Abstract The research was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle has different planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research subjects are principals and teachers. The school principal with his academic supervision action, while the teacher of SMP Negeri 1 Mantan Utara downstream as an object as well as a subject in providing academic supervision treatment. Data analysis techniques that guide data processing using the percentage of 40 (%) achievement with a constant of 100. To see the interpretation using the score interpretation criteria to strengthen interpretation in the following conclusions: 80% - 100% (Excellent), 66% - 79 % (Good), 56% - 65% (Sufficient), and 40% - 55% (Less). The results showed that the ability of teachers in the implementation of the learning process experienced an increase in the percentage at each stage, from the first cycle to an average of 63% (enough) and in the second cycle an average of 68% (good). There is an increase in the ability of teachers by 5% from cycle I. In detail there was a significant increase in the initial conditions of the school when compared to the final state in cycle II. The accuracy of teachers entering the classroom increased by 48%, the use of learning media increased by 32%, varied methods increased by 31%, and learning strategies increased by 36%. Abstract This classroom action research was conducted in Class IX A SMP Negeri 5 Kubu with a total of 22 students. The objectives to be achieved in this study are to improve students' ability to compile procedural texts, develop effective, efficient and fun learning strategies and learning models, students can actively involve themselves in communication activities by expressing their ideas, opinions and feelings simply both verbally. or written. The technique used in this research is to make observations / observations and give student performance tests in the form of written tests. Then the next goal of Classroom Action Research is to find out to what extent learning through the Chain writing learning model can improve student learning outcomes in writing procedural texts in class IX A at SMP Negeri 5 Kubu. Classroom action research (CAR) was conducted in 2 cycles, from the results of the actions taken were proven to improve student learning outcomes in English lessons by reaching the KKM standard, namely 70. From 64.31% in cycle I, it could increase to 78.63%. in cycle 2. The results of this action research indicate that the chain writing learning model is effective in improving students' skills in writing procedural texts. AbstractLearning media is an important factor in improving the quality of learning. This is due to the development of technology in the field of education that demands efficiency and effectiveness in learning. This study aims to determine the role of In House Training (IHT) activities in improving the ability of teachers to apply learning media at SMP Negeri 5 Sungai Kakap. This study uses two cycles of action research. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely: design, activities and observations, reflection and revision. The target of this research is the teachers of SMP Negeri 5 Sungai Kakap. The obtained data is the result of cyclical actions during the School Action Research (PTS) activity. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the implementation of has a positive impact in improving the ability of teachers to apply learning media. This is indicated by the increase in the acquisition score made by the teacher in each cycle from the results of the actions taken which are proven to increase the ability of teachers to apply learning media, namely the assessment of teacher activities when participating IHT activities from 21, in cycle 1 it increased to 25. .57 in cycle 2. Then the assessment of the teacher's ability to apply learning media also increased. Before the IHT activity was held, the average score of teachers in applying learning media was only 58.57%, while in cycle 1 the average score was 71 ,42% increased to 82.85% in cycle 2. Keywords: In House Training, Learning Media, Teacher Ability

 Abstarct: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kompetensi guru menyusun RPP melalui IHT di SDN 18 Benua Kayong dengan metode penelitian kualitatif dan objek penelitian 9 guru di SDN 18 benua Kayong. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik pengukuran dan alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes dan instrument monev. Jenis tes yang digunakan adalah tes pilihan ganda. Peningkatan kompetensi guru menyusun RPP 88,00%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kompetensi guru menyusun RPP melalui IHT di SDN 18 Benua Kayong.Keywords: PTS, RPP dan IHTAbstarct: This study aims to determine the improvement of teacher competence to prepare RPP through IHT in SDN 18 Benua Kayong with qualitative research method and object of research 9 teachers in SDN 18 continent Kayong. AbstrakDunia pendidikan pada pendidikan tinggi di fokuskan pada tiga aspek yaitu: pengajaran (pembelajaran), penelitian dan pengabdian pada masyarakat. Aspek penelitian berperan penting dalam proses perkembangan pendidikan di perguruan tinggi. Oleh karena itu, isu sentral yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah berkenaan dengan kualitas penelitian Dosen dan mahasiswa pada program studi magister pendidikan bahasa Inggris pada FKIP Universitas Tanjungpura Pontianak. Penelitian ini mengambil populasi dosen yang telah di-homebase-kan pada program studi magister (S2) Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris pada FKIP Universitas Tanjungpura Pontianak. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan di analisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 90% penelitian para dosen sesuai dengan keahlian atau spesialisasinya masing-masing. Hanya 20% penelitian yang tidak relevan dengan program studi. penelitian yang diluar bidang pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Sementara itu, penelitian mahasiswa yang berkaitan dengan penelitian untuk penyelesaian studi magister mereka sudah sesuai dengan visi dan misi program studi magister. Abstrak Semakin hari kesadaran siswa terhadap tata tertib sekolah semakin berkurang. Selain dari kurang sadarnya siswa terhadap tata tertib, mulai tumbuh juga perilaku kenakalan remaja di kalangan siswa SMP Negeri 3 Matan Hilir Selatan. Permasalahan kenakalan remaja dan kesadaran siswa terhadap tata tertib sekolah akan sulit di atasi jika tidak ada kerjasama yang baik antara pihak sekolah dan orang tua. Terkadang pihak orang tua tidak menyadari bahwa kenakalan siswa juga dipengaruhi oleh pergaulan di luar lingkungan sekolah. Wali siswa hanya menuntut anaknya menjadi pandai di sekolah tanpa memperhatikan pergaulan anaknya di luar sekolah dan tidak pernah juga memotivasi anaknya untuk rajin belajar. Selain itu, pihak sekolah yang dalam hal ini diwakili oleh wali kelas jarang atau bahkan tidak pernah membicarakan perihal kenakalan siswa dengan wali siswa, sehingga masalah kenakalan siswa dan kurangnya motivasi belajar siswa di sekolah sulit untuk dicari jalan keluarnya. Sehingga peneliti tertarik melakukan home visit. Dari hasil penelitian didaptkan bahwa masih banyak pelanggaran-pelanggaran tata tertib yang dilakukan oleh siswa, baik siswa lakukan di dalam kelas saat belajar atau saat di luar kelas. Sedangkan motivasi belajar yang dimiliki siswa d SMP Negeri 3 Matan Hilir Selatan sangat beragam, ada yang motivasi belajarnya tinggi, sedang, kurang, dan ada juga beberapa yang mulai kehilangan motivasi belajar Kata Kunci : Home Visit, Wali Kelas, Motivasi Belajar

