Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the principal's leadership, productive teacher training, commitment, and work motivation on the performance management of productive teachers of vocational schools in North Sulawesi Province who hold light vehicle engineering skills competencies totaling 722 teachers. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method with causality study techniques and uses path analysis. The research data were collected using a questionnaire technique and analyzed. The population in this study were vocational teachers in North Sulawesi Province. The determination of the number of samples in this study was carried out by multi-stage sampling using the Slovin formula to obtain 264 teachers. Based on the results of research, principal leadership has a positive effect on productive teacher professional training, this shows that the higher the leadership of the principal, the more productive teacher professional training for vocational teachers in North Sulawesi Province will beBased on the conclusion that the leadership of the principal has a positive effect on productive teacher professional training, commitment and work motivation of productive teachers, this shows that the higher the leadership of the principal, the more productive teacher performance management of vocational teachers in 15 North Sulawesi Province will be improved.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the pattern of education policy making at district/city education offices in North Sulawesi province, by reviewing the problems in education policy analysis procedures, education policy implementation procedures, monitoring and evaluation procedures for education policies, as well as education policy follow-up procedures carried out in three (3). 3) research locus, namely the Manado City Education and Culture Office, the Bitung City Education and Culture Office and the North Minahasa Regency Education and Culture Office. North Sulawesi Province. The data collection technique is done through observation, interview and documentation study. The data analysis technique is the analysis in cases and cross cases. The entire data obtained that has been collected will be processed according to each case and then grouped based on location characteristics. The findings of this study are that in the past before the reform era or in the New Order era, the parties involved in the formulation of education policy were only at an internal order, not involving external or external parties, now in the era of reform and regional autonomy in determining policies including education policy all existing procedures must be involved including external parties. In each of the existing education offices, they do not follow the standard procedures or mechanisms set out in the regulations but many have been bypassed. Then the conclusion of this study is 1). All procedures are determined by the availability of existing human resources. 2). The procedures so far have not followed the existing and standardized mechanisms, 3). procedures in all existing education offices are the same according to regulations, 4). however, it has different characteristics, namely the characteristics possessed by each region are different so that the content of policies and results so far have also varied, including the quality and quantity of the policy itself.

Abstract

Purpose of this study was to examine the influence of organizational strategy and infrastructure management on the performance of vocational high school teachers. The research used quantitative methods and the research design used path analysis. The population of this study were 35 junior high school teachers in the district. Manado authority. The results showed that: 1) there is a positive direct effect on organizational strategy in improving performance, 2) there is a positive direct effect of infrastructure management advice on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work ethic and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion, South Tangerang City. The method used is explanatory research with analysis techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study work ethic have a significant effect on employee performance by 42.3%, hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table or (5.934> 2.011). Organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance by 47.2%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count> t table or (6,557> 2,011). Work ethic and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 9.176 + 0.354X1 + 0.422X2. The contribution of the effect was 57.0%, the hypothesis test obtained F count> F table or (31.178> 2,800

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Non Performing Financing on Financing at Bank DKI Syariah. The method used is explanatory research. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study of thevariable Non Performing Financing obtained an average value of 17.32 %%. The financing variable obtained an average value of 17.29 %%. Non Performing Financing has a negative and significant effect on financing with a regression equation value of Y = 34,835 - 1,013X, and a correlation coefficient value of -0,741 or has a strong level of relationship with a determination value of 54.9%. Hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.022 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product innovation and brand awareness on consumer purchasing decisions for PT. Unilever Indonesia (Community Case Study of Denpasar City). The method used is explanatory research with analysis techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study that product innovation had a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 41.5%, the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (8,169> 1.986). Brand awareness has a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 43.1%, hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table or (8,434> 1,986). Product innovation and brand awareness simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with the regression equation Y = 9.715 + 0.358X1 + 0.409X2. The contribution of the effect was 52.5%, the hypothesis test obtained F count> F table or (51.298> 2,700).

