Abstract

Pada 8 Mei 2024 SMK Ar-Rasyadiyyah Kota Serang mengadakan pelatihan kepemimpinan untuk Generasi Milenial dan Generasi Z. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kepemimpinan siswa-siswi agar siap menghadapi tantangan di masa depan. Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk mengembangkan kemampuan komunikasi, meningkatkan keterampilan pengambilan keputusan, memahami pentingnya kerja tim, mengasah kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kreatif, serta menumbuhkan tanggung jawab dan integritas. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi dasar-dasar kepemimpinan, teknik komunikasi efektif, manajemen waktu, pengambilan keputusan strategis, kerja tim, konflik manajemen, inovasi, dan kreativitas dalam kepemimpinan. Metode yang digunakan mencakup ceramah, diskusi, studi kasus, simulasi, role play, workshop, dan praktik langsung. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh siswa-siswi dari berbagai jurusan yang menunjukkan antusiasme dan potensi besar sebagai pemimpin masa depan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa program ini merupakan langkah positif dalam mempersiapkan generasi muda menjadi agen perubahan yang membawa kemajuan bagi masyarakat dan negara, dengan membekali mereka pengetahuan, keterampilan, karakter, dan sikap kepemimpinan yang kuat. On May 8, 2024, Ar-Rasyadiyyah Vocational School in Serang City hosted an impactful leadership training session for the Millennial Generation and Generation Z. The goal of this training was to empower students with the essential leadership skills needed to confront and conquer the challenges of tomorrow. This comprehensive training program was meticulously crafted to cultivate robust communication abilities, enhance decision-making prowess, emphasize the vital role of teamwork, hone critical and creative thinking skills, and instill values of responsibility and integrity. Topics covered during the training encompassed the essentials of leadership, cutting-edge communication strategies, time management, strategic decision-making, teamwork, conflict resolution, and fostering innovation and creativity in leadership. The training employed a diverse array of methods such as engaging lectures, dynamic discussions, real-life case studies, immersive simulations, interactive role plays, hands-on workshops, and practical exercises. Students hailing from various academic disciplines wholeheartedly participated in the training, showcasing unparalleled enthusiasm and unwavering potential as the torchbearers of the future. The resounding success of this training program unequivocally indicates that it is an exemplary leap towards preparing the next generation to become catalysts of change, propelling societal and national advancement through the dissemination of knowledge, honing of skills, nurturing of character, and fostering resolute leadership qualities.

Abstract

Pembelajaran berbasis proyek menekankan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada peserta didik. Jika dikontekskan dengan Pendidikan tinggi berarti pembelajaran berbasis proyek harus berpusat pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa calon guru matematika terhadap pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Pembelajaran berbasis proyek diterapkan pada mata kuliah matematika Inklusif. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa semester enam pada program studi Pendidikan Matematika Universitas Indraprasta PGRI. Penelitian berlangsung pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2023-2024. Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif ini menggunakan Teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Aspek persepsi yang diukur adalah Proses pembelajaran, motivasi, dan kinerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persepsi positif terhadap ketiga aspek tersebut. Proses pembelajaran berlangsung aktif, motivasi mahasiswa meningkat terhadap pemahaman teori yang disajikan, dan mahasiswa menghasilkan produk berupa bahan ajar digital dan alat peraga matematika bagi siswa berkebutuhan khusus slow learner.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendesain dan mengembangkan media pembelajaran matematika berupa papan pecahan bagi siswa kelas III Sekolah Dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development). Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model ADDIE dengan tahap sistematis yaitu Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. Hasil berdasarkan penelitian dan pembahasan secara singkat dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran papan pecahan ini memiliki kriteria layak dengan perolehan presentase dari ahli media sebesar 83,5%, ahli materi sebesar 82,67%, ahli bahasa sebesar 77%, hasil Post-test siswa sebesar 86% dan uji coba skala kecil sebesar 95,5%. Sehingga tingkat validasi media pembelajaran papan pecahan terhadap pemahaman konsep matematika siswa ini diinterprestasikan layak untuk digunakan dalam proses belajar mengajar pada peserta didik Sekolah Dasar Kelas III.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membahas tentang pengaruh metode inkuiri dengan pendekatan project based learning terhadap pemahaman konsep matematika. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain Posttest Only Control Design, dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Simple Random Sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas VII di SMP PGRI Karadenan. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes esai. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t, berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh dengan signifikan pada taraf 5% dan diperoleh . Karna benar adalah . Hal ini menunjukan bahwa diterima dan ditolak, dengan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan dalam pengaruh metode inkuiri dengan pendekatan project based learning terhadap pemahaman konsep matematika.

