Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of pro-human rights leadership on human rights-based digitalization with organizational culture as a moderating variable in universities. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. Data were collected from lecturers and students at Universitas Peradaban using purposive sampling. A total of 455 respondents participated in this research. Data analysis employed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to examine the direct and moderating relationships among variables. The findings indicate that pro-human rights leadership positively and significantly affects human rights-based digitalization. Leaders who prioritize fairness, inclusiveness, transparency, and human rights protection are more capable of encouraging ethical and human-centered digital transformation in universities. Furthermore, organizational culture significantly strengthens the relationship between pro-human rights leadership and human rights-based digitalization. Universities with organizational cultures that support human rights values and digital ethics tend to enhance the effectiveness of leadership in implementing inclusive and responsible digital systems. The novelty of this research lies in integrating human rights perspectives into digital transformation studies in higher education and introducing organizational culture as a moderating factor in the relationship between pro-human rights leadership and human rights-based digitalization.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of social commerce platforms and product quality perception on the increase in cosmetics sales, with digital promotion strategies serving as a moderating variable among Zahra Store customers in Tebo Regency, Jambi Province. Amidst intense competition in the cosmetics industry, local MSMEs face challenges in market reach, making the integration of social commerce and product excellence critical to explore. Employing a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design, data were collected from February to May 2026 via questionnaires based on a 5-point Likert scale administered to 150 purposively sampled respondents. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) via SmartPLS 4. The structural model evaluation shows an R-square value of 0.586, indicating that platform social commerce and product quality perception simultaneously explain 58.6% of the variance in sales growth. Individually, product quality perception (β = 0.566, t = 12.813, p = 0.000) and platform social commerce (β = 0.458, t = 9.271, p = 0.000) exert positive and significant direct effects on product sales increase. Conversely, digital promotion strategy shows neither a significant direct effect (β = 0.119, p = 0.096) nor a significant moderating role in the model (p > 0.05). These findings imply that regional retail sales are primarily driven by direct platform utility and core product quality, rather than external promotional gimmicks. Practically, local MSMEs in non-urban sectors should focus their limited resources on maintaining high product reliability and optimizing native interactive features such as direct chat responsiveness and seamless catalog access instead of investing heavily in high-cost digital advertisement campaigns.

Abstract

This study aims to implement the Apriori algorithm to analyze sales transaction data and generate product recommendations at Toko Asyifa Serba 35.000. The research addresses the problem of underutilized transaction data, where sales records are only used for administrative purposes without further analysis to support marketing strategies and decision-making. The significance of this study lies in its contribution to enhancing data-driven decision-making in retail businesses, particularly in improving product promotion strategies, inventory management, and customer satisfaction. The research adopts an applied quantitative approach with an experimental design. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation of sales transactions, and analyzed using data mining techniques, specifically the Apriori algorithm, to identify frequent itemsets and association rules based on support and confidence values. The results indicate that the implementation of the Apriori algorithm successfully uncovers patterns of consumer purchasing behavior, revealing combinations of products frequently bought together. The generated recommendations provide practical benefits for retail management, including more effective product bundling strategies, optimized shelf arrangement, targeted promotional campaigns, and improved inventory planning. These improvements can contribute to increased sales opportunities and better customer shopping experiences. These findings enable the development of a recommendation system that provides accurate and relevant product suggestions. The study concludes that the application of Apriori-based recommendation systems improves sales effectiveness, optimizes product placement, and enhances customer satisfaction. It is recommended that retail businesses adopt data mining techniques to maximize the value of transaction data and further develop integrated recommendation systems for better decision support.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to empirically prove the influence of competence, work motivation, and transformational leadership on the performance of Subak Soka Tabanan administrators. The novelty of this study lies in the use of modern variables of transformational leadership; competencies applied to traditional Subak organizations. Previous studies generally focus on modern organizations, while empirical research examining this organizational behavior variable in the context of traditional community-based institutions such as Subak is still very limited. In this study, a saturated sample was used, namely all 41 Subak Soka Tabanan administrators. This study employed a quantitative research approach, with data collected through a questionnaire utilizing a five-point Likert scale. To investigate the interrelationships among the variables included in the study, multiple linear regression analysis was conducted with the support of IBM SPSS version 22. The results of the study indicate that partially competence, work motivation, and transformational leadership have a positive and significant influence on the performance of Subak administrators. Simultaneously, the three independent variables have a significant influence on the performance of Subak Soka Tabanan administrators.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of government policies and the Central Sulawesi Smart Brave Scholarship Program on student competence at Tadulako University. A quantitative survey approach was employed involving 370 scholarship recipients from the 2025/2026 academic year. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that the implementation of government policies was perceived at a moderate level (mean = 74.07), while the Smart Brave Program was categorized as fairly effective (mean = 37.39). Student competence was found to be in the good category (mean = 46.46). Regression analysis revealed that government policies and the Smart Brave Program have a significant positive effect on student competence (p < 0.05). Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (R² = 0.576) shows that 57.6% of the variation in student competence can be explained by these two factors. These findings suggest that effective policy implementation and scholarship support play an important role in enhancing students’ competencies and academic development in higher education.

