Abstract

This research is motivated by data on the percentage of poor people in Bondowoso Regency which is still fluctuating. Also based on the achievement of performance in the context of accelerating poverty reduction, the Sweet Tape Movement has not been optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine directly or indirectly the influence of the work environment and employee competence on employee performance through organizational commitment as an intervening variable for members of the Bondowoso Regency Poverty Reduction Coordination Team. The population of this study was 250 employees, while the number of samples was 125 people using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using WarpPLS 5.0. 1. the results of data analysis indicate that the test results have a significant effect on the work environment on organizational commitment of 0.001; 2. the test results have a significant effect of employee competence on organizational commitment of 0.001; 3. the test results have a significant effect of the work environment on the performance of members of 0.001; 4. the test results have a significant effect of employee competence on the performance of members of 0.001; 5. the test results have a significant effect of organizational commitment on the performance of members of 0.009; 6. Abstract

Delays (time overruns, SPI < 1) and exceeding budget costs (cost overruns, CPI < 1) on EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) Projects are a global phenomenon due to the very diverse and unique nature of construction projects so that many companies experience losses during construction execution work activities. A very critical job in the execution of EPC projects is fabrication and installation activities which are part of construction activities because there are very many variables that have an impact on cost overruns if the fabrication and installation work is not monitored and controlled properly.   In this study, an analysis of the effect of fabrication and installation work on cost overruns was carried out on the Steam Turbine Generator and Coal Boiler Project in Palembang.  The analysis was performed using SPSS Ver software. 25 by processing questionnaire data from the answers of 42 respondents. With good control and early anticipation of construction activities so that it can help project managers in managing projects more effectively and efficiently so that the SPI (Schedule Performance Index) and CPI (Cost Performance Index) are more than one and the achievement of other requirements in accordance with project specifications and contracts.

Abstract

The development of the game world which has recently been growing rapidly, has aroused the interest of some young people, to become a Maker Game (Game Developer), why this job is in great demand because it looks very cool. Maybe it has crossed our minds when playing games on PC or Mobile how they can make this game. As for Python, it is not only used for programming using Machine Learning models, but also for making games, even the well-known game engines that are commonly used to create complex 2D/3D games such as Unity use Python as a programming language other than C# or C++. Python is the most popular programming language or it would not hurt to say that it is the next generation programming language. In every emerging field in computer science, Python is actively present. Python has an extensive library for various fields such as Artificial intelligence (Pytorch, TensorFlow), Machine Learning (Numpy, Pandas, Matplotlib) and Game development (Pygame,Pyglet). In this opportunity, we will know a little about creating a simple game using the Pygame library (Python library). Pygame is a Python module that is designed for game application development. Pygame is one of the most used libraries/modules. This advantage of pygame allows us to create a game with complete features. Pygame is portable, can run on almost all operating systems. To note, Pygame has been downloaded more than a million times, and millions of visits to the official website. Pygame is released by the GNU General Public License (GPL) so that we can make a game application that is free, open source, shareware, freeware and commercial games. Learning python, of course, must be done gradually and focus on areas of learning that are of interest because of the large number of python modules or libraries with their functions and uses. To become a game developer, we must know the basics of making games, one of which is how to create animations on a game object. Making this game animation only revolves around how to make an object consisting of sprites or several images into animation and use the up, down, left and right arrow keys to move the object. The objects in the game consist of objects commonly called player and opposite.

Abstract

Collateral is an asset owned by the borrower that is promised to the lender if the borrower is unable to repay the loan. If the borrower defaults, the lender can have the collateral at the beginning of the loan. The lack of dissemination of information, and the lack of informativeness of the media for delivering information on credit collateral that will be auctioned off to the general public has resulted in low competitiveness among buyers of collateral to be auctioned off. To solve this problem, an approach is needed in delivering information that is informative and on target. The purpose of this study is to increase prospective buyers, thereby triggering competitiveness against nominal bid prices, the process of delivering information to be more efficient and effective by implementing new innovations in advertising credit collateral information that will be auctioned. The methodology used in this paper is a Mind Map, flowmap and S.W.O.T analysis by developing a Geo-Location application for Credit Collateral that will be auctioned. By using this application, the company's revenue growth increases compared to not using the application.

The results showed that the store atmosphere, the quality of food and beverage services affect customer satisfaction at Atlas Coffee and Bike. In this study using the operational method of variables consisting of exogenous and endogenous variables where the exogenous variables are Store Atmosphere (X1), Food and Beverage Quality (X2), Service Quality (X3), then the endogenous variable is Consumer Satisfaction (Y). Consumers have full expectations to enjoy the atmosphere at Atlas Coffee and Bike to the fullest and want satisfaction, moreover the food and beverage business has dimensions that are more than just basic consumption needs but also want a recreational atmosphere. The results of this study are very useful for management, it can increase revenue and expect consumers to make repeat visits.

Abstract

The background of this research is that consumer purchasing decisions for the mobile phone Oppo brand are still fluctuating. This is due to Corporate identity, knowledge of the product. Thus, this research focuses on the influence of corporate identity and product knowledge on consumer purchasing decisions. The method used is descriptive qualitative with the following research results. Respondents' responses to corporate identity tend to be good, as well as consumer purchasing decisions. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant influence of corporate identity on consumer purchasing decisions. This means that if corporate identity increases, it will be followed by an increase in consumer purchasing decisions. Respondents' responses to product knowledge tend to be good, as well as consumer purchasing decisions. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant effect of product knowledge on consumer purchasing decisions. This means that if knowledge about the product increases, it will be followed by an increase in consumer purchasing decisions. Abstract

At the moment, agents cannot choose their own path with any flexibility in tower defense games. There may be a lot of enemies in one level of a tower defense game. The majority of in-game characters have a habit of moving in the direction of goals or objectives, though most have distinctive numbers and behaviors. The pathfinding method can be used to determine the route between the sources coordinates and the destination coordinates in an AI movement system. In this study, an objective-based pathfinding technique is used in a tower defense game where players can choose their own route. Based on the test results, the game can change the destination, which forces the adversary to alter their course to reach the new location. By placing units that can block these paths, this game also has the capacity to alter the available paths on the map.
