Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance mediated by work motivation variables. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. In this study, the data used are primary data obtained and collected through direct surveys using questionnaires to respondents. Sampling in this study using a random sampling method with samples taken as many as 67 employees. PT. Maxalmina Compressed Natural Gas Transportation. Explanatory methods and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) are used to explain between variables. In analyzing the data in this study, evaluation of Outer model, evaluation of the Inner model, evaluation of Goodness of fit, and testing of the research hypothesis using Bootstrapping was carried out. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on motivation, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This study also proves that work motivation is successful in mediating the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance.

Abstract

Coordination has an important role in achieving the effectiveness of employees in an organization. As of this research is to study and analyze the effectiveness of coordination Influence Publishing Fatwa Locations in Board of Investment and Integrated Licensing Services Banjar. The method used in this research is explanatory research study. The population in this study were employees at the Board of Investment and Integrated Licensing Services Banjar, with a sampling technique that is the census that all employees in the Board of Investment and Integrated Licensing Services Banjar, with a total of 32 people, not including the Head BPMPPT. Based on the results of the study showed that each of the terms of coordination covering Sense of Cooperating, Rivalry, Team Spirit, Esprit de Corps, has contributed to the effectiveness of the issuance of Fatwas location by the Board of Investment and Integrated Licensing Services Banjar, so by testing hipoteis shows overall ( simultaneous) on the terms of coordination on the effectiveness Publishing Fatwa Locations in Board of Investment and Integrated Licensing Services Banjar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence of Budget Participation and Organizational Commitment on the Performance of Local Government Apparatus at the Bandung City Government Financial and Asset Management Agency. The method used in this research is descriptive method and verification method with a quantitative approach. The analytical tools used are Multiple Linear Regression, Correlation Analysis Test, Determination Analysis Test, and Partial Hypothesis Test (t test). The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling technique. The population in this study were employees of the Bandung City Government Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKA). The number of samples in this study amounted to 30 employees consisting of the Budget Division, the Treasury Division and the Accounting Division. While the method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The program used in analyzing the data used the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) ver.23. Based on the research results, it shows that there is a significant and positive influence between budget participation and the performance of local government officials and organizational commitment has a significant and positive effect on the performance of local government officials.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the influence between Leadership Style, Motivation, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance. Leadership style is one of the ways a leader influences, directs, and controls the behavior of others to achieve a goal. Motivation is a condition that drives employees who are directed to achieve organizational goals, mental attitude is a mental condition that encourages employees to strive to achieve maximum work performance. Work Discipline is a disciplined attitude that must be obeyed by all employees to achieve a goal set by the company. Employee performance is a work result that can be achieved by a person or group of people in an organization according to their authority and responsibility to achieve organizational goals. The number of samples in this study was 82 employees of PT HTSI. The sampling method used was nonprobability sampling, namely the saturated sampling method with the tool of SPSS statistical software. The results of this study prove that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership style and employee performance, there is a negative and significant influence between motivation and employee performance, there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline and employee performance.

