<![CDATA[The research objective was to determine the impact of coastal mining on the social and economy of the community. Sampling and determining the measurement point in the field by means of stratified random sampling. This research was conducted in locations that are affected by coastal mining, namely the lands of the Momujiu Village and New Sabatai and Old Sabatai in Morotai Selatan District, Morotai Island Regency. From the search results in the field, it is estimated that there are around 13 land owners in the coastal area which have been used as sand mining land. Changes that occur at the economic level include changes in the livelihood system of people in coastal areas, which initially moved in the agricultural sector as the main sector of society, turning into non-agricultural communities such as sand mining workers. The social impact is a change in the interaction in the community between land owners and miners.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to develop an existing information system by designing a service, planning, and reporting system in the Cimahi City Revenue Management Agency Identification Sector. The method used is TOGAF-ADM so that it is more flexible in verifying various types of modelling techniques used in designing information systems. The steps implemented in this design are TOGAF ADM, including Preparation, Vision Architecture, Business Architecture, Information Systems Architecture, and Technology Architecture. Output from this stage will produce an enterprise architecture that can later be used by organizations to support business processes and achieve strategic goals. The results of the analysis of the application of the TOGAF ADM method are in the form of Company Architecture modelling which provides guidance in the development of information systems in the future in the Field of Identification of the Revenue Management Agency of Cimahi.]]>

<![CDATA[Today, many institutions of higher education worldwide frequently utilize online instruction through trendy WhatsApp as representing an instant messaging application for Smartphone. The present study is aimed at introducing a mobile gadget that become useful in practices of teaching learning. The objectives of the study are to examine the student’s perception on omnipresent aspect of WhatsApp mobile learning, to examine the students’ attitude on WhatsApp mobile learning and to examine educational advantages of WhatsApp mobile learning. The participants of this study were 33 students who were all in seventh semester in English Education Study Program of Teacher Training and Education Faculty, University of Madura and pursuing Teaching Practice Program, academic session 2018-2019, in some selected government schools located in Pamekasan area when this study was conducted. The study employs mixed method, viz, by using quantitative and qualitative method since the study describes student’s experience regarding WhatsApp mobile learning. In this research, questionnaire and interviews were employed to collect data. The results reveal that omnipresent WhatsApp mobile learning is not only appealing but also useful for their education. The students’ positive attitude of WhatsApp mobile learning is emphasized in the study. Some have a preference to employ traditional learning inside classroom to WhatsApp mobile learning. However some feel disposed to keep employing WhatsApp for future teaching learning. Furthermore, WhatsApp mobile learning is not quite compatible with the have family - students hence they like better traditional teaching learning in classroom because the learning make their family life troublesome.]]>

<![CDATA[The Covid 19 pandemic opens wider horizons of all of us, related to how to survive in the midst of business uncertainty and layoffs everywhere. Based on the theory of Basic Needs "A Theory of Human Motivation", from Abraham Maslow (1943), stated that food is one of the most important basic needs to take precedence, besides clothing and shelter. Amid PSBB (mild lockdown) until the time of easing, the digital business world is a temporary solution for the wider community throughout the world, especially in Cilegon, Banten, related to the dynamics of culinary commerce among citizens. Marketing that is preceded by strategies in planning steps is the most appropriate in the current pandemic situation, especially using digital media, which is inevitable. Because the world of IT-ICT now makes the world in our hands and become all of us without exception. For this reason, strategies and breakthroughs in order to survive and increase the competitiveness of the company to be able to survive and win in the competition are interesting to analyze the company's internal and external environment. In analyzing the SWOT analysis method used to weight the level of importance of each actor and factor. From the IE Matrix test, the competitive position of the Sate Bebek Cilegon restaurant is obtained in the quadrant or cell IV of IE Matrix, with a growth concentration strategy through horizontal integration. By looking at the position: (1) competing; (2) strength; (3) weaknesses; (4) opportunity; and (5) threats. In this case the Sate Bebek Cilegon restaurant must use a strategy: (1) market penetration; (2) market development; and also (3) horizontal integration strategies besides creating creative innovation must also be carried out.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to obtain an in-depth picture of the implementation of supervisory academic supervision of PAK teachers in Junior High School (SMP) Negeri 1 Amurang. Associated with obtaining information and descriptions clearly and systematically in using a qualitative approach where as a researcher tries to photograph, describe and interpret every phenomenon of the object under study in accordance with the objective situation and conditions. The research design of a multisite study is a qualitative research design involving several sites and research subjects who are assumed to have the same characteristics. Multisite study is one type of qualitative research, especially for constructing and developing theories based on several similar research backgrounds so that it can produce theories that can be transferred to situations with a broader and general scope. In the context of this multisite study, the research on the academic supervision of Christian religious teachers in three junior high schools has similarities with one another. The results showed that planning for academic supervision by PAK supervisors for Christian religious teachers at State Junior High Schools in South Minahasa was generally carried out because it has become the main task, function and responsibility of the supervisor; based on the program from the ministry of religion which is embodied in the supervisory program and follows the academic calendar of educational units]]>

<![CDATA[Sistem Informasi Manajemen Daerah (SIMDA) is a system that was developed to assist accountability achievement in local government. The aim of this study is to audit the application area management performance information system implemented by government agencies in Tanjungpinang, Kepri. Descriptive approach was used to present an outline of the assets inventory in SIMDA. Data collection methods consist of primary data obtained from interviews and observations. As for secondary data, we used literature studies to support this study. The audit process was used the OCTAVE Allegro approach to analysis important assets owned by the government and manage risk to achieve the ISO 27001 standard. In addition, this research used five of eight steps on OCTAVE Allegro to establish the areas of concern in SIMDA application. The results presented an indication of the data discrepancy between the project proposed data and project data in SIMDA. Lack of user attention in SIMDA checking data before adding or deleting the data caused that indication. The conclusion is by determining areas of concern, it can be used as a mapping of risk to information assets while minimizing the risk as a measure to maintain the information security system of SIMDA.
