Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Go-Online Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) program, which was initiated by the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs with the Indonesian Ministry of Communication and Information to provide marketing facilities for online MSME products. This research used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach using secondary data by utilizing literature studies in the form of research journals, regulations, or articles relating to this research. The results of this study indicate that two factors inhibit the implementation of the Go-Online MSME program caused by human factors and program socialization. The conclusion is that the human factor is caused by the lack of community skills for using internet access, while the Go-Online MSME program's socialization strategy factor is not appropriate in conducting this socialization program, therefore, the socialization of this program needs to be improved in the anticipatory socialization and encounter stage with a more informal approach to providing material for the public. Besides, the acquisition stage of the MSME Hub needs to be improved online and offline. Moreover, the participants' classification of this program needs to be classified based on education, age, and business management experience so that there is no gap between the material provided by the organizer and the ability of participants

Abstract

Every student has the right to get knowledge even during a Covid-19 pandemic like this. The knowledge can be obtained from any media including zoom meetings. However, the use of zoom meetings at STKIP Muhammadiyah Manokwari has not been effectively used, considering the many considerations that have become the basis for not using zoom meeting media on an ongoing basis. This study aims to determine the students' perceptions of the effectiveness of the Zoom meeting media in increasing thesis writing knowledge. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the type of content analysis. Data obtained through a questionnaire distributed to students. The sample was taken by using a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the use of zoom meeting media was not effective in increasing students' knowledge about thesis writing. There are two differences in the results of the questionnaire assessment. The questionnaire aspect contains the zoom meeting and student knowledge about research. Processed data shows that 70% of students say the zoom meeting media is effectively used and in the second questionnaire regarding the level of understanding of students in thesis writing, it shows that 60% of students experience an increase in knowledge. These results indicate the category of achievement of increasing student knowledge is less than the minimum effectiveness of 80%. In addition, this indicates that the results are inconsistent between the two components of the questionnaire so that it is said that the actual use of zoom meetings is not effective in increasing students' knowledge about thesis writing.

Abstract

This research is quasi-experimental. Which aims to determine the differences in student learning outcomes taught by learning by using Microsoft Mathematics and Conventional Learning applications on the subject of Two Variable Linear Equation Systems in class VIII SMP Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Medan. The sample in this study was carried out by random sampling from 2 existing classes, namely class VIIIA and VIIIB. In the homogeneity test, the test data obtained was Fcount = 1.605. After comparing the price of Fcount with Ftable, with n = 54 and the real level α = 0.05, the price of Ftable = 2.48 is obtained. It turns out that Fcount <Ftable (1.605 < 2.48), then the student learning outcomes for both classes have the same variance in other words the two classes are homogeneous. In testing the hypothesis, it is obtained tcount = 4.064 and the value of ttable at dk = 52 and the real level α = 0.05 is t table = 1.675. Then tcount> ttable (4.064 > 1.675). So that the average student learning outcomes in the experimental class are higher than the control class and from the results of hypothesis testing are significantly fulfilled, it can be concluded that the learning outcomes of students using Microsoft Mathematics assisted learning are higher than conventional learning.
