This study aims to analyze the significant relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable with the number of respondents as many as 75 people, respondents were taken randomly from the population at the Regent's Office of Majene Regency, the method used in measuring the level of relationship between the two variables is very much determined by how the employee's performance. which is in the research location which is known through the results of the respondents' answers that have been distributed using a questionnaire measuring tool which is a reflection of the problems found by researchers in the research location. Primary data processing uses theFormula Moment Product Correlation then to test whether the two variables have a significant relationship, the testing technique uses the t-test, as well as proving whether the validity of the hypothesis is accepted or rejected. The results showed that after all data were entered into theformula, it product moment correlation showed that the value of r person was 0.758, this indicated that the two variables had a strong relationship with the category. Then to test the significance of the relationship between these two variables, the correlation result is 0.758 compared to the r table value of 0.296 (0.758 ≥ 0.296), this implies that the two variables have a strong and significant relationship, so it can be said that the pattern of human resource development at the Regent's Office Majene Regency is quite good and this also affects the performance of employees at the institution.

This study aims to determine the effect of the General Allocation Fund (DAU) and the Special Allocation Fund (DAK) on the regional expenditure of the City Government of Tidore Islands. This research was conducted considering that regional expenditures have been used for routine expenditures which are relatively less productive. Therefore, in an effort to improve the quality of public services, local governments should change the composition of their spending. The results of the study show that the General Allocation Fund has a positive and significant effect on the Regional Government Expenditures of the City of Tidore Kepulaun in 2016-2018. The Special Allocation Fund has a positive and insignificant effect on the realization of regional expenditure in the City Government of Tidore Islands in 2016-2018. The General Allocation Fund and the Special Allocation Fund together have a positive and significant effect on the Regional Expenditure Realization of the Tidore Islands City government in 2016-2018.

This study aims to determine the effect of learning media and learning styles on learning outcomes in the cognitive domain of students in basic physiology subjects. This study used a quasi-experimental method using a 2X2 factorial design. The findings indicate that: (1) the learning outcomes of students who use model learning media are higher than those of students who use image learning media (2) the learning outcomes of students who have a kinesthetic learning style are higher than the learning outcomes of students who have visual learning styles. (3) there is an influence of the interaction between learning media and learning styles on student cognitive learning outcomes in Basic Physiology courses. (4) cognitive learning outcomes of students who have a kinesthetic learning style who learn using model learning media are higher than realm learning outcomes. cognitive students who have a kinesthetic learning style who learn using image learning media. (5) cognitive learning outcomes of students who have visual learning styles who learn using learning media models are lower than those of students who have visual learning styles who learn using image learning media. (6) the cognitive learning outcomes of students who have a kinesthetic learning style who learn using model learning media are higher than the cognitive learning outcomes of students who have a visual learning style who learn using model learning media. (7) the cognitive learning outcomes of students who have a kinesthetic learning style who learn using image learning media are lower than the cognitive learning outcomes of students who have a visual learning style who learn using image learning media.

This research is motivated by the fact that the flipbook multimedia using the flipbook maker can make the learning process more effective and also automatically improve student learning outcomes in learning photography. This research develops flipbook media to improve learning on camera movement material based on size (framing) and angle of view (angle). The problems that will be examined in this research are; (1) Produce multimedia learning flipbooks for the subject of image taking, (2) Produce a suitable flipbook learning multimedia for the subject of photography techniques, (3) Produce an effective multimedia learning flipbook for the subject of drawing techniques. This research is a development research. This study developed learning media in the form of a flipbook to make the learning process more effective and to improve student learning outcomes in learning motion picture taking techniques. The data of this study were collected from students at Vocational High School in Tangerang grade XII as an object of research. In collecting data using questionnaire method and documentation. This research is using approacing ADDIE method. The validation results from material experts and media experts were carried out in 2 stages obtained very feasible criteria with a percentage of 85.56% and media experts of 85.56%. The acquisition of material practitioners' results is 90.00% and media practitioners 86.67%. For the response of students to learning media in the form of a digital book based on problem solving to get the score results for Tangerang Vocational High School at 85.00%.

