Master: Jurnal Manajemen Strategik Kewirausahaan Is a journal published twice a year (January and July) by LPPM Universitas Pelita Bangsa and Program Studi Magister Manajemen Universitas Pelita Bangsa that focused on management, Strategic and Entrepreneurship Studies. The aim of the journals is to disseminate the research in management and entrepreneurship studies that include marketing, finance, production, human resources, and strategic management. This journal did not give limitations on research methods, both quantitative and qualitative can be accepted and the data from primary, secondary, and literature review.

Abstract

Penelitian bermaksud menganalisis harga tunai, kualitas produk, citra merk dan iklan terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone samsung. Pengumpulan data dengan pengisian kuesioner yang didistribusikan kepada pengguna smartphone samsung di Jabodetabek selama rentang waktu bulan Juni 2022 dan diperoleh 80 responden. Analisis data struktural diolah menggunakan WarpPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan harga tunai dan kualitas produk tidak mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam pembelian. Citra merk dan iklan berpengaruh secara positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. This study intends to analyze cash prices, product quality, brand image and advertising on samsung smartphone purchasing decisions. Data collection by filling out a questionnaire distributed to Samsung smartphone users in Jabodetabek during the period of June 2022 and obtained by 80 respondents. Structural data analysis was processed using WarpPLS. The results showed that cash prices and product quality did not affect consumer decisions in purchasing. Brand image and advertising positively affect purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui penggolongan generasi sebagai pemoderasi lingkungan kerja, kepemimpinan dan beban kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada 80 orang generasi X dan generasi Y yang sudah bekerja. Pengujian instrument yang terdiri uji validitas sedangkan untuk uji reliabilitas menggunakan metode analisis Cronbach alpha. Dan untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan bootsrapp dan alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah program PLS versi 3.3. Hasil yang didapat adalah penggolongan generasi sebagai pemoderasi lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Penggolongan generasi sebagai pemoderasi kepemimpinan terhadap loyalitas karyawan juga memberikan pengaruh yang siginfikan. Akan tetapi penggolongan generasi sebagai pemoderasi beban kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. This study aims to determine the classification of generations as moderating work environment, leadership and workload on employee loyalty. This study uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires to generation X and generation Y who have worked by providing demographics such as gender, education and workplace organization. The number of respondents is 80 people. Testing the instrument consisting of a validity test while the reliability test uses the Cronbach alpha analysis method. And for hypothesis testing using bootstrap and the analytical tool used in this study is the PLS version 3.3 program. The results obtained from this study are generational classification as moderating work environment has a significant effect on employee loyalty. Generational classification as moderating leadership on employee loyalty also has a significant effect. However, the classification of generations as moderating workloads has no significant effect on employee loyalty

Abstract

Era digital saat ini berkembang pesat. Meningkatnya transaksi digital juga membuat konsumen bergeser ke pembelian online dalam hal ini e-commerce. Adanya konten marketing yang menarik membuat ketertarikan konsumen untuk membeli dan juga merek yang terkenal membuat konsumen tanpa ragu untuk membeli. Peneilitian ini menguji variabel konten marketing, citra merek dan keputusan pembelian serta dimediasi minat beli. Data bersumber dari 100 responden dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner google form. Analisis data menggunakan SEM aplikasi smartPLS 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah konten marketing memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat dan minat beli memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sedangkan citra merek tidak mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Minat beli tidak memediasi pengaruh konten marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian. The digital era is currently developing rapidly. The increase in digital transactions also makes consumers shift to online purchases in this case e-commerce. The existence of attractive marketing content makes consumers interested in buying and also well-known brands make consumers without hesitation to buy. This research examines the variables of marketing content, brand image and purchasing decisions as well as mediated buying interest. Data sourced from 100 respondents were collected using a google form questionnaire. Data analysis using smartPLS 3.0 application SEM. The result of this study is that content marketing has an influence on interests and buying interest has an influence on purchasing decisions while brand image does not affect purchasing decisions. Buying interest does not mediate the influence of content marketing on purchasing decisions

