Abstract

Abstrak Desa Wawatu memiliki hasil tangkapan ikan yang cukup melimpah. Potensi ini kurang termanfaatkan,  dimana ketika musim panen tiba ikan melimpah, tetapi tidak semua ikan hasil tangkapan termanfaatkan dengan baik, bahkan terbuang karena mengalami kerusakan, sedangkan pada musim paceklik, ikan sulit untuk diperoleh, sehingga masyarakat kekurangan bahan pangan. Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada masyarakat Desa Wawatu khususnya wanita suku bajo terhadap penerapan teknologi surimi dan produk turunannya untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Metode yang dilakukan berupa pemberian materi, pelatihan dan praktek. Hasil data diperoleh bahwa 77,8% peserta pelatihan berprofesi sebagai penjual ikan dan 22,2% sebagai nelayan. Data menunjukkan 56% peserta belum pernah mengikuti pelatihan pengolahan hasil perikanan dan 44% sudah pernah. Data peserta yang mengetahui produk surimi, diketahui 50% peserta tidak tahu, 33,3% pernah mendengar tapi tidak mengetahui produknya dan 16,7% mengetahui produk surimi, sedangkan untuk pembuatan produk surimi, kamaboko, bakso ikan, dan nugget ikan 100% peserta belum pernah membuatnya. Olehnya itu pelatihan ini sangat tepat diberikan kepada wanita suku bajo untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilannya. Hasil dari pelatihan ini yaitu masyarakat bajo memperoleh peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai penerapan teknologi surimi dan produk turunannya, serta peningkatan keterampilan dengan melakukan praktek pembuatan produk turunan surimi secara langsung.Kata Kunci: Desa Wawatu, surimi, pelatihan, praktek, produk turunan AbstractWawatu village has good potential in fisheries catch products. This potential is not utilized well, when the fish catches are abundant, not all fishes was utilized properly, even wasted due to damage, whereas if fishes was difficult to obtained, so that people lack of protein sources for consumption. The Community Partnership Program (CPP) aims to provide knowledge and skills to the people of Wawatu Village, especially Bajo women, to the application of surimi technology and its derivative products. The program is conducted using action research method consist of giving presentation, training and practice. The results of the data obtained that 77.8% of trainees work as fishmonger and 22.2% as fishermen. Data shows that 56% of participants have never attended a fishery product processing training and 44% ever. The data shows that 50% of participants did not know about surimi, 33.3% had heard but did not know their products and 16.7% knew surimi products, while 100% participant never made surimi, kamaboko, fish meatballs, and fish nuggets. Therefore, this program was very appropriate for bajo women to improve their knowledge and skills. The result of this program is that the Bajo community gets an increased knowledge about surimi technology and derivative products, as well as increased skills by practicing to made of surimi derivative products directly.Keywords: Wawatu Village, surimi, derivate products, training, practice.

Abstract

Kebutuhan akan pamong belajar yang profesional adalah suatu hal yang urgen. Salah satu bentuk peningkatan kualitas kegiatan belajar mengajar, pengkajian program, dan pengembangan model PAUDNI pada Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah (UPTD) dan satuan PAUDNI adalah dengan pembinaan pamong belajar. Tujuan kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah untuk memberikan pedoman bagi pamong belajar dan pihak yang berkepentingan agar memiliki pengertian dan pemahaman yang sama tentang ketentuan jabatan fungsional pamong belajar dan angka kreditnya. Kerangka pemecahan masalah kegiatan pelatihan ini dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan, yaitu: (1) persiapan, (2) inventarisasi peserta pelatihan, (3) penyusunan materi pelatihan, (4) penyajian materi pelatihan, (5) evaluasi hasil kegiatan, dan (6) penyusunan laporan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan berlangsung dengan lancar sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah direncanakan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah pamong belajar yang menjadi peserta pelatihan ini telah mampu memahami jabatan fungsional pamong belajar dan angka kreditnya.

Abstract

Barakkah Village coastal communities are still lacking of knowledge, skills and innovation in utilizing local potential especially in the marine sector so that what is sold is only fresh. The purpose of this community service program is to provide assistance so as to increase knowledge, skills and innovation for women in coastal areas in the form of knowledge that is easy to understand so that it is expected to improve the family's economy going forward. Based on the dedication made it can be seen that the response and enthusiasm of the trainees to take part in the training activities is very high as indicated by the fulfillment of the specified number of participants, the good response and enthusiasm of the trainees so as to facilitate the implementation of the program, participants can see firsthand the making of meatballs and shrimp broth in accordance with sanitation and hygiene requirements, participants gain knowledge about how to design packaging and make good and correct packaging and know how to administer of the P-IRT certificate if want to develop a business.

