Abstract

This study examines the positive and significant effect of social media marketing, online customer reviews, and e-SERVQUAL on purchase decisions through trust. This study is quantitative research. The whole population is Bekam Therapy Center’s customers. The sample is 104 customers. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires online. WarpPLS 7.0 was used as a data analysis method to identify and estimate the relationship between variables. The variables consist of social media marketing (X1), online customer review (X2), e-SERVQUAL (X3), purchase decision (Y), and trust (Z). The result shows that; 1) Social media marketing does not have a direct positive effect on purchase decisions but does influence trust, 2) Online customer reviews positively affect purchase decisions and trust, 3) E-SERVQUAL has a significant positive effect on both purchase decisions and trust, 4) Trust significantly influences purchase decisions. 5) The mediating role of trust is evident in the relationship between social media marketing and purchase decisions, and e-SERVQUAL and purchase decisions, but not between online customer reviews and purchase decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to pinpoint the variables that affect consumers' decisions to purchase online for fashion. This study is crucial because it can assist e-commerce businesses better understand consumer behavior and enhance their marketing tactics, which will have a substantial positive impact on the fields of management and information technology. This research employs a mixed-method methodology that combines qualitative interviews with quantitative survey data. Using an online questionnaire, 500 active Indonesian e-commerce users provided quantitative data, and 20 respondents participated in in-depth interviews that yielded qualitative data. While qualitative data were examined thematically, quantitative data were evaluated using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart-PLS software. The key conclusions show that customer service responsiveness, product clarity, user reviews, flexible return policies, and platform trust are significant determinants of online purchasing behavior. Competitive pricing and promotional tactics also have a big impact. These results have consequences for e-commerce organizations, who should concentrate on enhancing aspects of trust, the quality of product information, and efficient promotional techniques to draw in and keep customers. The present study suggests that additional investigation is warranted to examine other variables, including the impact of social media and fashion trends on the behavior of online shoppers.

Abstract

The second greatest cause of death for women worldwide is breast cancer. When abnormal cells in the body proliferate out of control, cancer is the result. The diagnosis of breast cancer was established using anthropometric data obtained from standard blood tests. From the UCI Machine Learning Repository, the Breast Cancer Coimbra Data Set was obtained and put to use. One popular classification decision tree method is the C4.5 approach. By selecting the appropriate features and applying the appropriate strategy to address class imbalance throughout the classification process, the performance of the C4.5 algorithm may be enhanced. To determine the accuracy of the classification, tests are conducted using a confusion matrix. Accuracy in this study is anticipated to increase with the application of the C4.5 Algorithm, the Bagging approach to address class imbalance, and the PSO feature selection method. The C4.5 Algorithm, PSO, Bagging Technique produce the best accuracy results, with an average of 86.36 percent. The C4.5 classification method has the second highest accuracy, with a PSO accuracy of 79.39 percent. Utilizing the Bagging Technique in conjunction with the C4.5 Algorithm, the accuracy of 75.0% is the third highest. Furthermore, it has a 65.71 percent accuracy with the C4.5 categorization. As a result, the increase in accuracy from before adding PSO and Bagging Technique was 20.65%, indicating that the inclusion of PSO and Bagging Technique had a substantial impact on the calculation process.
