Abstract

In the current era of the Covid-19 pandemic, it greatly affects the economy of people in the world, especially for the lower middle class, therefore in promoting the results of MSMEs adapting web-based digital technology, so that businesses can continue to run and there are business movements that have been fostered so far, this web design will increase the market share of MSMEs, expand to various groups and distant locations which will later be regulated by the previously discussed agreement which changes the habits that have been carried out so far, therefore all the information listed on the web page on promotions must be in accordance with the real situation of the form offered, so as to make buyers confident when making transactions with this developed business then self-development is given for MSMEs to learn what an e-commerce web is and how to operate web applications such as html, css, html, form layout, page template, javascript etc. Due to the advancement of current web-based technology, MSMEs need to upgrade their knowledge in conducting promotions. Web Hosting is a way of activating a web that is made to be spread over the internet world, through electronic media that is quite close to the community during the pandemic so that all businesses owned can develop rapidly.

Abstract

The tourism sector is growing rapidly at this time, one of which is in the field of hospitality, now there are many hotels in tourism areas which are quite a lot of types of hotels from star-class hotels to jasmine class, one of which is PT. Hotel Sahid Jaya International, Tbk which has received the status of a five-star hotel. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze cash flow statements to assess financial performance at PT. Hotel Sahid Jaya International, Tbk during the period 2016 to 2020. The research method is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The method of analysis is cash flow statement analysis where this analysis provides information about the sources and uses of cash. The results of this study are based on cash flow ratio analysis conducted at PT. Hotel Sahid Jaya International, Tbk is still not good enough, where in the cash flow statement from 2016 to 2020 it continues to decline every year since 2017. Where only the capital expenditure ratio (PM) and the cash to interest coverage ratio (CKB) are significant. the ratio value reaches the standard

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Profitability, Liquidity, Sales Growth, and Company Size on Debt Policy. For this reason, every company that has a goal to get maximum profit requires large capital, one of the sources is from external funds in the form of funds that obtained from other parties or debts. The research method used in this research is associative research method, namely research that aims to determine the influence or relationship between two or more variables. The results of the study show that for food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018 that profitability has no effect on debt policy, as evidenced by the profitability significance value of 0.336 which is greater than the significance value of 0.05. Liquidity has an effect on debt policy, as evidenced by the significance value of 0.023 which is smaller than the value of 0.05. Then, sales growth has no effect on debt policy, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.283 greater than 0.05. And, firm size has no effect on debt policy, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.411 which is greater than 0.05. Partially shows that three variables, namely profitability, sales growth and firm size have no effect on debt policy, and one variable, namely liquidity, which affects debt policy. The results of the research simultaneously show that profitability, liquidity, sales growth and firm size together have no effect on debt policy. And the results simultaneously show that 0.039 is smaller than 0.05 simultaneously profitability, liquidity, sales growth and firm size affect debt policy.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari lebih dalam tentang minat dan kemampuan berhitungpeserta didik di masa pandemi.Teknik sampling yang digunakan purposive sampling.Variabel yang diteliti adalah minat dan kemampuan berhitungpeserta didikpokok bahasan bilangan berpangkat.Platform quizizzmerupakan suatu platform yang biasa digunakan untuk dapat mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dalam penggunaannya terhadap minat dan kemampuan berhitung matematika.Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMP AL-Qalamkepada14 peserta didik kelas VIII menggunakan 10 soal konseptual dan kuisioner yang diberikan dengan platform quizizz.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan kemampuan berhitung peserta didik adalah 59% dan Platform quizizz dapat meningkatkan minat belajar matematika.Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berhitung yang dimiliki peserta didik berada pada kategori sedang

