Abstract

Negative cash flow represents a critical financial challenge that threatens liquidity and execution timelines across the construction sector. General Background Negative cash flow represents a critical financial challenge that threatens liquidity and execution timelines across the construction sector. Specific Background High-rise developments such as the X Apartment Project frequently experience severe liquidity imbalances due to delayed owner payments, estimation discrepancies, and productivity bottlenecks. Knowledge Gap Prior studies have largely evaluated cash flow anomalies from isolated financial perspectives without integrating risk matrices and regression models to assess operational impacts in high-rise settings. Aims This study aims to identify negative cash-flow risk factors, evaluate their severity, analyze their statistical effects on project operations, and formulate validated mitigation strategies. Results The analysis revealed that delayed payments, weak financial management, and low labor productivity are the most critical determinants directly impairing operational continuity and schedule performance. Novelty The integration of a Probability-Impact Matrix with multiple linear regression provides an empirical framework that bridges financial risk assessment with operational performance metrics. Implications Contractors can utilize these structured mitigation techniques to optimize liquidity management and safeguard the operational execution of high-rise construction projects. Highlights Statistical evaluations confirm that payment delays, weak financial control, and low productivity significantly impair project operations. The integration of probability-impact assessments with regression analysis effectively bridges financial risk identification and operational management. Prioritized mitigation strategies emphasize proactive payment tracking and liquidity buffers rather than complete risk avoidance. Abstract

Fast-track project scheduling provides a mechanism to reduce construction durations by overlapping activities, yet it introduces significant uncertainties. General Background Fast-track project scheduling provides a mechanism to reduce construction durations by overlapping activities, yet it introduces significant uncertainties. Specific Background Public construction initiatives such as the Bogor traditional market revitalization project face severe time compression demands, reducing execution periods by half. Knowledge Gap Comprehensive risk evaluations connecting schedule, cost, and quality categories via structured mapping remain limited for accelerated public infrastructure initiatives. Aims This study investigates and evaluates implementation hazards, dominant risk variables, hierarchical classifications, and corresponding mitigation strategies within an accelerated market project. Results Findings revealed 15 relevant variables where material delivery delay, owner payment delays, and design modification schedule shifts emerged as top critical threats. Novelty The application of a Risk Breakdown Structure combined with congruency patterns systematically maps interdependencies among schedule, cost, and quality risks under compressed timelines. Implications Successful schedule compression requires integrated risk management protocols alongside duration reduction to safeguard overall project performance. Highlights The Risk Breakdown Structure mapped dominant vulnerabilities into schedule, cost, quality, and external risk categories. Material delivery delays and owner payment issues represented the most critical threats during schedule compression. Integrated risk mitigation frameworks are essential to prevent cascading failures across time, budget, and technical specifications. Keywords Fast-Track Project Delivery; Risk Management; Risk Breakdown Structure; Construction Risk; Market Revitalization

Abstract

General Background The provision of inclusive education is a fundamental right that demands tailored pedagogical strategies to accommodate children with diverse developmental, cognitive, and physical capabilities. Specific Background SD MUMTAZ, a designated inclusive school in Sidoarjo, integrates sixty-nine special needs students—including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder—within a general education environment. Knowledge Gap Despite a growing commitment to inclusive education, the specific therapeutic methods and individualized coordination strategies executed by Special Supervising Teachers to facilitate holistic integration in mainstream primary schools remain underexplored. Aims This research explores the specific coordination strategies and therapeutic interventions utilized by educational staff to support the development of special needs students at SD MUMTAZ. Results Descriptive qualitative analysis via observation and interviews reveals a comprehensive handling strategy centered around Individualized Education Plans formulated collaboratively by teachers, special supervisors, and parents. Furthermore, the school employs specialized therapies—specifically Quranic therapy to stabilize emotions, bodywork therapy for motor coordination, and clinical interventions guided by medical professionals. Novelty This study highlights a unique multidimensional approach that synergizes spiritual interventions with clinical and physical therapies within a mainstream inclusive curriculum. Implications Implementing these holistic support structures and individualized therapeutic interventions provides a replicable framework for other elementary institutions to foster effectively inclusive, emotionally stable, and academically supportive learning environments. Highlights: Special Supervising Teachers facilitate integration by designing and executing Individualized Education Plans for each special needs student. The institution implements Quranic therapy as an effective spiritual intervention to stabilize emotions and reduce tantrums. Abstract

General Background Standardized educational measurements serve as the fundamental basis for modern institutional accreditation and student development. Specific Background SMPIT Darul Fikri positions itself as a competitive institution utilizing excellent service protocols and structured outcome guarantees to attract prospective students. Knowledge Gap Previous literature primarily associates institutional identity with market competitiveness, leaving a theoretical void regarding the utilization of continuous service evaluation as the core system for identity empowerment. Aims This phenomenological research elaborates on identity evolution approaches through standard compliance implementation and analyzes patterns to sustain institutional recognition continuously. Results Findings from purposive and snowball sampling demonstrate that the institution maintains its reputation through the TERRA service management framework—Tangible, Empathy, Responsiveness, Reliability, and Assurance—alongside the PEPS promotion approach involving Polling, Educating, Promoting, and Selecting. Furthermore, fluctuations in customer satisfaction correlate directly with service reliability, financial policies, and infrastructure support. Novelty This study discovers that continuous standard compliance functions as a dynamic empowerment system that fortifies organizational reputation, rather than serving merely as a static accreditation tool. Implications This research provides a literary benchmark for educational centers to establish strong, enduring identities by guaranteeing learning outcomes and systematically managing patron satisfaction. Highlights: Excellent service models utilizing tangible assets, empathy, responsiveness, reliability, and security build customer satisfaction. Institutional promotion operates efficiently using continuous polling, educating, promoting, and selecting methodologies. Parent loyalty and student enrollment fluctuate based on infrastructure support and educational financial policies.