Abstract

Employer branding is a concept that can be applied within a company to make employees feel comfortable and feel that the company is a good place to work. The goal of employer branding is for the new employee selection process to make it easier to find the best candidates and retain existing employees. By utilizing employer branding, the company will be better in the eyes of employees as well as there will be many prospective new employees who are interested in working at the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employer branding on employee performance mediated by organizational trust. This study used 95 respondents as the sample. The instrument testing method uses the SmartPLS. The results of this study are employer branding has a significant effect on employee performance, employer branding has a significant effect on organizational trust, organizational trust has a significant effect on employee performance, Organizational trust is able to mediate employer branding influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Currently the development of technology is progressing very rapidly and its development cannot be stopped. With so many advanced technologies that have emerged, various kinds of human work can be done in more innovative ways. One example is in the field of education. Currently, there are various kinds of technology-based learning media, one of which is learning media using Augmented Reality technology or often shortened to AR. Application Development as Learning Media to Build Space for Elementary/Junior High School Level Using Marker Augmented Reality Method is one form of utilizing AR technology in the field of education, especially as a learning medium. With the creation of this Augmented Reality-based learning media for building space, It is hoped that students can understand learning materials easily, and students' interest in learning can increase because the objects in the space are designed to be attractive, colorful, and interactive to avoid boredom. Based on this, this research is one of the new breakthroughs in the world of education that utilizes technological advances and helps teachers provide more interesting learning media. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of advertising and consumer satisfaction on consumer loyalty to Pepsodent products in Banda Aceh City. The population in this study were Pepsodent consumers in Banda Aceh City, with a total sample of 100 respondents using convenience sampling technique. The model used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that advertising and consumer satisfaction had a significant effect on consumer loyalty to Pepsodent products in Banda Aceh City by 80.2% and the remaining 19.8% was explained by other variables outside of this study such as product quality, brand image and price and etc. The value of the correlation coefficient (R) indicates that the relationship (correlation) between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 89.6%, meaning that consumer loyalty to Pepsodent products in Banda Aceh City has a strong and positive relationship with correlation advertisement(X1) and consumer satisfaction (X2). The results of the f test statistic test show that advertising and consumer satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer loyalty to Pepsodent products in Banda Aceh City, with value Fcount>Ftable (197,035>3,090).While partially advertising and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on consumer loyalty to Pepsodent products in Banda Aceh City, with a value of tcount> ttable (9.705 and 3.339>1.984). Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it can be seen that from the two variables studied, it turns out that the variable advertisement(X1) has the most dominant influence on consumer loyalty to Pepsodent products in Banda Aceh City, with a coefficient value of 0.689, and then followed by the variable consumer satisfaction(X2) with a coefficient value of 0.264.

Abstract

This research is motivated by several gaps or differences in research results with expert opinions, also supported by data on research problems, namely based on the results of employee performance evaluations in 2020 which were less than optimal, where the realization of performance achievements did not reach 90 at the end of the fiscal year. Evaluation data for filling out the E-application Performance shows that as many as 38% or about 900 employees do not fill in e-Kinerja to 100%. So the phenomenon of this research is the lack of effectiveness of employee performance in increasing competence, especially in the use of IT-based e-performance. The purpose of this study was to determine directly or indirectly the effect of evaluating performance based on the e-Kinerja application and employee competence on employee job performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable on Structural Employees of the Bondowoso Regency Government. The total population of this study was 2,405 employees, while the number of samples was 168 using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using WarpPLS 5.0. The results of data analysis show that e-performance based performance appraisal and employee competence have a significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) e-performance based performance appraisal and employee competence and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance, (2) e-performance based evaluation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine directly or indirectly the effect of competence and education and training on employee performance through work commitment as an intervening variable at the East Java Provincial Forestry Service. This research is a quantitative research with a survey approach. By number of samples104 respondents. Testing the instrument using validity and reliability tests while the types of data used are primary and secondary data. The analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using WarpPLS. The results of data analysis show that the employee competence variable is0, 927significant effect on work commitment of 0,900, Education and Training of 0, 931 significant effect on work commitment of 0,900, employee competence of 0, 927 significant effect on employee performance of 0, 934, education and training have a significant effect on employee performance, work commitment is 0,900 significant effect on employee performance of 0, 934.

Abstract

This research is motivated by several gaps or differences in research results with expert opinions, also supported by data from the evaluation of the performance of private vocational school teachers in Bondowoso showing that the achievement of teacher performance indicators is not optimal up to 100%, even tends to be far from the target it should be. This is to determine directly or indirectly the effect of teacher competence and work environment on teacher performance through work motivation as an intervening variable for private vocational school teachers in Bondowoso Regency. The total population of this study was 331 employees, while the number of samples was 181 using proportional sampling technique. The analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using WarpPLS 5.0. The results of data analysis show that teacher competence and work environment have a significant effect on work motivation of 0.002 and 0.001, teacher competence, work environment and work motivation have a significant effect on teacher performance of 0.009 and 0.001, teacher competence and work environment have a significant effect on teacher performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable is 0.001.
