Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of quality of work life, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior and whether organizational citizenship behavior is able to act as a link or mediate the influence of quality of work life on job satisfaction of employees at PG installations. Djoekir Jombang. This research was conducted on employees of the PG installation section. Tjoekir Jombang with 58 employees as respondents. The sampling technique in this research used total sampling. The data collection technique in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use path analysis, statistical t test, Sobel test and the SPSS 25 program. From the research results it can be concluded quality of work life shows good results, job satisfaction shows satisfied results, organizational citizenship behavior shows high results, quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior mediates the effect of quality of work life on employee job satisfaction. The higher the organizational citizenship behavior, the greater the influence of quality of work life on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of work-life balance and perceived organizational support on employee performance at PT. Cahaya Fajar Kaltim. Using a quantitative approach with purposive sampling, 70 employees were selected as respondents. Data were analyzed through moderated regression analysis (MRA) using SPSS 25. The results show that both work-life balance and perceived organizational support significantly influence employee performance. Additionally, perceived organizational support acts as a moderating variable, strengthening the relationship between work-life balance and employee performance. Key findings include good work-life balance and perceived organizational support are associated with high employee performance, work-life balance has a significant positive effect on employee performance, and perceived organizational support enhances the effect of work-life balance on performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted on Grosir Asemka consumers who made purchases through the Shopee marketplace, with the aim of the study to determine: the effect of e-service quality on purchasing decisions, es-service quality on consumer trust, consumer trust in purchasing decisions and e-service quality on purchasing decisions through consumer trust. This research uses the SPSS 25 for Windows Program tool, and uses 125 respondents. The results of this study are as follows: e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer trust, consumer trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and consumer trust has a mediating role in the relationship between e-service quality and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of business capital and financial literacy on the sustainability of MSMEs. The method used is a quantitative approach and data collection using questionnaires and multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. Apart from that, classical assumption tests, hypothetical tests, and calculation of the coefficient of determination using the SPSS 23 application were carried out. The research sample was determined as 165 MSME actors in the Tugu District in the food sector. and drinks. The sampling technique used the proportional stratified random sampling method. The research results show that the business capital variable has a positive and significant effect on the sustainability of MSMEs. The financial literacy variable has a positive and significant effect on the sustainability of MSMEs. The variables of business capital and financial literacy simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the sustainability of MSMEs.

Abstract

The research aims to describe entrepreneurial orientation, work ethic and performance of disabled entrepreneurs in the city of Malang. The influence of entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of disabled entrepreneurs, the influence of work ethic on the performance of disabled entrepreneurs, knowing the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on work ethic, knowing the influence of entrepreneurial orientation and work ethic of people with disabilities. This research was conducted on entrepreneurs with 172 respondents. Sampling technique using simple random sampling, Data collection is carried out by interview techniques and questionnaires. Scale Range and Multiple Linear Regression data analysis techniques. Research shows entrepreneurial orientation in disabled entrepreneurs with strong criteria, work ethic in disabled entrepreneurs with very strong criteria, disabled entrepreneurial performance with very high criteria, Entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of disabled entrepreneurs, work ethic has a positive and significant effect on the performance of disabled entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial orientatin has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial performance Disability, entrepreneurial orientation and work ethic have a positive and significant effect on the performance of disabled entrepreneurs.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of Somethinc products which are relatively new, but these products are able to compete with products that have long been in the market share. These good sales indicate a high purchase intention from consumers in Somethinc products so it can be formulated in this study that how consumers have purchase intention in Somethinc products amid the phenomenon of intense competition based on brand image, perceived product quality, and perceived price. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, perceived product quality, and perceived price on purchase intention in Somethinc consumers in Malang City. This research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 152 Somethinc consumers in Malang City, especially in Lowokwaru District by distributing questionnaires. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study concluded that Brand Image, Product Quality and have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze job stress, job satisfaction, and employee turnover intention levels, the influence of job stress on employee job satisfaction, the influence of job stress on turnover intention, the influence of satisfaction on turnover intention, and whether job satisfaction can mediate the influence of job stress on turnover intention. This research was conducted on J&T Malang City employees with 100 respondents using non-probability sampling. Data collection uses questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses path analysis and the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study show that job stress shows low results, high job satisfaction, and low turnover rates. There is an influence of job stress on turnover intention, job stress has no effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has no effect on turnover and job satisfaction does not mediate job stress on turnover intention.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of e-WOM and brand image on purchasing decisions. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire. A sample of 120 was carried out using purposive sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis technique. The research results found that e-WOM has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. E-wom and brand image have a simultaneous influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to study how Employee Performance is affected by Transformational Leadership using Readiness to Change as a mediator. The method used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS), and it includes 54 employees of PT Bank BRI KC Malang Kawi. This research reveals that Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, and also shows a significant positive correlation with readiness to change. Apart from that, Readiness to Change has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Readiness to Change is also a full mediator in the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Employee Performance.
