Abstract

In the learning process, the teacher is expected to provide teaching which is easily understood by students. However, there are some teachers who have not implemented the learning model in every learning process. The solution which can be taken by teachers is to use the index card match learning model. The index card match learning model or matching pair cards is one type of cooperative learning. The index card match learning model is varied by utilizing card media in order to improve student learning outcomes in mastering standard and non-standard vocabulary. This study aims to determine teacher and student activities, student learning outcomes, and student responses. The subjects in this study were sixth grade students of SDN Bahagia 06, totaling 20 students. The data collection instrument was carried out using teacher and student activity observation sheets, tests, and student questionnaires/response sheets. Data analysis used descriptive statistics of percentages. The result of this study indicates that the result of observing teacher activities in the first cycle obtained an average value of 3.46, which is a moderate category. The second cycle obtained an average score of 4.83, which is an excellent category, and the third cycle obtained an average score of 4.94, which is an excellent category. On the other hand, the student activities in the first cycle obtained an average score of 3.40, which is a moderate category, the second cycle obtained an average value of 4.75, which is an excellent category, and in the third cycle the average score was 4.91, which is an excellent category. Moreover, student learning outcomes using the index card match model in the first cycle obtained 70%, which is a good category, then it increased in the second cycle by acquiring 90%, which is an excellent and a perfect category, and in the third cycle acquired 100% of the student completion in learning process, which is an excellent category.

Abstract

Gallon Stroller (Troly) used in PT. XYZ to transport gallons of packaged drinks between work stations, initial data was obtained from research at the workplace of the operator experiencing complaints of MSDs Musculoskeletal Disorders, then after conducting research on the assessment of the Nurdic Body Mapping (NBM) score, the average was above 48% and 43%, the results analysis of work postures and with Rapid Upper Limb Assessment REBA all work systems have high complaints scores so they must be repaired immediately, using anthropometric size considerations it is also found that the size of the operator and the size of the tool experience significant differences, after an analysis of work postures is not ideal and needs to be improved immediately, to achieve the ideal working posture by redesigning the stroller, taking into account the previous anthropometric data of height, 296 cm, and length. 359 cm, changed to 370.6 cm and the addition of assistive devices as a footstool to overcome MSDs Musculoskeletal Disorders, and changing the method to work, a stroller is proposed from a manual drive using an electric motor and a new grip design, with anthropometric concepts, and REBA analysis. after the use of the new design was analyzed with the concept of percentile and REBA, all work postures decreased from very high complaints level reaching 13 on a risk scale to 4 low

Abstract

For investors who invest, the selection of issuers is made by considering a company's fundamentals. Several digital securities applications can be used, including Indopremier Sekuritas ipot. However, the analysis is difficult for layman who does not master the basics of finance and business. Therefore, we used a mosaic plot by mapping financial statement data into bar charts. The results showed that the Mosaic plot could present the company's characteristics based on its performance in managing capital from shares so that it can be a reference for investors in considering the selection of issuers based on investment objectives.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the effectiveness of using Canva's learning videos on static electricity. At this stage of research, the learning media has been created by researchers and has been validated by material experts and media experts, with the results being feasible to be used as static electricity learning media. So from these results the researchers will test the effectiveness of users, which are tested on Informatics Engineering students at Indraprasta University. The research method used is the survey method. This survey method uses data collection techniques using questionnaires/questionnaires. The questionnaire method is used to determine a product by testing the validation of the product we have developed. In previous studies, media validation tests have been carried out by material experts and media experts. Furthermore, a feasibility test is carried out which is tested on students. The instrument used is a questionnaire from student responses. And the research sample is the Informatics Engineering student of class R45 as many as 43 students and R46 as many as 42 students, so that the total research sample is 85 students. From the results of the feasibility test of this learning media, students stated that they agreed to use physics learning media using Canva in static electricity physics courses conducted online. This learning media using Canva Design makes it easy for teachers to deliver learning materials in online conditions like today.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas V SD pada mata pelajaran IPA melalui pengamatan video dengan media google meet di masa pandemi. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SDN Babelan Kota 06 kepada 38 siswa kelas V. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan motivasi belajar siswa dapat meningkat dengan penerapan media video. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan meningkatnya hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and self-adjustment in specialization lessons for class XI students at Bhina Tunas Bhakti Juwana Vocational High School. This study uses a correlational quantitative research method. The population in this study was 150 students of class XI, then to determine the sample in the study using the cluster random sampling technique, namely determining the sample randomly not individually but all members of the group. In taking this sample, the researcher randomized the five population classes twice. The first class that came out, the researcher used for the try out class, namely class XI TEI 1 and the second class that came out for the research class was class XI TOKR 1. Tools for data collection, researchers used self-concept and self-adjustment scale instruments. Based on the results of the research that the researchers have done, it can be concluded as follows: there is a relationship in the moderate but significant interval class category, and the direction of the relationship is negative. A negative significant relationship means that it means that the relationship is inversely proportional if the self-concept or variable X has increased, the student's self-adjustment or variable Y has decreased, so conversely if the Y variable or student's self-adjustment has increased then the X variable or student's self-concept has decreased. This is shown by the statistical results using the Pearson product moment correlation test with the help of the SPSS 23 application with the result r = (-) 0.42 with an r table of 0.361, so r count > r table or (-) 0.42 > 0.361. Then matched with the interpretation table shows that between self-concept and self-adjustment has a relatively moderate level of relationship.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine and analyze the financial performance of PT AKR Corporindo Tbk. before and after conducting a joint venture as measured using profitability financial ratios consisting of Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM). The data used in this study comes from the quarterly consolidated financial statements of PT AKR Corporindo Tbk for the 2013 to 2021 obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Data analysis in this study uses SPSS version 29.0 tools to test data by conducting normality test and the dependent sample t-test. In addition, an analysis was carried out by assessing and comparing the results of financial ratios calculations before and after conducting a joint venture. The results of the study after the SPSS test showed that there were no significant difference in the data used in the study before and after conducting a joint venture, with the results of the analysis at PT AKR Corporindo Tbk after conducting a joint venture is experiencing differences in the level of financial performance, where after conducting a joint venture, PT AKR’s profit continues to increase so that it can be considered effective, which can be seen from the company’s ability to manage costs that need to be incurred properly so that it continues to obtain a large enough operating profit.

