Abstract

This study is intended to propagate a learning medium of abacus. The abax comes from Greek, which AIDS arithmetic to make numerical operations easier. This learning media is perfect for simplicity in both low and high classes in elementary school or elementary school. Elementary school. This type of research is class action research (PTK). The English term is classroom action research (car), a research activity carried out in class. Class action research (PTK) is a study activity that involves a class action that is carried out to solve the learning problems faced by teachers, improve and produce learning and try new things in learning for the improvement and the data-collection study that is used is interviews, tests, and observations. The validation obtained by 83.3% means that abacus learning media can be applied. Based on the data obtained, it could be concluded that the knowledge or cognition of the class I SDI al-khoiriyah class increased with the application of the learning media abacus so that the action carried out in the study was said to be successful without further action.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of Contextual Teaching and Learning approach on student learning outcomes of theme 7 The beauty of diversity in my country, grade IV SDN Badean 1 Bondowoso. This type of research is experimental research. The research design used was a (quasi-experimental design) with a non-equivalent control group pattern. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students of SDN Badean 1 Bondowoso. The data analysis technique used t-test to determine the difference before being given treatment (pre-test) and after being given treatment (post-test). The results of the analysis using the independent samples t-test test obtained the results t_count > t_table which is 3,122 > 2,000, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an effect of Contextual Teaching and Learning approach on student learning outcomes in theme 7 The beauty of diversity in my country, grade IV SDN Badean 1 Bondowoso.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of predict observe explain learning model on the higher order thiking skills of elementary school students. The type of research used in this study is experimental research. The study was conducted in the fourth grade of SDN 2 Tampo, with the subject of research 45 students. The method of data collection was conducted by interviews and tests of high thinking ability. Data analysis techniques using SPSS application version 21 to determine the normality test and t-test Test. The results of normality test analysis obtained the significance value of class IVA is 0.346 while Class IVB is 0.123, it can be concluded that the normality test data has been normally distributed. Based on the T-test results are calculated with the help of SPSS software shows the value of t-calculted > t-table (2.766>1.683). Thus the value obtained from the results of t-calculated and t- table show that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of predict observe explain learning model on the higher order thiking skills of elementary school students. Abstract

This study aims to determine the ability of students and the effect of using the Pancasila quartet card game media to increase students' understanding of the application of Pancasila values ​​in everyday life. The research method used is classroom action research with research procedures in the form of cycles. In the technique of collecting data, tests were carried out. The test is carried out to measure the ability of students before the action is taken and after the action is taken. The research instrument used was a written test as a means by which students were given assignments. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis has characteristics that can be displayed in the form of numbers, in the form of initial learning outcomes and final learning outcomes. The result of this research is that the media of the Pancasila quartet card game is effective in increasing students' understanding of the application of Pancasila values ​​in everyday life. In the first cycle with the lecture method and power point media the percentage of students who got a complete score was 50%, when improvements were made in the second cycle with the quartet card game media, the percentage of students who got a complete score increased by 85%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a Indonesian text book SQ3R model for reading skill of 4th grade elementary school. There specific purpose of this study are: (1) to describe the development process SQ3R in Bahasa Indonesia Text Book for reading skill of grade IV student of Elementary School. (2) to describe the quality of book that has been developed. The quality of the book that has been developed, observed based on the product and the usage in the class. The research of this development based from four-D model that consist of (1) definition, (2) planning, (3) development, (4)dissemination. But, this research only reach the development step without disseminate, because it used in the trial school only, without disseminating in the other school. The data collection that has been conducted use documentation technique, observation, inquiry, and the test. The data collected, analyzed according qualitative-quantitative description method. Based from the research, resulted suitable presentation material 94, 4%, suitable presentation 96, 5%, suitable 94, 6%, suitable graphic90, 1%. From the result of the text book, it is very suitable categorized. The result of the observation of the teacher activity and student got 94, 3% presentation and 93, 8%. The teacher and student's respond got 87, 5% and 83%. Student's result increase become 16, 64 with the average 85, 2 that related with the final criteria, that is 75.