Abstract

The potential of agriculture and home industries in Rasau Jaya Village is still not developing optimally. Lack of knowledge, awareness and skills regarding packaging and marketing of products is a problem faced by community groups engaged in agriculture and home industries. The partner village development program (PPDM) offers solutions to overcome the problems mentioned through: (a) Processing tofu into various flavored tofu chips, (b) Health checks, (c) Initiation of packaging and marketing houses, (d) Socialization of packaging and marketing house management, and (e) education on processing of complementary foods for breast milk and feeding provision of local food supplies (sweet corn). The method of implementation is carried out through outreach / counseling, mentoring and demonstration. The results of this service program are enhancing partners 'knowledge and skills in processing pong tofu into multi-flavored chips, initiating the development of packaging and marketing houses, understanding partner members' knowledge about early detection in non-communicable negotiations, and increasing understanding of how processed products work. Future assistance and assistance are needed from all parties, both the village government and regional health workers in fostering Mekar Sari and UKK Sekapur Sirih SMEs to realize creative and innovative SMEs and UKKs in supporting Rasau Jaya Village.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi saat ini telah memberi manfaat yang besar dalam dunia pendidikan, dengan teknologi informasi memungkinkan data-data akademik dapat diolah dengan cepat. Tujuan dibuatnya sistem ini adalah untuk mengatasi masalah yang ada di sistem yang sebelumnya secara manual dengan membuat sistem informasi untuk peningkatan layanana khususnya akademik pada Lembaga Pendidikan Aksara, Kendari. Salah satu komponen sistem informasi yang harus didesain adalah model atau prosedur sistem. Dalam mendesain model, systems analyst harus memiliki pemahaman tentang kaidah-kaidah manajemen dan proses bisnis yang baik terkait dengan masalah sistem yang akan dibuat desain modelnya. Pada prinsipnya setiap tools pemodelan sistem dapat digunakan untuk membuat desain model, salah satunya yang paling populer adalah Unified Modelling Language (UML) yaitu suatu metode permodelan secara visual untuk sarana perancangan sistem berorientasi objek yang dapat menyampaikan beberapa informasi untuk proses implementasi pengembangan sistem tersebut. Metode pengembangan Sistem Informasi Akademik Aksara menggunakan metode Rational Unified Process (RUP) dengan tools yang di gunakan dalam perancangan ialah Unified Modelling Language (UML). Kata Kunci: UML, RUP, Object Oriented.

Abstract

This dedication to the society aims to provide knowledge and training toward group of fishermen women in Totobo and Anawai village, Kolaka District, South East Sulawesi Province to processing their results of pond into frozen surimi. Implementation of community service is done by counseling about development of fish diversification in the form of surimi products and its derivative, then doing the practice of making frozen surimi. The results obtained are frozen surimi that from milkfish processing of fishery products of fishermen waomen group. In addition to other results of this devotion program in the form of capabilities obtained by the community in processing of milkfish meat to becoming frozen surimi, thereby expected to become a home industry

Abstract

The use of  ICT in learning is rarely found particularly in areas with low literacy. Like a high school teacher at Bengkulu City, they do not use ICT in learning, especially they whom  with over the age of 40 years old. The lact of fasilitators  also make difficult to reach innovative  learning with high quality. Thus, It absolutely needs counseling and training on ICT. This training aims not only to give guidance on ICT, but also to move the teachers  for using ICT as a medium of professional learning  in their class routines. This training used the method of  lectures, discussions and practice with the participatns of 20 teachers at Anggut Atas Village, Gading Cempaka District, Bengkulu City on all subjects.  The results of this training indicated  that the use of ICT on learning suach as Mobile-Asissted Language Learning (MALL) ataupun Computer-Assisted Language Learning (CALL) could be received and actualized by the teachers at Anggut  Atas Village, Gading Cempaka District, Bengkulu City. This training can be concluded that implementation of ICT  with the existance of facilitators  are very needed in developing innovative and efficient learning with high quality.

Abstract

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has reached rural areas. This community service program (KKN PPM) aims to increase the knowledge of village officials and ability to use ICT in managing their local government. Students majored in informatics, mathematics and statistics were involved in the program located in three coastal areas of Kapoiala sub-district, Konawe district. The method used was observation, training and mentoring. It was found that prior to KKN PPM the knowledge level of village officials relating to ICT was still very low. It was due to some factors such as the low level of education, daily activities not requiring ICT and lack of digital mindset. The training and mentoring provided showed an increase in understanding of ICT for the village officials, the community as well as the youth and students. SIMADESTERA and Website for each village were successfully established. However, the skills of the officials in using ICTs have not improved significantly. The obstacle was their low motivation to complete the training due to their jobs for daily lives. In addition, it was still lack of ICT infrastructure in supporting the maintenance of SIMADESTERA and Webdesa. The youth and students showed sufficiently high motivation and they are skilled enough in using ICT. These groups are potential to assist village governments, especially in operating SIMADESTERA and Webdesa.

Abstract

Evaluasi pembelajaran sangat penting untuk dilakukan dengan tujuan ingin mengetahui apakah proses pembelajaran di kelas telah berjalan dengan baik. Salah satu alat evaluasi yang dapat digunakan adalah kuesioner. Tujuan daari Program Kemitraan Masyarakat UHO ini adalah melatih pada guru di SMP dan SMK Satria Kendari dalam membuat kuesioner online dengan aplikasi OneDrive dan Google Form. Metode yang diberikan dengan dua cara berupa pemahaman konsep dan praktek. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah peserta mendapatkan tambahan pengetahuan tentang konsep dasar pembuatan kuesioner online dengan aplikasi OneDrive dan Google Form. Selain itu peserta mampu mempraktekkan pembuatan kuesioner berdasarkan evaluasi pembelajaran mata pelajaran masing-masing.

Abstract

The problems of this service include: 1) the lack of skills of mathematics teachers in the use of geogebra media; 2) the lack of knowledge of mathematics teachers to develop teaching aids based on technology. The solution proposed by PKMS is to provide training on the use of geogebres in mathematics learning, which aims to: (1) improve the skills of mathematics teachers in the use of geogebres in learning; 2) increase teachers' knowledge to develop technology-based teaching materials. The problem-solving framework for this training activity has several stages, namely: 1) preparation; 2) inventory of participants in the training; 3) preparation of training materials; 4) presentation of training materials; (5) to provide an opportunity for mathematics teachers who have been selected to carry out the design of technology-based teaching materials, accompanied by a team of experts; 6) report preparation. The results of this activity show that the trainees were able to use geogebra media for mathematics learning.