Abstract

Effective classroom management is a crucial factor in creating a conducive and enjoyable learning environment, which positively influences student’s motivation, participation, and academic performance. Based on observations at SMK Arrasyaddiyah in Serang City, several challenges were identified, including low student engagement, lack of varied teaching methods, minimal use of technology, and limited teacher training. To address these issues, the community service team from Universitas Indraprasta PGRI conducted a workshop on enhancing classroom management competence, aimed at equipping teachers with innovative and technology-based classroom management strategies. The program was implemented over a four-month period (April–August) in the form of interactive workshop, including lectures, group discussions, classroom management simulations and evaluation pre- and post-tests. The results of showed an improvement in teachers' knowledge and skills in class management, as well as high enthusiasm toward the training content. Teachers demonstrated greater ability in time management, student interaction, and the application of engaging learning methods tailored to student’s learning styles. Thus, this program has made a tangible contribution to improving and served as one of the solutions for strengthening technology-based and collaborative classroom management in vocational high schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to get answers empirically: (1) The Effect of Mathematical Logic on Innovative Behavior, (2) The Effect of Self-Efficacy on Innovative Behavior. (3) The Effect of Achievement Motivation on Innovative Behavior. (4) The Joint Effect of Mathematical Logic Intelligence, Self-Efficacy and Achievement Motivation on Innovative Behavior. The method used in this research is a survey method with multiple linear regression approach. The research sample was 40 SMK students in Sawangan sub-district which was determined by random sampling technique. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that: (1) There is a partial positive and significant influence of the Mathematical Logic variable on the Innovative Behavior variable, (2) There is a partial positive and significant influence on the Self-Efficacy variable on the Innovative Behavior variable. (3) There is a positive and significant influence of the achievement motivation variable partially on the variable of innovative behavior. (4) There is a positive and significant influence on the variables of Mathematical Logical Intelligence, Self-Efficacy and Achievement Motivation simultaneously on Innovative Behavior. The higher the mathematical logic, the better the self-efficacy and the higher the achievement motivation, the higher the student's innovative behavior.

Abstract

The cases of narcotics and illegal drugs abuse among the younger generation have been increasing and could impede the sustainability of Indonesia’s young population in the future. Therefore, efforts to protect the younger generation from these issues are highly necessary. The socialization activity at Public Junior High School 1 Pamarayan, Serang Regency regarding the dangers and impacts of narcotis abuse aimed to help participants understand the impact of narcotics abuse, namely physical, psychological, and socio-economic impacts. This activity applied lecture and participatory discussion method using PowerPoint slides, organized by the university students from community services Group 15 Kampungbaru Village, Pamarayan. The speaker (resource person) in this socialization was the staff from National Narcotics Agency, Serang Regency. This activity was conducted on September 4, 2023, attended by a total of 51 participants. The results reveal that the socialization has positively contributed in increasing students’ knowledge and understanding of the dangers and impacts of narcotics abuse, as proven by the number of students who actively participated and became more aware about the dangers of narcotics. This socialization is expected to be a solid foundation to fortify the younger generation as Indonesia’s next generation, especially students at Public Junior High School 1 Pamarayan, from the dangers of narcotics abuse

Abstract

The selection process for exemplary teachers in vocational schools in Bekasi City has so far been carried out subjectively without a structured system, relying on internal meetings and daily notes, thus causing problems of transparency, accuracy, and efficiency. To overcome this, this study developed an online decision support system (DSS) that makes use of the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) algorithm to create an objective and measurable selection method based on five criteria: discipline, travel costs, personality, teaching administration, and learning achievement. Quantitative methods were applied by collecting data through questionnaires and observations, while the system prototype was designed through the stages of problem analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation. The AHP algorithm was used to process the decision matrix, benefit-cost-based normalization, weighting, and pairwise comparisons, with a consistency test (CR =0.044) ensuring the reliability of the results. This system successfully identified Didi Saputra, S.Pdi., as the best exemplary teacher with the highest preference value (0.92), while providing a significant impact in the form of increased accuracy (reducing subjective bias), transparency (clear ranking reports), and efficiency (faster selection process). The research findings demonstrate the effectiveness of AHP as a structured solution for exemplary teacher selection, with potential for adoption by other educational institutions and sustainability through a web-based system.