Abstract

Article 1 paragraph (1) of Law Number 10 the Year 1998 states that banking is a financial institution that collects funds from the public in the form of savings, time deposits, and demand deposits and which can be equated with them. Furthermore, it is channeled back to the public in the form of credit (financing in the Syari'ah Bank), with the aim of achieving people's welfare. Furthermore, based on Law Number. 21 of 2008 explains that a Syari'ah bank is a bank financial institution that runs its operations in a Shari'ah manner. One of the duties of banking institutions is to channel credit/financing to the public so that it can spur economic growth in the informal sector in the Region and National in the context of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. In the provision of credit/financing, it is not uncommon for fraudulent (internal) practices carried out by loan officers (AO / FO), finance staff, so that they can worsen Non-Performing Loans / Financing, which in turn can undermine the bank's own capital. The debtor information system is a strategic effort to minimize the occurrence of non-performing loans so that the quality of financing can still be controlled at all times. The collectability of financing can also be used as a benchmark in increasing the competitiveness and selling value of a bank. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which banking institutions, in this case, the Islamic People's Financing Bank have implemented these provisions, what obstacles were found, and efforts to resolve them. This type of research is an Empirical Juridical, namely examining the Regulations governing Anti Money Laundering (APU) and the Prevention of Terrorism Funding (PPT) as well as Debtor Information within the scope of the financing process in several Sharia Rural Banks (BPRS) in Aceh Province. Based on research in eleven Sharia People's Financing Banks in Aceh Province, it is known that 68.3% have operational procedures (sop) on AML and CFT and run them well, while 31.7% have AML and CFT regulations, but have not implemented them optimally. . The reason why this provision has not been implemented optimally is that more intensive socialization is needed to related parties, including bank debtors, considering that debtors are prime customers in growing a bank.

Abstract

In this study discusses the promotion of the Decision on the Use of J & T Express Services at PT Garuda Ekspress Nusantara in the city of Pekanbaru. The method used is using simple linear regression with the result Y = 5.878 + 0.925 X. From this equation it can be explained that kαonstanta (Y = 5.878 + 0.925 X, from the equation can be explained that, the constant (a) is 5.878 stating that there is no the promotion of the use decision of 5.878. The regression coefficient of 0.925 states that each addition of one promotion unit it is predicted that the decision to use will increase by 0.925. This is because there is a relationship between promotion and decision to use services. The hypothesis testing is done by comparing the t statistic value with t table at alpha 5% and degree of freeom (df) = 96 - 2 = 94. So that the ttable value is 1,986. It is known that t count is 12,892 while t table is 1,986 (tcount 12,892 > ttable 1,986). t table, then t count > t table so the result is H0 is rejected, meaning the promotion has a role significant influence on Decision Use of J & T Express services at PT Garuda Ekspress Nusantara Pekanbaru.
