Abstract

This study aims to compare the student-centered learning (SCL) approach in higher education to the learning process in three different study programs, namely English Study Program, Islamic Religious Education and Arabic Language Education at KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang University . There are two main problems in this study, namely how the learning process is and what learning strategies are used in the three study programs. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the learning process for Arabic courses in English Study Program, Arabic courses in Islamic Studies Study Programs and Kalam Mukassaf courses in Arabic Education Study Programs has used the SCL approach, although the learning process of the three study programs used the strategy different. Learning strategies in Arabic courses in English Study Program use interactive learning strategies and guided teaching, Islamic Studies Study Programs in Arabic courses use interactive learning strategies, emphasizing discussion and sharing among students, while in education study programs Arabic in the Kalam Mukassaf course uses a peer lesson learning strategy, namely learning by teaching fellow friends.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve reading skills by using crossword puzzle in class X MIPA MAN 3 Jombang. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent control group pre-test post-test design. The population in this study was class X MIPA MAN 3 Jombang while the sample was X MIPA 7 as the control class and X MIPA 3 as the experimental class. Data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially. From the test data, it can be seen that the average value of the experimental class and the control class with the number of students 40 each class has increased. The average pre-test value of the control class is 56.75 and the average post-test value is 79.25 while the average pre-test value of the experimental class is 57.5 and the average post-test value is 87,5. Based on the results of the SPSS analysis 16.0, obtained sig. (2-tailed) of the experimental class and the control, class post-test is 0.00, which means lower than 0.05. So it can be concluded that H1 is accepted then there is a significant difference between the experimental class post-test and the control class post-test.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui teori belajar Behavioristik dalam pembelajaran di MI Al- Asyariah Jombang, Teori belajar behavioritik ini berorientasi pada “hasil yang dapat diukur, diamati, dianalisis, dan diuji secara obyektif”. Pengulangan dan pelatihan digunakan supaya perilaku yang diinginkan dapat menjadi kebiasaan. Hasil yang diharapkan dari penerapan teori behavioristik ini adalah terbentuknya suatu perilaku yang diinginkan. Perilaku yang diinginkan mendapat penguatan positif dan perilaku yang kurang sesuai mendapat penghargaan negatif. Evaluasi atau penilaian didasarkan pada perilaku yang tampak dalam pembelajaran peserta didik.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of MA Balongrejo Sumobito students in mastering Arabic writing skills so that it affects the low interest and learning achievement. This is because conventionally which ultimately causes students to tend to be passive and get bored quickly in learning Arabic. Therefore, this study aims to develop a textbook based on Arabic language skills educational games as a solution to overcome the lack of proficiency in writing Arabic for students. The method used in this research is R&D by adopting the ADDIE model. The subjects in this study were students of class X MA Balongrejo Sumobito, totaling 27 children. Data collection instruments used in the form of interviews, questionnaires and tests. The types of data analyzed produce qualitative and quantitative data including: 1) teaching materials have been developed in the form of Arabic textbooks based on Arabic vocabulary and sentence educational games. 2) based on the validity test, the textbook developed reached a very valid feasibility level with an average of 93.33% from material experts and 83.57% from media experts. 3) the level of effectiveness of the textbooks is very effective, seen from the comparison of the pre-test scores reaching an average of 40.74% and the post-test reaching an average of 77.77%.

Abstract

Metode yang dipilih oleh pendidik tidak boleh bertentangan dengan tujuan pembelajaran. Metode harus mendukung kemana kegiatan interaksi edukasi berproses guna mencapai tujuan tersebut. Metode demonstrasi adalah metode mengajar dengan cara memperagakan barang, kejadian, aturan dan urutan melakukan kegiatan, baik secara langsung maupun melalui pengguna media pengajaran yang releven dengan pokok bahasan atau materi yang di sajikan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui upaya guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam metode demonstrasi di SMA An-Nur Bululawang, dan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah di terapkan metode demonstrasi di SMA An-Nur Bululawang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitiannya yaitu: mengembangkan dan menjadikan suasana pelajaran menjadi lebih menyenangkan, mampu mengimplementasikan rencana proses pembelajaran dengan efektif dan efesien, menyusun, memiliki, menguasai, dan memilih strategi pembelajaran yang cocok untuk dilaksanakan. Hasil analisis terhadap pelaksanaan metode demonstrasi di SMA An-Nur ini guru berhasil dan mampu memberikan hasil yang sangat baik bagi siswanya dimana para siswa berlomba-lomba untuk mempersiapkan diri untuk melaksanakan kegiatan belajar, dengan berbekal pemahaman yang sangat kuat untuk pembelajaran yang akan di ajarkan oleh guru di kelas.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Describe the planning of the tasyji'ul lughoh program for grade 6 students at SDMT Ponorogo. (2) Knowing the material presented in the tasyji'ul lughoh program for grade 6 students at SDMT Ponorogo. (3) Explain the methods and media used in the tasyji'ul lughoh program for grade 6 students at SDMT Ponorogo. (4) Describe the form of evaluation in the tasyji'ul lughoh program for grade 6 students at SDMT Ponorogo. This type of research is field research with descriptive qualitative approach. The research location was at the Integrated Muhammadiyah Elementary School (SDMT) Ponorogo. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. To analyze the data using data reduction triangulation techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or data verification. This study's results indicate that the program's implementation is excellent because it can foster students' love for learning Arabic and English. Students' ability to master learning and speaking skills using Arabic & English is in good condition. Language support activities provided by Asatidz/Ustadzat can support students in getting Arabic and English. Factors supporting the activity were figures from the SDMT leadership, the quality of asatidz/ustadzat, TPMPS and ISMUBA administrators, a supportive school environment, and student enthusiasm
