Land is important for human life and on land humans make a living, besides that on land humans also build houses as shelter and build various other buildings for offices and so on. Land has a social function. Land in daily life has a very important role in human life because it can determine the existence and continuity of relationships and legal actions. Land also contains various kinds of natural wealth that can be utilized by humans. In essence, the meaning and strategic position of land in The life of Indonesian society not only contains physical aspects, but also social, economic, cultural, political, defense and security and legal aspects. Land for society has a multidimensional meaning. From an economic perspective, land is a means of production that can bring prosperity. Politically, land can determine a person's position in community decision making and as a culture it can determine the high or low social status of its owner. The role of land law in national development between public interests and ownership rights to land must be able to provide legal certainty, benefits in determining ownership of land rights and can avoid conflicts, because it is the basis of government policy in land acquisition in national development, so that land acquisition is determined for the public interest. Community land ownership rights determine whether a national development program can be implemented or not. Meanwhile, the legal politics of land acquisition in national development between the public interest and ownership rights to land is to be able to realize the objectives of the legal principles used as guidelines to realize the objectives already stated in the UUPA as the objectives and legal principles of article 33 paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution, but on the other hand The UUPA and its legal principles serve as a source for developing policies and legislation to ensure the realization of prosperity for all Indonesian people.

Supervision and law enforcement as well as proof of cartel crimes in digital transactions face a number of complex challenges. where there is limited knowledge and technical capabilities of law enforcement in understanding and handling technological aspects used in digital cartel practices including the use of online platforms, encrypted messages, and digital trace erasure techniques designed to deceive investigators. This research uses a type of qualitative research with a normative juridical approach with a comparative approach, a normative research basis with study and analysis of Law Number 5 of 1999. Proving cartels is hampered due to the existence of business competition authorities and experiencing difficulties in proving the existence of cartel acts, by finding evidence of the existence of an agreement where business actors mutually agree to carry out cartel actions. Of course, perpetrators often have unwritten cartel agreements so that there is no physical evidence or direct evidence regarding the cartel crimes that have occurred. The highly secretive nature of cartels makes cartel actions a crime in the field of business competition that is difficult to detect for proof in the world and in the digital era. It can be concluded that the obstacle and cause of the ineffectiveness of monitoring and enforcing cartels in Indonesia in this digital era is that in Law no. 5 of 1999 does not recognize indirect evidence, so that evidence in judicial practice has different views regarding its position in the procedural law system that exists and applies in Indonesia. UU no. 5 of 1999 does not provide the KPPU with the authority to search and confiscate to obtain the necessary documents, both for business actors suspected of violating it and also for other related parties.

The era of globalization has brought significant changes to power dynamics and identity politics in various parts of the world. This study analyzes how globalization affects power structures and group identities at the national and international levels. Using a qualitative approach, this research explores the influence of globalization on identity politics through case studies in several countries that have experienced significant political changes in the last two decades. Research results show that globalization not only blurs geographic boundaries but also strengthens the identities of certain groups while weakening others, often triggering conflict and nationalist reactions. On the other hand, globalization also creates opportunities for the emergence of new identities that transcend national boundaries, which can contribute to new forms of power in global politics. The implications of this phenomenon are the expansion and complexity in the negotiation of identity and power, requiring a deeper understanding of how policies can be directed to manage diversity and conflict. This research provides new insights into the interactions between globalization, identity, and power, and offers recommendations for policymakers and practitioners in facing the challenges generated by changing global dynamics.

This research aims to determine the influence of Current Ratio (CR) and Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR) on Net Profit Margin (NPM). The method used is a descriptive analysis study with a quantitative approach method. The data used is secondary data obtained from the financial reports. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The partial results of this research are that. The Current Ratio has a tcount of 2.405 where the value is 2.405 > 2.306 and the significant value is 0.047 where the value is 0.047 < 0.05. So Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted, which means that the Current Ratio has a significant effect on the Net Profit Margin and Debt To Asset Ratio which has a t-count of -0.116 where the value is -0.116 < 2.306 and the significant value is 0.911 where the value is 0.911 > 0.05. So Ho1 is accepted and Ha1 is rejected, which means the Debt To Asset Ratio has no significant effect on Net Profit Margin. So that F count (0.017) > F table (4.740) and systematically a significance value of 0.984b is obtained. Because the significance value (0.984b)> significance level 0.05. Thus, Ho is accepted and H3 is rejected. This shows that there is no significant influence of the Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio on Net Profit Margin. The coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.005 or 5.00%. This means that 5.00% of the dependent variable, namely Net Profit Margin, can be explained or influenced by the independent variables (Current Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio). Meanwhile, the remaining 95.00% is explained by other variables not examined in this research.
