the collection method using a questionnaire. The method for analyzing the data is using the smartPLS 3.0 application. The results of this study are compensation has an effect on disciplinary behavior, disciplinary behavior has an effect on performance, communication has an effect on performance, and disciplined behavior is able to mediate compensation on performance.

Abstract

Penelitian bermaksud menganalisis achievement motivation training, kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap hasil kinerja karyawan. Achievement motivation training dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada pekerjaan yang dijalani saat ini, pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk membantu karyawan menyelesaikan pekerjaan mereka dengan cepat dan lebih baik. Motivasi dalam melakukan pekerjaan karyawan juga diperlukan karena apabila motivasi dalam bekerja tidak ada maka karyawan tidak merasa puas dan malas melakukan pekerjaannya dengan baik. Selain itu lingkungan kerja juga berpengaruh terhadap hasil kinerja Karyawan karena dengan lingkungan kerja yang aman dan nyaman karyawan dapat melakukan pekerjaan dengan baik untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Data penelitian diperoleh dari kuesioner yang diberikan melalui Google Form kepada Karyawan di Kawasan Cikarang. Hasil penelitian mampu membuktikan bahwa Untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dikawasan Cikarang, Achievement motivasi training, kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. The research intends to analyze achievement motivation training, job satisfaction and work environment on the results of employee performance. Achievement motivation training can improve employee performance in the current job, this training is to help employees complete work faster and better. Motivation in doing the work of employees is also needed because if there is no motivation at work, employees are not satisfied and are lazy to do their jobs well. In addition, the work environment also affects employee performance results because with a safe and comfortable work environment employees can do a good job to achieve company goals. The research data was obtained from a questionnaire given via Google Form to employees in the Cikarang area. The results of the study were able to prove that to improve employee performance in the Cikarang area, Achievement, training motivation, job satisfaction and work environment affect employee performance.

Abstract

Keputusan pembelian konsumen akan alat transportasi (dalam hal ini mobil) menggunakan pertimbangan banyak faktor. Konsumen akan melalui proses yang panjang sebelum akhirnya benar-benar melakukan pembelian. Layanan purna jual, citra merek dan harga jual kembali menjadi pertimbangan konsumen dalam proses keputusan pembelian mobil baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor layanan purna jual, citra merek dan harga jual kembali dalam proses keputusan pembelian sebuah mobil. Metode pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dengan responden berasal dari kumintas mobil dan akademisi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisis statistik. Data diperoleh dari konsumen yang melakukan pembelian mobil tahun 2021 di Jabodetabek. Responden penelitian berjumlah 80 konsumen dengan jalan mengisi kuesioner penelitian. Kuesioner disebarkan melalui google form kepada group komunitas dan akademisi. Hasil penelitian layanan purna jual tidak mempengaruhi proses keputusan pembelian sedangkan citra merek dan harga jual kembali berpengaruh signifikan. The consumer's purchasing decision on the means of transportation (in this case the car) uses the consideration of many factors. Consumers will go through a long process before finally actually making a purchase. After-sales service, brand image and resale price are consumers' considerations in the decision process of buying a new car. This study aims to determine the factors of after-sales service, brand image and resale price in the decision process of buying a car. The data collection method is in the form of questionnaires with respondents coming from car requests and academics. This research uses a quantitative approach and statistical analysis. Data obtained from consumers who purchased cars in 2021 in Jabodetabek. The study respondents numbered 80 consumers by way of filling out the research questionnaire. The questionnaire is distributed via google form to community groups and academics. The results of after-sales service research do not affect the purchase decision process while the brand image and resale price have a significant effect.
