Abstract

Abstrak: Manajemen risiko merupakan aspek penting dalam bisnis e-commerce yang memungkinkan pengelolaan risiko-risiko yang terkait dengan operasional bisnis. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki konsep manajemen risiko dalam konteks bisnis e-commerce dan mengusulkan strategi pengelolaan risiko yang efektif. Pendekatan penelitian kepustakaan digunakan untuk menyusun landasan teori yang meliputi definisi manajemen risiko, metode identifikasi risiko, pengukuran risiko, dan strategi pengelolaan risiko. Artikel ini juga membahas beberapa masalah yang sering dihadapi dalam manajemen risiko e-commerce, seperti risiko keamanan data, penipuan, ketidaksesuaian peraturan, dan serangan siber. Metode penelitian yang direkomendasikan termasuk pengumpulan data sekunder melalui studi literatur, analisis kritis, dan sintesis informasi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang berguna bagi para praktisi bisnis e-commerce dalam mengidentifikasi risiko, mengukur dampaknya, dan menerapkan strategi pengelolaan risiko yang tepat. Pembahasan tentang implikasi praktis dan keterbatasan penelitian juga disajikan. Artikel ini memiliki nilai tambah bagi pemahaman manajemen risiko dalam bisnis e-commerce, serta memberikan dasar bagi penelitian lanjutan dalam bidang ini.

Abstract

The Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program launched by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia is one of the breakthroughs in the Era of Digitalization in the field of Education, in order to prepare students to face social changes, culture, the world of work and rapid technological advances, student competencies must be prepared to be more in line with the needs of the times. Link and match not only with industry and the world of work but also with a rapidly changing future. Higher Education is required to be able to design and implement innovative learning processes so that students can achieve learning outcomes covering aspects of attitudes, knowledge, and skills optimally and always relevant.

Abstract

With the increasing development of technology, buying and selling businesses also follow technological development trends by using the internet network. Business people must always understand customer needs in order to attract customers' interest in buying, one of which is always following changes and rapid developments in business tastes. This type of research is quantitative research. This research aims to determine the effect of convenience and price on students' online purchasing decisions with discounts as moderation. The sampling technique in quantitative research is carried out randomly, data collection uses research instruments, statistical data analysis with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. The population in this study were students who had shopped online, consisting of 160 respondents. The results of this research found that convenience and price influence students' online purchasing decisions. Discounts as moderation are able to moderate the influence of convenience and price on students' online purchasing decisions.

Abstract

New product development projects in the technology industry are faced with various risks that can affect the success and sustainability of the project. This research aims to analyze the main risks that arise in the new product development process, including market, financial, regulatory, and technical risks. Through qualitative and quantitative approaches, this research identifies and evaluates the factors that influence each type of risk. The findings show that effective risk mitigation requires comprehensive planning, ongoing monitoring, and collaboration between various stakeholders. Practical recommendations are provided to assist project managers in managing risks and increasing the chances of project success.

Abstract

Transportation problems are usually related to the distribution of goods and services from various production centers to several sales locations or consumers. and the distribution of coconuts is very important for its transportation from 3 existing warehouses to the specified market destination with an initial transportation cost of Rp. 250,000, using and the initial solution for the transportation cost of coconut distribution using the NorthWestCorner (NWC) model is Rp. 82,000. Having a lower difference of Rp. 168,000 with the previous coconut distribution transportation cost, the Least Cost (LC) Method model is Rp. 83,000. Having a lower difference of Rp. 187,000 with the coconut distribution transportation cost, the Vogel Approximation Method (VAM) model is Rp. 86,000. Having a lower difference of Rp. 164,000 with the coconut distribution transportation cost, the Vogel Approximation (VAM) method is Rp. 86,000. Having a lower difference of Rp.164,000 with the cost of coconut distribution transportation, so from all calculations to find out transportation costs, it can optimize transportation costs and also get different results for each method used from the calculations that have been described above. This concludes that there are several methods that can be used to be a means of transportation. Coconut entrepreneurs must think about being able to optimize costs, operational efficiency, flexibility of adjustment, from each price tested in this study.

Abstract

Abstract: The online exam system is used to evaluate student learning, but it has some limitations. Therefore, it is necessary to research the user satisfaction of the system. This study aims to assess user satisfaction using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) methods. The results showed that three dimensions, namely, accuracy, ease of use, and timeliness significantly affected user satisfaction, while content and format did not have a significant effect. IPA analysis shows the majority of attributes (12 attributes) are in quadrant II, which indicates moderate satisfaction, 11 attributes in quadrant III, one attribute in quadrant I, and three attributes in quadrant IV. CSI concluded that the online exam system provides satisfactory service with a score of 77.54%. Keywords: csi; eucs; ipa; online exam system; user satisfaction  Abstrak: Sistem ujian online digunakan untuk mengevaluasi pembelajaran mahasiswa, tetapi sistem ini memiliki beberapa keterbatasan. Karena itulah perlu penelitian kepuasan pengguna sistem tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan menilai kepuasan pengguna dengan menggunakan metode End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS), Importance Performance Analisys (IPA), dan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Hasil riset menunjukkan tiga dimensi yaitu, akurasi, kemudahan penggunaan, dan ketepatan waktu signifikan mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna, sementara konten dan format tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Analisis IPA menunjukkan mayoritas atribut (12 atribut) berada di kuadran II, yang mengindikasikan kepuasan sedang, 11 atribut di kuadran III, satu atribut di kuadran I, dan tiga atribut di kuadran IV. CSI menyimpulkan sistem ujian online memberikan layanan yang memuaskan dengan skor 77,54%. Kata kunci: csi; eucs; ipa; kepuasan pengguna; sistem ujian online

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of interactive teaching methods and student involvement on student learning interest and motivation at SDN Kampung Melayu V through the BSI Explore Program. Using a quantitative descriptive approach with a survey, data were collected through questionnaires filled out by students participating in the program. The results show a significant positive impact between interactive teaching methods and active student involvement on the improvement of their learning interest and motivation. Students who actively participated in activities such as discussions, experiments, and practical tasks showed higher levels of learning interest compared to those who were less involved. These findings underline the importance of using teaching methods that prioritize active interaction to improve the quality of education and student motivation. Therefore, the results of this study recommend integrating interactive teaching methods and active student involvement into educational programs to encourage greater learning interest among students.
