The implementation of the family planning policy program launched by the Indonesian government is not only focused on women, but also on men. This study uses a phenomenological approach. This is because the main objective of this study is to understand deeply (verstehen) the phenomenon that is the target of the study, namely the relatively low coverage of male family planning participation. In interpreting this understanding, researchers will try to draw various generalizations or theories that can be used for the development of science itself or to be used as a basis for the benefit of theory application in people's lives. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method and the informant selection technique in this study uses the snow ball informant technique. The data analysis technique used is taxonomic analysis, which is a more detailed and in-depth form of analysis in discussing a theme or subject matter. The implementation of Family Planning Policy in Majalengka Regency has gone quite well, this is indicated by the issuance of regional regulations (PERDA). Number 14 of 2016 concerning the Formation and Composition of Regional Apparatus of Majalengka Regency (Regional Gazette of Majalengka Regency of 2016 Number 14) regarding the establishment of the Office for Empowerment of Women for Child Protection and Family Planning as a technical agency that handles the family planning sector in Majalengka Regency and as a response to the decentralization of field authority Family Planning from the central government to local governments

This study aims to determine: 1) The leadership of the school principal, organizational communication, teacher competencies, and the quality of learning. 2) The influence of the principal's leadership on the competence of teachers, 3) The effect of organizational communication on the competence of teachers, 4) The influence of school principlas leadership and organizational communication together on the competence, and 5) the effect of teacher competence on the quality of learning in state high schools in Majalengka Regency. This research method is a quantitative research method with descriptive and verification analysis techniques. Descriptive method using the calculation of frequency distribution, scoring and average value, while the verification method using path analysis. The sampling technique was taken by cluster proportional random sampling. Descriptive research results indicate that the principal's leadership, organizational communication, teacher competence and learning quality are in the good category. The results of the verification study prove that leadership and organizational communication have a positive and significant effect on teacher competency either partially or simultaneously. Teacher competence has a positive and significant effect on the quality of learning

The progress of a nation is very dependent on human resources (HR). Education plays a very important role in the process of improving human resources and education is a major factor in the formation of a qualified human person to face competition entering the era of globalization which is very competitive both in the field of education and technology, so the need for change and development in the world of education. This study aims to find out analyzing descriptively and verification of aspects of leadership, school culture and teacher performance. This research method is a quantitative research method with descriptive and verification analysis techniques. Descriptive method using the calculation of frequency distribution, scoring and average value, while the verification method using path analysis. The sampling technique was taken by cluster proportional random sampling. Descriptive research results indicate that the principal's leadership, school culture, teacher performance and quality of student learning outcomes are in the good category. This study aims to determine: 1) Supervision of high school principals; 2) Supervision of high school supervisors; 3) The creativity of high school teachers; 4) Student achievement; 5) the effect of supervision by high school principals on teacher creativity; 6) the effect of supervision of high school supervisors on the creativity of teachers; 7) the influence of supervision of high school principals and high school supervisors on the creativity of teachers; 8) The effect of the creativity of high school teachers on school performance in Majalengka Regency. This research method is a quantitative research method with descriptive and verification analysis techniques. Descriptive method using the calculation of frequency distribution, scoring and average value, while the verification method using path analysis. The sampling technique was taken by cluster proportional random sampling. Descriptive research results indicate that supervision carried out by principals and school supervisors is in the quite good category, while creativity and student achievement are in the quite up to good category. The results of the study verify that the supervision conducted by the school principal and school supervisor has a positive and significant effect on the teacher's creativity either partially or simultaneously. Teacher creativity has a positive and significant effect on student achievement

This research is motivated by the low job satisfaction of employees which has an impact on service quality, aims to read and analyze: 1) organizational climate, career development, job satisfaction, and service quality in Cigasong District; 2) The magnitude of the influence of organizational climate on job satisfaction; 3) The magnitude of the influence of career development on job satisfaction; 4) The magnitude of the influence of organizational climate and career development on job satisfaction; and 5) The amount of influence of work on service quality. The research method used with survey techniques. Data collection using a questionnaire with a sample of 50 people who were determined by random sampling techniques. Data processing uses path analysis with the help of a SPSS computer program. The results of descriptive research are conducive organizational climate, transparent career development, satisfied employees, and good enough service quality; In terms of organizational climate and career development affect job satisfaction both partially and collectively, and job satisfaction affects the quality of service. Conclusion, both partially and jointly organizational climate and career development have an effect on job satisfaction and job satisfaction has an impact on service quality

