Master: Jurnal Manajemen Strategik Kewirausahaan Is a journal published twice a year (January and July) by LPPM Universitas Pelita Bangsa and Program Studi Magister Manajemen Universitas Pelita Bangsa that focused on management, Strategic and Entrepreneurship Studies. The aim of the journals is to disseminate the research in management and entrepreneurship studies that include marketing, finance, production, human resources, and strategic management. This journal did not give limitations on research methods, both quantitative and qualitative can be accepted and the data from primary, secondary, and literature review.

Abstract

Perubahan ekonomi akibat Covid-19 efek ke berbagai sektor antara lain turunnya konsumsi atau daya beli rumah tangga yang menjadi andalan sebesar 60 persen terhadap ekonomi, dan mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan. Penelitian ini untuk membandingkan Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM) dan Pertumbahan Laba perusahaan sebelum dan selama pandemi Covid-19. Data penelitian berupa data sekunder dari laporan keuangan, diambil dari www.idx.co.id. Penelitian memperoleh hasil tidak adanya perbedaan ROA, ROE, NPM dan Pertumbuhan Laba Perusahaan makanan dan minuman di BEI atara sebelum dan selama pandemi Covid-19. Economic changes due to Covid-19 have had effects on various sectors, including reduced household consumption or purchasing power, which is a mainstay of 60 percent of the economy, and has affected financial performance. Research to determine Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Profit Growth foord and beverage company before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. Secondary data sets from financial reports, taken from www.idx.co.id. This study obtained the results that there was no significant difference in ROA, ROE, NPM and profit growth of food and beverage companies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan dalam memoderasi Kompetensi Profesional dan disiplin terhadap produktivitas karyawan didunia Industri. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah karyawan swasta dan karyawan BUMN berjumlah 124 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner berupa google form. Penelitian ini menggunakan program statistik SmartPLS. Hasil dari penelitian membuktikan bahwa bahwa kepemimpinan tidak memoderasi kompetensi profesional terhadap produktivitas, namun memoderasi disiplin terhadap produktivitas karyawan di dunia industri. This research aims to find out the influence of leadership in moderating Professional Competence and discipline on employee productivity in industrial world. The population in this study are private employees and BUMN employees, totaling 124 persons. The data collection technique used a questionnaire in the form of a google form. This study uses the SMARTPLS statistical program. The results of this study prove that the leadership has not moderating professional competence on productivity, but leadership has moderating discipline on employee productivity