Abstract

Hedonisme adalah salah satu tujuan hidup seseorang hanya untuk mendapatkan kesenangan, merupakan hal yang banyak menimpa para remaja. Hal ini terjadi karena industrialisasi dan globalisasi media sosial saat ini. Salah satu akses menggunakan media sosial adalah melalui aplikasi Instagram yang dapat dijadikan sebagai sarana berbagi berbagai momen baik melalui foto maupun video. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh media sosial Instagram terhadap gaya hidup hedonisme. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 70 responden dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner.Hasil perhitungan analisis persamaan regresi linier diperoleh sebagai berikut Y = 7,855 + 0,732X, perhitungan koefisien korelasi (r) antara variabel X dan Y diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,74. Nilai tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel memiliki hubungan yang kuat dan positif. Besarnya pengaruh Media Sosial Instagram terhadap Gaya Hidup Hedonisme adalah 54,76% dan sisanya 25,99% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is currently an important requirement for the business sector to facilitate operational activities, including recording financial reports. Information systems are products of ICT development in the form of computer application programs that record and record data to make it easier for users or users to re-access and process data. Digital recording provides convenience and simplicity in its use to prepare financial reports and avoid recording errors. Various financial recording application systems are provided by online application service providers, one of which is the Cash Book. The purpose of using the BukuKas Application for the Bird Feed Caterpillar Breeding business was chosen because previously the business owner was still recording income and expenses perfunctorily, so many expenses were not recorded, so the owner had difficulty checking how much the collectors owed for purchases made. Business owners also find it difficult to record income and expenses because evidence/receipts are lost. Therefore, an information system is needed that helps record transactions safely and quickly by using the BukuKas application to facilitate recording activities and as a medium for recording business transactions. This type of research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques include interviews, WhatsApp, and observation to observe the use of recording before and after using the application so that the selected application can produce a better business report.

Abstract

Kualitas layanan merupakan salah satu instrumen terpenting untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan konsumen dalam bisnis berbasis jasa seperti Gojek, dengan banyak pesaing  yang terus bertambah setiap tahunnya membuat Gojek harus berbenah demi kelangsungan bisnis mereka. Untuk melakukan hal tersebut, konsumen mempunyai peran yang sangat penting didalamnya. Namun, banyak konsumen justru tidak mendapatkan apa yang mereka harapkan dalam kenyataannya yang membuat konsumen merasa tidak puas atas kualitas layanan yang diberikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh kualitas layanan gojek terhadap kepuasan konsumen di wilayah bogor. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan data statistik. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan nonprobability samping yaitu purposive sampling, adapun sampel populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 58.126 penduduk yang terpusat di wilayah bogor, kecamatan bojonggede. Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji t  dan diperoleh hasil  yaitu 18,37 > 1,29, sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa pengaruh kualitas layanan gojek terhadap kepuasan konsumen di wilayah bogor sangat kuat.