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence capital structure, firm growth and managerial ownership have on firm value in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016 – 2018. The population in this study amounted to 26 food and beverage companies listed on the stock exchange. Indonesia. The research method carried out by the author in this study is associative research, because it will examine the causal relationship of two or more variables using the data collection technique used is purpose sampling and data obtained as many as 12 companies. The technique used is quantitative analysis with multiple linear. The results of this study were conducted on food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016 – 2018 with an F value of 12.204 which is greater than the specified level of 0.05 indicating that the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Company Growth (Growth) and Managerial Ownership (KM) simultaneously or jointly has a positive and significant effect on Company Value. The results of the t test show that the capital structure variable (DER) has no positive and significant effect on firm value, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.750, which is greater than the specified significant, which is 0.05. Company growth has no positive and significant effect on firm value, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.814, which is greater than the expected significance value of 0.05. and managerial ownership has a positive and significant effect on firm value as evidenced by a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than the expected significance of 0.05 in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016 – 2018.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah sebagai inovasi baru penguat ekonomi kreatif di masa pandemi dengan strategi branding produk melalui media digital atau digital branding. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif berjenis pendekatan deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah produk MOP beauty sebagai pelaku ekonomi kreatif. Branding adalah  usaha memperkenalkan produk kepada masyarakat dengan strategi membangun suatu pernyataan rasional, emosional, dan kultural dari sebuah produk sebagai upaya pengenalan sebuah produk dengan tujuan untuk memengaruhi pilihan konsumen agar memilih produk tersebut dibandingkan produk pesaing lainnya. Dari penelitian ini bisa diketahui bahwa membangun strategi digital branding merupakan sebuah bekal yang amat penting sebagai penguat ekonomi kreatif di masa pandemi Covid-19. Sebuah proses membangun brand yang kuat dapat menciptakan ketahanan sehingga brand produk mampu melewati masa sulit pandemi Covid-19 dengan baik. Dengan demikian kepercayaan konsumen terhadap brand maupun penjualan dapat meningkat. Karya tulis ilmiah ini dapat bermanfaat sebagai referensi di dunia pendidikan maupun pelaku ekonimi kreatif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to get answers empirically: (1) The Effect of Mathematical Logic on Innovative Behavior, (2) The Effect of Self-Efficacy on Innovative Behavior. (3) The Effect of Achievement Motivation on Innovative Behavior. (4) The Joint Effect of Mathematical Logic Intelligence, Self-Efficacy and Achievement Motivation on Innovative Behavior. The method used in this research is a survey method with multiple linear regression approach. The research sample was 40 SMK students in Sawangan sub-district which was determined by random sampling technique. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that: (1) There is a partial positive and significant influence of the Mathematical Logic variable on the Innovative Behavior variable, (2) There is a partial positive and significant influence on the Self-Efficacy variable on the Innovative Behavior variable. (3) There is a positive and significant influence of the achievement motivation variable partially on the variable of innovative behavior. (4) There is a positive and significant influence on the variables of Mathematical Logical Intelligence, Self-Efficacy and Achievement Motivation simultaneously on Innovative Behavior. The higher the mathematical logic, the better the self-efficacy and the higher the achievement motivation, the higher the student's innovative behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan interpersonal dan kecerdasan intrapersonal terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP 1 Cemerlang Sepatan Timur kelas VII Tahun Pelajaran 2019-2020 dengan sampel sebanyak 40 siswa dan menggunakan metode survey. Dimana instrumen penelitian untuk kecerdasan interpersonal dengan angket sebanyak 30 soal, kecerdasan intrapersonal dengan angket 30 soal dengan tes uraian sebanyak 6 soal. Jika dilihat pada tabel nilai product moment dengan db=n-2 pada taraf signifikan 5% sebesar 0.320 dan taraf signifikan 1% sebesar 0.413. Jika dibandingkan dari ketiga rhitung dengan harga rtabel maka dapat diketahui harga rhitung lebih besar dari rtabel, dengan demikian baik dalam taraf signifikan 5% maupun 1% seluruh (tiga) hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak. Hal ini berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Kecerdasan Interpersonal dan Kecerdasan Intrapersonal Terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika.

Abstract

The existence of a widespread and simultaneous virus outbreak in various parts of the world, has an impact on all human activities in various sectors of life. This epidemic demands many changes in all fields, including education. Like it or not, learning that was initially carried out in a real classroom must be carried out online (online). Facing this very drastic change encourages educators and students to continue to adapt and innovate in the use of various digital-based learning methods. The need to know the perceptions of students in learning mathematics is very important. Through this, educators can evaluate the learning process that has taken place and elaborate on students better. Moreover, mathematics is a science that will continue to develop following the times and technology. This research is a qualitative qualitative research that aims to obtain an overview of students' perceptions of online learning, especially subjects in the field of mathematics. The case study was conducted in the 2021/2022 academic year. The subjects of this study were 2nd year students majoring in informatics engineering at a private university in DKI Jakarta. The results of this study are 94% of students prefer mathematics course lectures that are conducted face-to-face compared to learning through WAG, telegram, LMS, or google classroom. 50% of students who were asked about the difficulty level of learning mathematics courses through video conferencing thought that the difficulties they faced were in accordance with what they imagined. Likewise with the level of difficulty in learning mathematics courses through WAG, google classroom, or telegram, 49% of these students did not feel that learning was more difficult than they imagined. In such conditions, if asked to provide recommendations regarding what online learning media is suitable for mathematics courses, 72% of them recommend video conferencing media which allows lecturers and students to gather and meet in the same online room. After the research was conducted on students' perspectives on online mathematics learning, it was found that the comparison of students with positive and negative perspectives was quite balanced. There are 33 respondents who have a positive perspective. There are 34 respondents who have a negative perspective. Abstract

Rancangan ergonomi adalah perancangan peralatan kerja, perlengkapan, mesin-mesin, pekerjaan, tugas, tempat kerja duduk, organisasi, dan lingkungan berdasarkan informasi karakteristik tubuh manusia untuk produktivitas, keselamatan, kenyamanan, dan efektivitas fungsi tubuh manusia. Ada beberapa fasilitas yang belum sepenuhnya menerapkan standar ergonomi, salah satunya adalah fasilitas belajar seperti ruang kelas. Penerangan yang ideal untuk proses belajar dan mengajar menurut Kroemer adalah sebesar 200 lux sampai 750 lux. Hasil yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisa tingkat pencahayaan atau penerangan di beberapa ruang kampus apakah sudah sesuai dengan standar minimum atau tidak. Penelitian dengan menggunakan peralatan Luxmeter, untuk menghitung kuat penerangan atau pencahayaan masing masing kelas. Hasil dari penelitian ini, yang dilakukan di Kampus XXX adalah bahwa pencahayaan di kelas masih jauh dari harapan karena nilai pencahayaan dibawah 150 lux.