Abstrak Pendidikan Agama Islam adalah salah satu mata pelajaran yang sangat penting. Namun di SD Negeri 25 Sungai Kakap, khususnya di Kelas IV hasil belajar siswa masih belum mencapai KKM. Hal ini disebabkan oleh faktor kurangnya variasi dalam pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hal ini, maka dilakukan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas untuk memperbaiki proses dan mutu pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media Posteroid. Media Posteroid adalah media poster yang dibuat dengan menggunakan aplikasi yang dapat diunduh dan dibuat melalui android. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 25 Sungai Kakap. Penelitian ini dilakukan 3 siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan media Posteroid yaitu pada pra siklus nilai rata-rata sebesar 58,61, pada siklus I nilai rata-rata sebesar 61,11, siklus II nilai rata-rata sebesar 72,5 dengan persentase ketuntasan 50% dan pada siklus III nilai rata-rata sebesar 94,44 dengan persentase ketuntasan sebesar 100%. AbstractThis research is to describe the relationship between principal's motivation and school culture on the performance of elementary school teachers in jawai selatan, Sambas. This study consisted of two independent variables and one dependent variable. They are the principal's motivation (X1) and school culture (X2) as independent variables, and teacher performance (Y)as dependent variable. The subjects of this study are all elementary school teachers. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational design. Data collection techniques used are documentary and questionnaire techniques. The main data collection tool used is a questionnaire (questionnaire) with alternative answers in the form of a Likert scale. Technical analysis or data processing of this study using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results obtained: (1) There is a relationship between the principal's motivation and teacher performance of 25.70%. (2) There is a significant relationship between school culture and an increase in teacher performance of 70.13%. (3) The principal's motivation and school culture have a significant relationship to the performance of teachers in the southern Jawai sub-district with a contribution of 55.70%. Keywords: Motivation, School Culture, Performance of teachers

AbstractThis research is aimed to identify and describe morphemes and allomorphs applied in nominal affixation process of Bidayuh-Somu Language. The research is field linguistics implementing recording technique to collect the data. Utterances containing nominal morphemes and allomorphs were collected from the language speaker informants and sorted accordingly to word class. The research found that the nominal morphemes of the language is both class-maintaining and class-changing. To form word, the nominal morpheme is affixed to nouns, verbs, and numbers. The nominal morpheme of Bidayuh-Somu Language comprises prefix, infix, and circumfix.    Key words: affixation process, morpheme, allomorph, class-maintainng and           class-changing.

AbstrakKurangnya pengetahuan tentang bagaimana mengimplikasikan IPA di dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, kurangnya kesiapan peserta didik untuk mengikuti pelajaran IPA dan kurangnya kemampuan IPA guru, menjadi kendala di dalam pembelajaran IPA. Tujuan penulisan makalah ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kondisi, bentuk RPP dan skenario pembelajaran IPA di kelas VIII SMPN 03 Sungai Kunyit, dengan menerapkan motode inkuiri, dengan tahapan sebagai berikut;(1) Guru meminta peserta didik mengamati objek yang diamati dan mengajukan pertanyaan; (2) Guru membentuk kelompok yang anggotanya 4-5 orang secara heterogen; (3) Guru memberikan peserta didik mengajukan ide/masalah tentang objek yang diamati, guru memberikan tanggapan; (4) Guru mengarahkan peserta didik mengajukan hipotesis; (5) Guru membagikan LKPD dan mengarahkan peserta didik secara berkelompok untuk mengumpulkan data dan menjawab pertanyaan pada LKPD dengan membaca referensi terkait; (6) Guru mengarahkan peserta didik untuk menguji hipotesis dengan melakukan eksperimen ; (7) Guru mengarahkan peserta didik menarik kesimpulan; (8) Guru memberikan penghargaan kepada kelompok yang memiliki nilai/poin terbaik; (9) Guru memberikan evaluasi; (10) Penutup. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan diterapkannya metode pembelajaran inkuiri, dapat membuat peserta didik aktif dalam pembelajaran.Kata Kunci: Metode Pembelajaran Inkuiri, LKPD Scientific, Materi Gerak pada                   Makhluk Hidup, Kegiatan Pembelajaran