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of low teacher performance which has an impact on the quality of graduates, presumably due to the low managerial ability of school principals and organizational culture. This study aims to determine: 1) the managerial ability of the principal; 2) organizational culture; 3) Teacher performance; 4) Quality of graduates; 5) The effect of principal managerial ability on teacher performance; 6) The influence of organizational culture on teacher performance; 7) The influence of principal managerial ability and organizational culture on teacher performance; 8) The effect of teacher performance on the quality of junior high school graduates in Majalengka Regency. Quantitative research methods with descriptive analysis techniques and verification. The descriptive method uses the calculation of frequency distribution, scoring and average value, while the verification method uses path analysis. The results of the descriptive study indicate that the principal's managerial abilities, organizational culture, teacher performance, and the quality of graduates are in good condition. The research results verificantly show that the principal managerial ability and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance either partially or simultaneously. Teacher performance has a positive and significant effect on the quality of graduates

The performance of public services has a huge influence on the quality of people's lives. The factors that influence public services in this study were identified from the aspects of employee performance, participatory communication and leadership. This type of research used in this research is descriptive verification research. Data collection techniques in this study using survey techniques and data sources in this study are primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique in this study used the path analysis method. The results of descriptive research indicate that participatory leadership, communication, employee performance and service quality are in the sufficient category, so it is necessary to increase their role in order to improve the quality of public services. The results of hypothesis testing have proven that there is an influence between participatory leadership style and communication, both partially and simultaneously, which have a positive effect on employee performance. The results of other hypothesis testing prove that employee performance has a positive and significant effect on the quality of public services

Obstacles in reporting village assets because asset officers are less disciplined in collecting inventory data, so that the local government has not been able to conduct village asset appraisals. Supervision of the implementation of village asset management that should have been carried out by the Regional Government or the District Government has never been carried out. From the results of the analysis of the SWOT analysis strategy formulation strategy to increase village assets, it is found that the SWOT analysis quadrant is in quadrant II, namely the diversification strategy. This analysis has a number of strengths but there are several threats. The results of the analysis show that the current threat exists in the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic which has changed most of the development programs towards village assets in order to increase village income into social / assistance programs intended for highly affected communities. Even though the program comes from local, provincial and central governments, the involvement of assistance from the village itself is very strategic considering that assistance from local, provincial and central governments is relatively limited

The application of the principles of good governance in government agencies is considered necessary for research considering the importance of the level of achievement of the implementation of good governance and its effect on improving performance by maximizing the role of leadership in implementing the principles of implementing good governance. effectively and efficiently. The research method used is descriptive and verification methods carried out through data collection in the field. The sampling used in this research is proportional random sampling technique. The data analysis method in this research uses descriptive analysis and verification analysis which can assist in processing, analyzing and interpreting the data under study. The analysis technique used in this research is path analysis. The results showed that the leadership role, good government and performance in the Department of Trade and Industry in Majalengka Regency has been running quite well. The influence of leadership and good governance on employee performance. Based on the results of data processing using SPSS, it is obtained data which shows that partially leadership has a significant effect on employee performance, as well as good governance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the research simultaneously prove that leadership and good governance have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of managerial competence and supervision on teacher performance. In this study, the research method used by the author in this study is an empirical study method, namely research on empirical facts obtained based on observation and experience. The sample in this study were all teachers at three SMPN Banjaran with the technique of taking it by census, that is, the entire population was used as the research sample. The analysis technique used in this research is correlational. Managerial competence based on the results of hypothesis testing statistically shows a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Principal supervision activities based on the results of statistical hypothesis testing showed a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Managerial competence and supervision of principals based on the results of statistical hypothesis testing simultaneously show a positive and significant effect on teacher performance