Abstract

Lingkungan kerja, stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja diduga menjadi variabel-variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan penyandang disabilitas di Inkubator Bisnis MP- WNBK PNJ. Penelitian kualitatif dilakukan terhadap 50 (lima puluh) karyawan penyandang disabilitas di Inkubator Bisnis MP-WNBK PNJ dengan metode purposive sampling dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam. Penelitian menghasilkan 3 (tiga) temuan utama, yaitu: 1) Lingkungan kerja yang memenuhi empat asas aksesibilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan penyandang disabilitas. 2) Tingkat stres kerja WNBK di Inkubator Bisnis MP-WNBK PNJ berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja. 3) Kepuasan kerja tidak mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan penyandang disabilitas. Work environment, job stress and job satisfaction are variables that affect the work performance of employees with disabilities at PNJ MP-WNBK Business Incubator. Qualitative research was conducted on 50 (fifty) employees with disabilities who are working at MP- WNBK PNJ Business Incubator with purposive sampling method and data collection techniques through in-depth interviews. The study resulted in 3 (three) main findings, namely: 1)A work environment that meets the four principles of accessibility has a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees with disabilities. 2) The level of work stress in the PNJ MP-WNBK Business Incubator has a negatif effect on their performance. 3) Job satisfaction does not affect the performance of employees with disabilities.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan untuk menganalisa pengaruh brand image dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pengguna aplikasi Jaga dengan kepuasan sebagai variable intervening. Pengguna aplikasi Jaga yang dimaksud adalah PNS di lingkungan pemerintahan, dan mengambil 138 orang sebagai sampel penelitian. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuisioner tertutup dan dilakukan secara kuantitatif, serta dengan menggunakan metode Path Analysis. Penelitian menemukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna dan ikut mempengaruhi loyalitas. Brand image berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna dan ikut mempengaruhi loyalitas namun tidak signifikan. Kepuasan pengguna tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh antara brand image dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas. The study was conducted to analyze the effect of brand image and service quality on the loyalty of users of the Jaga application with satisfaction as an intervention variable. The users of the Jaga application in question are civil servants in Ministries, Institutions and Local Governments, and take 138 people as research samples. Data retrieval using closed questionnaires and carried out quantitatively, as well as using the Path Analysis method. The study found that service quality affects user satisfaction and affects loyalty. Brand image has an effect on user satisfaction and affects loyalty but not significantly. user satisfaction cannot mediate the effect of brand image and service quality on loyalty.

Abstract

Budaya profesional harus dimiliki setiap karyawan sebagai penggerak perusahaan agar dapat menghasilkan kinerja yang tinggi. Nilai profesional akan membentuk disiplin kerja dan loyalitas yang pada akhirnya berimbas pada kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis budaya profesional terhadap kinerja melalui disiplin dan loyalitas. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data diperoleh secara acak dari 55 karyawan PT ABC Cikarang. Pengumpulan dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner melalui google form. Data dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0 dam model struktural. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya profesional terhadap kinerja karyawan dimediasi oleh disiplin dan loyalitas secara positif. A professional culture must be possessed by every employee as the driving force of the company in order to produce high performance. Professional values will shape work discipline and loyalty which ultimately has an impact on performance. This study aims to analyze professional culture towards performance through discipline and loyalty. The research uses a quantitative approach. Data was obtained randomly from 55 employees of PT ABC Cikarang. The collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires through google forms. The data were analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0 and structural models. The results of this study show that professional culture towards employee performance is positively mediated by discipline and loyalty

Abstract

Turnover intention di perusahaan manufaktur yang berada di cikarang merupakan masalah serius. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi.dan.pengembangan karir terhadap Turnover.Intention yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan.kerja. Terdapat 56 responden terpilih yang merupakan semuanya adalah karyawan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang berada di cikarang. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, menggunakan aplikasi Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengembangan karir berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention meski sudah di mediasi oleh kepuasan kerja, dan pengembangan karir melalui kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Turnover intention in manufacturing companies in Cikarang is a serious problem. This study is to determine the effect of compensation and career development on Turnover Intention mediated by job satisfaction. There are 56 selected respondents, all of whom are employees of manufacturing companies in Cikarang. Using a quantitative approach, using the Smart PLS 3.0 application. The results showed that compensation had no effect on job satisfaction, career development had a significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction had a significant effect on Turnover Intention, compensation had no effect on Turnover Intention even though it was mediated by job satisfaction, and career development through job satisfaction had a significant effect. significant to Turnover Intention.

