Abstract

This study aims to provide an empirical description of the reduction right fulfillment of the sentence against convicts at the Sosaiu Tidore Class IIB Detention Center. City of Tidore Islands. Reduction right fulfillment of the sentence is a mandatory right that needs to be protected and fulfilled by every officer who has authority over this matter. This hope is important to study in scientific research to find out how far the implementation of these regulations regulates the rights of convicts. The design of this study uses descriptive qualitative assisted by data collection through field observations, documentation studies, and interviews with a number of informants who are considered capable and wisely understand the object of this research. Because the problems are complex and require an in-depth understanding of meaning, the results of the interviews become information that must be interpreted to produce a conclusion in this thesis. The results show that the fulfillment of the rights of every convict in reducing his sentence in the Class IIB Detention Center has been carried out based on the applicable regulations, however, there are several inhibiting factors in the process towards that direction, including: HR issues in technology-based administrative management, readiness for prison administration and there are regulations that do not have clarity yet in the provision of recommendations if inmates give power of attorney to other people or through Class IIB Soasiu Tidore Detention Center officers.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the systems and procedures for inventory of merchandise applied to Mulia Mart are in accordance with the objectives of internal control. To obtain the data used in compiling this research, the authors needed data collection tools in the form of interviews, observational observations and documentation. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study can be concluded that the internal control system for merchandise inventory at the Mulia Mart retail store is in accordance with the objectives of internal control for merchandise inventory, the merchandise has been running effectively, it only remains to improve the implementation system so that it is even better in the future

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the settlement of bad loans in the savings and loan cooperative Bangun Mandiri. Bad credit is a problem that is often faced by a person's finances on savings and loans. The purpose of this savings and loan cooperative is to increase the amount of money borrowed and the profit will be even greater. In this study, the principles applied in the discipline of the Bangun Mandiri cooperative, safety and the principle of upholding high respect in the Bangun Mandiri savings and loan cooperative. Several factors in bad credit in payment, the salary is not included, the period of delay in payment. In responding to late payments by visiting customers. The research method used was by interviewing and surveying the savings and loan cooperative, the Bangun Mandiri cooperative.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the process of selecting raw materials, processing and marketing as well as formulating a strategy for the development of a sago home industry in the villages of Akedotilou and Aketobololo with an emphasis on the aspects of opportunities, weaknesses, threats and challenges that occur in these businesses. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data analysis used is SWOT analysis. internal factors (strength) that have an influence on the relatively high level of importance: (1) the availability of Raw Materials with an average weight of 0.76, followed by (2) Capital has an average weight of six experts of 0.63 ; (3) the availability of labor with an average weight of 0.56; (4) selling price with an average weight of 0.48; (5) Skills with an average weight of 0.36. Internal factors (weaknesses) that have an influence on the relatively high level of importance: (1) Land Ownership with an average weight of 0.14, followed by (2) Packaging with an average weight of 0.12; (3) Promotion with an average weight of 0.07; (4) There is no Health Standard and BPOM with an average weight of 0.05. 3. external factors (opportunities) that have the highest relative influence or level: (1) strategic industrial position with an average weight of six packs of 0.84, followed by (2) demand for sago with an average weight of 0 .48; (3) socio-cultural conditions with an average weight of 0.39. The results of the evaluation of the EFE matrix, obtained a total score of 3.87 which indicates the business conditions for processing sago flour are moderate or above average. External factors (threats) that have the highest relative importance or influence: (1) business competition with an average weight of six experts of 0.84, followed by (2) natural conditions with an average weight of 0. 68; (3) there has been no government attention with an average weight of 0.36 (4) inadequate road conditions with an average weight of 0.28.