Abstract

This research is an experimental research, pattern quasi-experimental and non-equivalent control group. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was a significant effect of using picture book in learning the theme of objects around us on learning outcomes for fifth grade students at SDN Kedurus 01 Surabaya. The subjects in this study were fifth grade students at SDN Kedurus 01 Surabaya. The research was carried out in the odd semester of 2022/2023. Data collection methods using observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. Data analysis technique is the homogeneity test, t-test, relative effectiveness test. The use of SPSS version 25.0 data processing program to be a tool in analyzing data. It is shown that the research results obtained are that there is a significant effect of using picture book in learning the theme of objects around us on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SDN Kedurus 01 Surabaya. The t-test shows that the tcount 6.26. The calculation results show that tcount > ttable (6.26 > 1.67), then the null hypothesis is rejected (H0) and the alternative hypothesis is accepted (H1), while 48.67% of the results obtained from the relative effectiveness test (ER) is included in the medium category.

Abstract

This research is an experimental study that uses a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group design research pattern. The purpose of this study was to determine the significant effect of learning the PhET simulation rock discovery model on learning outcomes in the cognitive domain of The Beauty of Diversity Theme in my Country Class IV at SDN Gebang 3. The subjects in this study were fourth grade students at SDN Gebang 3. The implementation of the research in odd semesters. 2022/2023. Data collection techniques used tests and documentation. Data analysis techniques are homogeneity test, normality test, t-test, relative effectiveness test. In data processing using SPSS 25 as a tool. The results of this study indicate that tcount > ttable i.e. 4,200 > 1,674, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of using the PhET simulation-assisted discovey learning model on learning outcomes in the cognitive domain. 48% yield. This value is included in the moderate effectiveness criteri.

Abstract

Penggunaan Smartphone sudah menjangkau seluruh lapisan masyarakat, perlunya pengawasan penggunaannya oleh orang tua dan guru demi kebaikan perkembangan siswa. Penggunaan smartphone yang salah dapat berdampak pada perilaku siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak penggunaan smartphone oleh Siswa SD Kecil Paramasan Atas di lingkungan sekolah. Rumusan Masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu Alasan penggunaan smartphone dan bagaimana dampak penggunaan smartphone terhadap perilaku siswa di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alasan siswa menggunakan smartphone sebagai hiburan di sekolah, berupa bermain aplikasi game offline, melihat video yang didapatkan dari teman-teman dan berfoto bersama teman-teman. Perilaku sosial siswa berubah ketika siswa disibukkan dengan smartphone, siswa disibukkan dengan smartphone ketika waktu istirahat tiba dan siswa mengikuti gerakan yang ada di dalam video smartphone sehingga berdampak pada perilaku di sekolah.

Abstract

Mata pelajaran matematika merupakan mata pelajaran yang wajib diajarkan kepada peserta didik. Mata pelajaran matematika wajib diajarkan karena matematika berkaitan secara langsung dengan kegiatan manusia dalam sehari-hari. Namun, matematika masih menjadi pelajaran yang masih dirasa sulit dipelajari oleh siswa semua itu dilihat dari minat dan juga hasil belajar siswa yang rendah. Salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan hal tersebut yaitu dalam proses pembelajaran matematika masih mengguankan pendekatan konvensional yang kurang bermakna, kaku, dan membosankan atau kurang menarik. Dari permasalahan tersebut perlu penelitian tentang implementasi pembelajaran etnomatematika dengan pendekatan RME beserta dengan rancangannya untuk memfasilitasi pemahaman dan pengongtruksian pengetahuan peserta didik dengan pembelajaran yang bermakna dan menarik Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menggunakan Hypothetical Learning Trajecory (HLT) RME berbasis etnomatematika. Berikut ini tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu : (1) Mengetahui lintasan belajar Hypothetical Learning Trajecory (HLT) 1 materi operasi penjumlahan dengan pendekatan RME berbasis etnomatematika dengan konteks makanan tradisional kue apem, (2) Menegtahui hasil implementasi Hypothetical Learning Trajecory (HLT) 1 dan rancangan Hypothetical Learning Trajecory (HLT) 2. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu berupa dokumentasi yang terdiri dari gambar, pengerjaan LKPD dan observasi keadaan peserta didik dengan metode design and research . Subyek penelitian ini yaitu 4 orang siswa kelas 1 SD. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa desain Hypothetical Learning Trajecory (HLT) khususnya pada materi operasi penjumlahan dengan menggunakan pendekatan RME berbasis etnomatematika dengan konteks makanan tradisional kue apem.