Abstract

Lingkungan keluarga pada masa pandemic untuk siswa merupakan faktor utama dan fasilitas yang digunakan berperan penting dalam mendukung motivasi siswa, meskipun terdapat temuan yang berbeda dari sumber lain. Hal tersebut menjadi penelitian yang menarik yang akan diteliti dan dibahas. Metode peneltian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, data bersumber dari 30 responden dengan metode pengumpulan menggunakan kuesioner. Metode untuk analisa datanya menggunakan aplikasi smartPLS 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan lingkungan keluarga mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa tetapi fasilitas pembelajaran tidak berpengaruh. The family environment during the pandemic for students is a major factor and the facilities used play an important role in supporting student motivation, although there are findings that differ from other sources. This is an interesting research that will be researched and discussed. This research method is a quantitative study, data sourced from 30 respondents with a collection method using a questionnaire. Abstract

Pelaku bisnis saat ini banyak yang sudah menggunakan teknologi internet untuk memasuki pasar dunia maya. Pelaku bisnis menjalankan berbagai usaha secara elektronik. Pemanfaatan teknologi dalam kegiatan bisnis memerlukan sumberdaya manusia yang memiliki kinerja unggul. Keberhasilan usaha salah satunya tergambar dari capaikan kinerja pemasaran. Penelitian ini mengulas variabel promosi media sosial dan literasi digital dengan akses fasilitas digital sebagai moderasi terhadap kinerja Pemasaran. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, data bersumber dari 40 responden dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode untuk analisis datanya menggunakan model struktural yang diolah dengan smartPLS 3.0. Hasilnya promosi media sosial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemasaran, literasi digital berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemasaran, akses fasilitas digital tidak mampu memoderasi promosi media sosial dan literasi digital terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Many business people today are already using internet technology to enter the virtual world market. Business people run various businesses electronically. The use of technology in business activities requires human resources who have superior performance. One of the successes of the business is illustrated by achieving marketing performance. This study reviews the variables of social media promotion and digital literacy with access to digital facilities as a moderation of Marketing performance. This research method is a qualitative research, data sourced from 40 respondents with a data collection method using a questionnaire. The method for its data analysis uses a structural model processed with smartPLS 3.0. As a result, social media promotion affects marketing performance, digital literacy affects marketing performance, access to digital facilities is unable to moderate social media promotion and digital literacy on marketing performance.

Abstract

Penelitian bermaksud menganalisis profitabilitas (return on aset) dalam memediasi struktur modal (debt to equity ratio) dan likuiditas (current ratio) terhadap return saham (capital gain/lost). Data penelitian diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia yaitu perusahaan yang termasuk pada kelompok LQ-45 tahun 2019. Sampling jenuh digunakan dalam penelitian sehingga diperoleh 45 data. WarpPLS Regression digunakan dalam analisis untuk memudahkan pengujian mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap return saham. Struktur modal berpengaruh negatif terhadap profitabilitas tetapi likuiditas tidak mempengaruhi profitabilitas. Profitabilitas menjadi pemediasi struktur modal terhadap return saham dengan arah negatif tetapi tidak menjadi pemediasi likuiditas terhadap return saham. The study intends to analyze profitability (return on assets) in mediating the capital structure (debt to equity ratio) and liquidity (current ratio) to stock returns (capital gains / lost). Research data was obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely companies included in the LQ-45 group in 2019. Saturated sampling was used in the study so that 45 data were obtained. WarpPLS Regression is used in the analysis to facilitate mediation testing. The results of the study showed that profitability has a positive effect on stock returns. Capital structure negatively affects profitability but liquidity does not affect profitability. Profitability mediates capital structure against stock returns in a negative direction but does not mediate liquidity to stock returns.