Abstract

Employee performance at PT Karya Bahana Media Bekasi can be influenced by many factors, including creativity and employee involvement. The better the creativity and involvement of employees, the better the enthusiasm and dedication of these employees so that it will improve the performance of employees of PT Karya Bahana Media Televisi Bekasi. This performance appraisal is very important to determine whether the company will continue to work with employees if their performance is good. This study aims to determine the effect of creativity and employee involvement on employee performance at PT Karya Bahana Media Televisi Bekasi. Based on the results of this study, the partial effect of the Creativity variable or X1 on Performance or Y has a value of 40.2%, then the performance variable or X2 on Performance has a value of 59.1%. The results of the research variables on creativity and employee involvement jointly affect performance by 57.5%. This means that together creativity and employee involvement have an influence of 57.5% on the performance of KBM TV Bekasi employees, while the remaining 42.5% is influenced by other variables outside the research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between financial ratios to predict financial distress in the Koperasi Unit Desa Tani Makmur in Sorong Regency. The method used is non-probability sampling with analysis techniques using statistical analysis with logistic regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are Liquidity ratios can be used to predict financial distress in Koperasi Unit Desa Tani Makmur, Solvability ratios can be used to predict financial distress in Koperasi Unit Desa Tani Makmur, Profitability ratios can be used to predict financial distress in Koperasi Unit Desa Tani Makmur, Activity ratios can be used to predict financial distress in Koperasi Unit Desa Tani Makmur.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze understanding and practice, supporting factors, obstacles and solutions, as well as the implications of GMIM Priests' and Religious Teachers' Virtual Theology through social media at the Evangelical Christian Church in Minahasa. To achieve this goal, qualitative research methods are used with phenomenological analysis. To collect field data this research uses participatory observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that Pastors and Religion Teachers of GMIM state that evangelism and PAK are part of their service calling which is implemented in various forms of posting, because it has become a necessity in service. The implication is that the Minahasa Evangelical Christian Church should equip its servants to be able to do virtual theology on social media, have dogmatic teachings of the church based on virtual theology, respond to church services in the form of Hybrid Church and GMIM Virtual Reality, because social media has become a medium for evangelism and PAK in the revolutionary era. Industry 4.0 and through evangelism and PAK on social media, a person and or a group of people can get the motivation of faith, hope and the spirit of sharing love.

Abstract

This research discusses good governance in Jatimulya Village, Kosambi District, Tangerang Regency. However, from observations and community assessments related to the performance of the village government, there are still weaknesses in realizing the principles of good governance. The problems in this research are: how is good governance in the administration of government in Jatimulya Village, Kosambi District, Tangerang Regency and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in good governance in the administration of government in Jatimulya Village, Kosambi District, Tangerang Regency. As an effort to increase the role of the village government in realizing good governance, the theory used is based on the concept of Good Governance theory from the United National Depelopment Progam (UNDP) cited by (Sedarmayanti, 2012: 3) which states that to realize good governance, it is necessary to apply the principles of governance by referring to 9 (nine) principles, namely: Participation, Rule of law, Transparency, Responsiveness, Consensus orientation, Equality, Effectiveness and efficiency, Accountability, Strategic vision. The research methods used in this research are observation, interviews, documentation, data management techniques and data analysis, namely data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions which are carried out qualitatively. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that good governance in the implementation of village governance in Jatimulya Village in realizing the principles of good governance has been implemented, but there are several obstacles in its implementation, namely the low level of human resources (HR), decreased community participation and community disunity towards the village government. The village government's efforts in dealing with obstacles to realizing the principles of good governance are to increase cooperation with institutions to hold seminars to socialize and improve communication to the community.

Abstract

The quality of public services is an effort to fulfill everything related to the needs of the community, both in the needs of administrative groups, needs in groups of goods and needs in groups of services. At this time, it is felt that public services in the village government are still unable to face the challenges of being a government organizer capable of providing good public services to the village community. The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of public services in Kadu Jaya Village and to find out the inhibiting factors in improving the quality of public services in Kadu Jaya Village, Curug District, Tangerang Regency.This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The reason the author chose this is that the author wants to explore the facts about the quality of public services in Kadu Jaya Village, Curug Subdistrict, Tangerang Regency and what are the inhibiting factors in the quality of public services in the village. The research results show that the quality of service in Kadu Jaya Village, Curug Subdistrict, Tangerang Regency can be said to be good, but there are several things that should be of concern, namely the level of employee discipline that needs to be improved, the delivery of policy information to the community which must be more evenly distributed and the certainty and clarity of service fees that must be conveyed openly to the community. Meanwhile, the factors that hamper the improvement of service quality in Kadu Jaya Village, Curug Subdistrict, Tangerang Regency are the lack of quantity and quality of service employees, low discipline of government officials, poor delivery of village policy information to the community and the lack of public curiosity about Kadu Jaya village government policies.
