Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has transformed marketing strategies, particularly through social commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop. This study examines the effects of content marketing and online customer reviews on consumers' purchase intention toward Brodo products on TikTok Shop. A quantitative survey was conducted with 100 respondents who had viewed Brodo's TikTok marketing content and read customer reviews before making or considering a purchase. The data were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0. The results show that content marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention (β = 0.268; p = 0.010), while online customer reviews have a stronger positive and significant effect (β = 0.545; p < 0.001). The model explains 60.2% of the variance in purchase intention. This study contributes to the digital marketing and social commerce literature by simultaneously comparing the relative influence of company-generated content and consumer-generated reviews in the context of an Indonesian local fashion brand on TikTok Shop. Practically, the findings indicate that brands should combine informative, relevant, and authentic content with credible review management, responsive customer service, and consistent product quality to strengthen consumer trust and purchase intention.

Abstract

Delays in importing Hot Rolled Coil (HRC) raw material can disrupt production continuity and generate operational losses for manufacturing companies that depend on imported supply. This study aims to develop a risk classification model for HRC raw material import delays based on Supply Chain Visibility indicators, using a risk scoring approach combined with machine learning at PT Berjaya Mandiri Indonesia. A quantitative descriptive approach was applied to 200 historical HRC import records from 2020 to 2025. Six risk indicators were weighted through a risk scoring method to produce Low, Medium, and High-Risk labels, which subsequently served as the learning target for three classification algorithms Naïve Bayes, Decision Tree, and Random Forest evaluated using stratified 5-fold cross-validation. Decision Tree and Random Forest achieved the highest average accuracy at 97.0%, with Decision Tree marginally outperforming Random Forest on macro-F1 (0.965 versus 0.962) and consequently selected as the final model on grounds of computational efficiency and interpretability. A confirmation interview with four company practitioners indicated that the model possesses good face validity. The integration of risk scoring and machine learning produced a risk classification model that consistently automates the manual risk-scoring rules; however, the high accuracy obtained reflects consistency in replicating a deterministic label rather than predictive capability over an independent outcome, so further predictive validation is still required before the model is applied operationally.

Abstract

The transition toward a green economy requires energy organizations to align sustainable operation with human resource system that prepare employees for longterm green career demands. This study examines the effects of green economy implementation and green human resource management on green career development among employees of PLTP Kamojang PLN Indonesia Power UBP Kamojang. A quantitative explanatory survey was conducted using a saturated sample of all 134 employees of the Kamojang geothermal power unit. Data were collected throught a 39-item questionnaire measured on a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling with SmartPLS 3. The reflective measurement model met the required criteria for convergent validity, discriminant validity, and internal consistency. Green economy implementation had a positive and significant effect on green career development (β = 0.458; t = 9.967; p < 0.001), while green human resource management also had a positive and significant effect (β = 0.446; t = 9.128; p < 0.001). The model explained 45.4% of the variance in green career development. The findings show that sustainable operational practices and environmentally oriented HR systems jointly strengthen career meaning, skill acquisition, professional relationships, and awareness of changing green work demands. The single-site, cross-sectional, self-reported design limits causal inference and broader generalization.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of financial literacy, financial anxiety, fintech payments, financial attitude, and lifestyle on the financial behavior of undergraduate students in Purwokerto. Understanding the factors that shape students’ financial behavior is increasingly important in the digital era, where financial knowledge, psychological conditions, technological innovation, and consumption patterns collectively influence financial decision-making. This study contributes to the literature by providing empirical evidence on the combined effects of cognitive, psychological, technological, and behavioral factors on students’ financial behavior. A quantitative survey design was employed, and data were collected through structured questionnaires from 100 active undergraduate students who had completed at least their third semester using purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results indicate that the regression model is statistically significant (F = 76.858, p < 0.001) and explains 80.3% of the variance in students’ financial behavior (R² = 0.803). Financial literacy, fintech payments, financial attitude, and lifestyle have significant positive effects on financial behavior, whereas financial anxiety has a significant negative effect. These findings provide practical insights for universities and policymakers in developing effective financial education programs and promoting responsible financial decision-making among students. However, this study is limited by its use of purposive sampling and data collected from undergraduate students in a single geographic area, which may limit the generalizability of the findings. Future studies are recommended to examine additional determinants of financial behavior across broader populations and different educational contexts.

Abstract

Used smartphone price determination at FS Phone Store Jepara has relied mainly on the seller’s subjective judgment, resulting in inconsistent valuation across units with comparable specifications and condition. This study developed a multicriteria decision support model that integrates the Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation (CRITIC) method for objective criteria weighting with the Measurement of Alternatives and Ranking according to Compromise Solution (MARCOS) method for alternative ranking, applied to 100 used smartphone alternatives evaluated on nine criteria: physical condition, RAM, ROM, chipset, camera, battery health, usage age, warranty, and completeness. To align the technical assessment with real market conditions, a market-price correction (85% MARCOS utility score plus 15% normalized market-price score) was applied to the final ranking. The proposed ranking was compared with Weighted Product (WP), MOORA, and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) using Spearman rank correlation, and the accuracy of the resulting price recommendation was evaluated against an Independent Market Reference Price using Mean Absolute Error (MAE) and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). The results show that Usage Age obtained the highest CRITIC weight (21.12%) and Camera the lowest (8.22%). The final price-corrected ranking achieved a strong to very strong correlation with SAW (rₛ = 0.9291), WP (rₛ = 0.8015), and MOORA (rₛ = 0.8256), and produced price recommendations with an MAE of IDR 90,600 and a MAPE of 4.63%, classified as highly accurate. The proposed model was implemented as a web-based decision support system, validated through black-box testing, user acceptance testing, and manual calculation verification, providing FS Phone Store Jepara with an objective, consistent, and market-aware tool for used smartphone price determination.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and financial targets on financial statement fraud, with the Audit Committee acting as a moderating variable in energy companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020 to 2024. The energy sector is particularly noteworthy due to its susceptibility to fraud, driven by operational complexities, substantial transaction values, and the pressures associated with financial performance targets. Utilizing a quantitative approach, the research employs causal design through panel data regression analysis. The sample comprises energy companies selected based on purposive sampling criteria during the observation period. Data is sourced from annual reports and sustainability disclosures accessible via the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the companies' official websites. Financial statement fraud is quantified using the Beneish M-Score, while CSR disclosure is evaluated through the Corporate Social Responsibility Index (CSRI). Financial targets are assessed using the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), and the effectiveness of the Audit Committee is gauged based on corporate governance attributes. Findings reveal a significant positive relationship between CSR and financial statement fraud, indicating that enhanced CSR disclosure does not necessarily correlate with reduced fraud risk and may be linked to corporate legitimization efforts. Conversely, financial targets show no significant impact on financial statement fraud, attributed to the relatively low financial pressure faced by companies. Additionally, the Audit Committee does not exhibit a direct effect or moderating role in the relationship between CSR, financial targets, and financial statement fraud. These results underscore the necessity for robust corporate governance, improved supervisory practices, and effective internal control mechanisms to mitigate financial statement manipulation within the energy sector.