Abstract

Industri Teknologi Informasi saat ini dihadapkan dengan kondisi persaingan yang sangat berat, industri dituntut mampu berkompetisi meraih keuntungan jangka panjang serta meraih keunggulan dalam bersaing. Perubahan lingkungan eksternal maupun internal mengharuskan Perusahaan untuk selalu beradaptasi dengan keadaan tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap partner/Reseller PT. ACA Pacific Indonesia dengan mengambil sample 100 responden sebagai sample penelitian, yang diambil berdasarkan Judgemental Sampling dan Quota Sampling berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan oleh penulis. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner, lima skala pengukuran dari sangat tidak setuju sampai sangat setuju, dengan skala interval. Penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif, sebagai alat analisis digunakan analisis SEM PLS Second Order. Penelitian menghasilkan temuan bahwa strategi inovasi tidak memoderasi hubungan antara persaingan industri dengan kinerja perusahaan. The Information Technology Industry is currently faced with very tough competitive conditions, the industry is required to be able to compete for long-term profits and gain competitive advantage. Changes in the external and internal environment require the Company to always adapt to these conditions. The study was conducted on partners / resellers of PT. ACA Pacific Indonesia by taking a sample of 100 respondents as a research sample, which was taken based on Judgemental Sampling and Quota Sampling based on the criteria set by the author. Collecting data using a questionnaire, five measurement scales from strongly disagree to strongly agree, with an interval scale. The research was conducted quantitatively, as an analytical tool used PLS Second Order SEM analysis.The research is to produce eleven main findings in accordance with the proposed hypothesis, namely Industrial Competition (Porter's Five Forces), Business Strategy (Differentiation, Cost Advantage, Focus, and Innovation Strategy) have direct and indirect effects on Company Performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik dan semangat kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian dilakukan di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kabupaten Bogor. Data penelitian diperoleh dari kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 86 pegawai Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Bogor. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan uji-t berdasarkan analisis regresi linier berganda. Penelitian berhasil membuktikan bahwa lingkungan kerja non fisik dan semangat kerja berpengaruh dengan arah positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. This study was conducted to test the influence of non-physical work environment and work morale on employee performance. The research was conducted at the Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kabupaten Bogor. The research data was obtained from a questionnaire given to 86 employees of the Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kabupaten Bogor. Testing was performed using a t-test based on multiple linear regression analysis. The study succeeded in proving that the non-physical work environment and work spirit have a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Kinerja merupakan bagian yang sangat penting dalam dalam berjalannya organisasi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh masa kerja, gaya kepemimpinan dan kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di lingkungan Sekretariat Ditjen P2P. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan sampel penelitian adalah pegawai di lingkungan Sekretariat Ditjen P2P Kementerian Kesehatan menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner secara online. Analisis penelitian yang digunakan adalah model regresi linear berganda diolah software SPSS. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara masa kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Gaya kepemimpinan juga berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selain itu kemampuan kerja memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Performance is a very important part in the organization.The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of working period, leadership style and work ability on employee performance within the Secretariat of the Directorate General of P2P. This research method uses a quantitative approach, with the research sample being employees in the Secretariat of the Directorate General of P2P, Ministry of Health using online questionnaires. The research analysis used is a multiple linear regression model processed by SPSS software. Research shows that there is an positive influence between tenure on employee performance. Leadership style also has a positive effect on employee performance. In addition, work ability has a positice influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian bermaksud menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman, motivasi dan keterlibatan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja. Pengalaman, motivasi, dan keterlibatn kerja dapat memberikan jaminan terhadap peningkatan produktivitas kerja. Data penelitian diperoleh dari kuesioner yang diberikan melalui Google Form kepada karyawan pada perusahaan jasa surveyor independen di wilayah Jakarta. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan quota sampling, dimana jumlah sampel dibatasi sampai dengan 115 responden. Statistical Package for the Social Sciences digunakan dalam analisis statistika. Hasil penelitian mampu membuktikan bahwa pengalaman, motivasi dan keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja pada perusahaan jasa surveyor independen. The research intends to analyze the effect of experience, motivation and work involvement on work productivity. Experience can guarantee an increase in work productivity. Motivation in doing work is needed to be able to complete the job well. In addition, work involvement also affects work productivity because work involvement can produce good work productivity. Increased work productivity is needed to achieve the goals set by the company. The research data was obtained from a questionnaire given via Google Form to employees at an independent surveyor service company in the Jakarta area. Sampling using quota sampling, where the number of samples is limited to 115 respondents. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences was used in statistical analysis. The results of the study are able to prove that experience, motivation and work involvement have an effect on work productivity in independent surveyor service companies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung kepemimpinan dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap kinerja pegawai serta pengaruh tidak langsung melalui disiplin kerja pegawai Palang Merah Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengambil data primer yaitu menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 36 pegawai PMI sebagai responden. Pendekatan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dimana analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis jalur. Penelitian menemukan bahwa kepemimpinan dan motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif terhadap disiplin kerja. Kepemimpinan, motivasi intrinsik dan disiplin kerja berpengruh positif terhadap kinerja. Disiplin kerja memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap kinerja. This study aims to analyze the direct influence of leadership and intrinsic motivation on employee performance as well as indirect influence through the work discipline of Indonesia Red Cross employees. The research was carried out by taking primary data, namely distributing questionnaires to 36 PMI employees as respondents. The research approach is a quantitative approach where data analysis is carried out by path analysis. Research has found that leadership and intrinsic motivation have a positive effect on work discipline. Leadership, intrinsic motivation and work discipline have a positive effect on performance. Work discipline mediates the influence of leadership and intrinsic motivation on performance.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Sarana Pembelajaran dan Kompetensi Guru Terhadap Prestasi Belajar dengan Motivasi Prestasi sebagai variabel Intervening. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 12 SMK Informatika Amanah Bangsa dan dalam penelitian ini 91 siswa sebagai sampel penelitian. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dilakukan secara kuantitatif. Analisis data yang dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa sarana pembelajaran berpengaruh langsung terhadap motivasi prestasi. Motivasi prestasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Sarana pembelajaran tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung yang melalui motivasi prestasi. Variabel terakhir yaitu kompetensi guru juga tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. The goal of the study was to examine how learning environments and teacher proficiency affected students' academic success while also controlling for achievement motivation. Students in grade 12 at SMK Informatika Amanah Bangsa made up the study's population, and 91 of them served as the research sample. Utilizing surveys and applying quantitative methods, data collection. Data analysis was carried out utilizing the SmartPLS program. This study found a direct correlation between learning facilities and achievement motivation. Achievement motivation has no impact on learning achievement. Learning facilities has no impact on learning achievement, either directly or through achievement motivation. The last variable is teacher competence, also has no impact on learning achievement

Abstract

Kepemimpinan transformasional merupakan salah satu gaya kepemimpinan yang dibutuhkan di perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja secara langsung dan melalui motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data sample random sampling pada perusahaan Al-Fath 02 Karawang yang bergerak dibidang garmen. Data diperoleh dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 70 karyawan Al-Fath 02 Karang. Data dianalisis dengan model struktural dimana pengolahan menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan tranformasional terhadap kinerja. Transformational leadership is one of the leadership styles needed in companies. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on performance directly and through work motivation. This research is a quantitative research with a random sampling data collection method at Al-Fath 02 Karawang company engaged in the garment sector. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 70 employees of Al-Fath 02 Karang. The data was analyzed with a structural model where processing using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study show that Transformational Leadership has a positive effect on work motivation but does not affect employee performance. Work motivation mediates the influence of transformational leadership on performance.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru dan karyawan di dunia pendidikan. Objek penelitian adalah guru dan karyawan di lembaga Pendidikan berjumlah 59 orang. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesuiner berupa google form. Penelitian kali ini menggunakan program statistik SmartPLS 3.0 untuk analisis model struktural. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja fisik dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru dan karyawan. The research aims to find out how the influence of the physical work environment and the school principal's leadership improves the performance of teachers and employees in the world of education. The object of the study was 59 teachers and employees in educational institutions. Data collection using questionnaires in the form of google forms. This research uses the SmartPLS 3.0 statistical program for structural model analysis. The results of the study show that the physical work environment and leadership of school principals have a positive influence on the performance of teachers and employees.