Information and Communication Technology is one of the subjects taught at SMA Don Bosco 2 Jakarta. In the learning process, various problems were found, the learning material consisting of cognitive and practical learning required more time while the time provided was limited. The current condition is also a new challenge where the Covid19 pandemic occurs so you are required to study at home. This research was conducted using the Dick and Carey Research & Development (R&D) method integrated with the PEDATI blended learning design model. The research was conducted from January to October 2020, at SMA Don Bosco 2 Jakarta. The results of the study generally show that the quality of the prototype based on the validation of the material, media and instructional design expertsreview is 94%, 80%, and 82%. Meanwhile, based on the results of the one to one trial, the small group and the large group the quality obtained was 96%. After being applied, it got an N-Gain Score of 0.78 and was classified in the high category.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of online learning on entrepreneurship learning of vocational school students in the city of Bekasi. The research focus of the program used was the Google Classroom and Quiziz programs. The research method used is a quantitative method. The research object was the students of SMK Insan and Dreiwanti Bekasi City. The total population of 270 students, a sample of 56 students of class XI. Before being processed, the data would be tested classically. The classical test included the reliability test and multicollinearity test results and multiple linear degression tests. After the classical test, the data were processed with the SPSS 20 program. The results showed that the Google classroom on the effect of entrepreneurial learning outcomes, there was no effect of quiziz on entrepreneurial learning outcomes, and there was an effect of google classroom and quiziz simultaneously on entrepreneurial learning outcomes. It was better if teachers and students could optimize online learning again, by using other applications such as you tube, google meeting and others. For teachers and students who had not mastered this technology, online training should be provided, so that learning could run smoothly without encountering obstacles.

This study aims to describe the representation of social criticism in the documentary film Netflix: Miss Americana (2020) by using John Fiske's Semiotic analysis technique. Based on the research finding, the writer concludes that there are social criticism representations in documentary film Netflix: Miss Americana seen from media interviews and entertainment reality shows. Through the whole interviews and arguments, Taylor Swift explained in the movies that she needs to be on the right side of history especially through political views. She also mentioned in Miss Americana that she doesn’t want any other else’s input about her body and others' criticism to impact her life anymore. Furthermore, this documentary film also says that speaking up against what isn't right is a necessity, especially if we are young and we are a woman. "Miss Americana" offers an effective backstage look at Taylor Swift that works best when the megastar opens up about her life

The didactic aspects can be found in various sources including in a novel. The focus of this study is to analyze cognitive, psychomotor and affective aspects in the novel. The purpose of this study is to further find out and analyze the didactic aspects contained in the novel entitled The Witches written by Roald Dahl. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with didactic/educational analysis.. In addition this study also aims to determine the grouping of didactic aspects based on Bloom's theory which consists of three aspects namely cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. Three aspects could not stand alone. It must be integrated each other. This reasearch is considered as qualitative research and uses descriptive analysis to perform the result data. Novel found 75 didactic quotation aspects consisting of cognitive aspects of 21 findings or 28 %, affective aspects of 21 findings or 28% and psychomotor aspects of 33 findings or 44 %. The implication of this research findings are therefore, the discovery of novel psychomotor aspects of research results is greater than affective and cognitive, so educators need to consider the use of this novel as teaching material related to motion, physical fitness and others.

The purpose of this study was to described the use of the Picture to picture method in the procedural text material for seventh grade students of SMP Kanzul Mubarok Bekasi. The population of this study was 80 people. The sample was 23 people. The research method used classroom action research (PTK). This study used two cycles. Before the 2 cycles were carried out, a pre-cycle was carried out to see the initial results of student learning outcomes in the procedure text material. Students were given procedural text material in English subjects using the picture to picture method for two meetings. At the initial meeting / cycle, an average of 74.7 was obtained and in the second session an average of 77. This indicated that this method could improve learning outcomes in English, the procedural techniques could improve learning outcomes for junior high school students.

Purpose of this study is to obtain empirical data about conflict management in organizations at Sariputra Indonesia University, Tomohon. The perspective of this research is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological design. Data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. Samples were taken using purposive sampling by means of snowball sampling. While the data analysis uses theanalysis technique Grounded Theory developed by Strauss and Corbin (1990: 57) went through procedures, namely open coding(Open Coding),centralized coding (Axial Coding),and selected coding (Selective Coding). The results of this study are: 1) Sources of conflict as the background of conflict are very important in the conflict planning process, 2) Foundation support plays an important role in planning and climate and culture. 3) Management of conflict by determining the conflict management approach brings positive and functional changes. 4) The success of the conflict management approach with conflict resolution, conflict stimulation, reducing conflict are the keys to the success of a higher education institution by creating a joint commitment in increasing organizational productivity.