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low achievement of memorizing Al-Qur’an in educational institutions due to several factors, including; There is less interaction between teachers and students, there is no variation in forming a representative environment and students learning motivation is lacking in following the process of memorizing the Qur’an. This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of the Edu-Ecotourism Environment and Learning Motivation on Achievement of Memorizing the Qur’an in Al-Islah Islamic Boarding School. This research instrument uses a questionnaire and documentation. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method with multiple linear analysis, with a purposive sampling technique. Quantitative analysis includes validity and reliability tests, basic assumption tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing using the f and t tests and the coefficient of determination (R2) analysis test. The result of the research is that the contribution of the Edu-Ecotourism Environment (X1) and Learning Motivation (X2) on Achievement of Memorizing the Qur’an (Y) is 82.4% and the remaining 17.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Abstract

This research is based on the fact that most Akpol Cadets have difficulty in understanding the materials at the subject of Security Intelligence Technical Functions. This is because of the many foreign terms in intelligence that are quite difficult to understand. In addition, it is also caused by the limitations of teaching materials that exist today in loading visual images or illustrations that can facilitate Akpol Cadet in understanding the material. This research aims to produce mobile learning in the Security Intelligence Technical Functions as a source of learning that is of high innovation value so that cadets can learn the subject matter of Security Intelligence Technical Functions more easily and gain more real experience of technical learning materials, and the learning process can become more effective because Akpol Cadets can re-review the learning materials outside the learning process. This research will apply Research and Development (R & D) method using Dick and Carey research and development model, while for product development model to be done using Hannafin and Peck model at the learning material development stage.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the description of Emotional Intelligence and Competency on Employees Performance in BKPSDM Muaro Jambi Regency. This Research using explanatory research with a quantitative approach and data collection through a questionnaire. The sample used by 36 respondents. The result is that Emotional Intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee’s performance. There is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on the employee’s performance as evidenced by the probability value (Sig) of the emotional intelligence variable is smaller than the significant level (0.043 <0.05). Thus it can be concluded that the higher the emotional intelligence possessed by employee’s performance, the higher the performance of BKPSDMD Muara Jambi Regency. Competency has a positive and significant effect on employee’s performance. The is a significant effect of competence on employee’s performance, as evidenced by the probability value (Sig) of the competency variable which is smaller than the significant level (0.024 <0.05). Thus it can be concluded that the higher the competence, the higher the employee’s performance of BKPSDMD Muara Jambi Regency

Abstract

This research aims to (1) Know the root of the Non-Executive Administrative Court Decision Problems ( 2) To find out the legal consequences of State Administration officials who are reluctant to implement the Ambon PTUN Decision Number 10 / G / 2015 / PTUN.ABN. This studyuses a normative approach, namely research conducted by examining secondary data or library materials that are focused on examining the application of norms in positive law; and the Non Doctrinal approach, which is to synchronize the prevailing law with the empirical reality in society. This research is qualitative with a descriptive pattern. This type of research is descriptive analytical research, namely research that explains and describes what it is about the Non-Executive Judicial Verdict Problems of the State Administrative Court (Ambon State Administrative Court Decision Case Study Number: 10 / G / 2015 / PTUN. ABN By Mayor Tidore Islands) . The results show that (1) Obstacles in the execution of decisions of the State Administrative Court based on Article 116 of Law Number 51 of 2009 are: Decision, Obstacles in execution of decisions due to State Administrative Officials are Regional Heads whose position is as Political Officials, Obstacles to execution The verdict was caused by the State Administration Officer who was sued was the official who received the authority of the pseudo delegation, Obstacles regarding TUN officials' understanding of the theory of state law and AAUPB, technical obstacles, juridical obstacles (regarding laws and regulations), obstacles related to legal principles, Barriers in terms of limited authority of judges, obstacles due to changes in the regional autonomy system, obstacles due to disobedience of state administration officials. And third; Efforts that can be made against the PTUN decision that are not carried out by state administrative officials / entities such as Criminal Efforts with criminal reports and Civil Efforts by filing civil suits (2) The Role of State Administrative Courts in the practice of resolving Government Administration disputes in Indonesia due to the absence of an institution executives, as well as a strong legal basis, result in the decision of the State Administrative Court having no compulsion.
