Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of training on employee performance mediated by work discipline. This study uses a quantitative and descriptive approach, with the PLS-SEM approach. The object of this research is PT. PLN (PERSERO) UP3 Jayapura with a population and sample of 70 employees. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS version 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that Training has a significant effect on employee performance. Training has a significant effect on work discipline. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline can mediate between training and employee performance in full, which means that work discipline can strengthen the effect of training in improving employee performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of company size, business risk, and sales growth on capital structure with profitability as an intervening variable on the JII stock index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2017 to 2021. The method used to determine the research sample is purposive sampling. The source of data in this research is secondary data. Data analysis techniques used path analysis, t-test (partial), and Sobel test (mediation) using SPSS version 23. The study's results stated that company size, sales growth, and profitability have a significant effect on capital structure while business risk has no significant effect on capital structure. Company size, business risk, and sales growth significantly affect profitability. The Sobel test results state that company size, business risk, and sales growth have a significant effect on capital structure mediated by profitability, meaning that mediation occurs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial knowledge, financial attitude and financial management behavior on financial satisfaction among fintech gopay users in Malang city. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents with a purposive sampling method. The object of this research is the people of Malang city. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 25 software. The results of this study indicate that the three independent variables, namely financial knowledge, financial attitudes and financial management behavior simultaneously and partially influence financial satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment, employee performance, job crafting and whether job crafting is able to mediate the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance. This research was conducted on bank employees with 113 employees as respondents. The sampling technique in this study uses a non-probability technique. The data collection technique was carried out by means of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the statistical t test, Sobel test, and the SPSS 22 program. The results of this study show organizational commitment shows high results, employee performance shows high results, and job crafting shows high results. There is a significant influence between organizational commitment on employee performance, organizational commitment has a significant effect on job crafting, job crafting has a significant effect on employee performance, and job crafting mediates organizational commitment on employee performance. The higher the level of application of job crafting, the greater the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of financial literacy and lifestyle, both partially and simultaneously, on consumer behavior in the people of Malang City. The population in this study were people who lived in Tlogomas Village, Lowokwaru District, Malang City, East Java, totaling 894 people. Sampling used the slovin formula and obtained 100 people. The data collection method is by distributing questionnaires to respondents online via the Google form. Data analysis in this research uses research instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior, lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior, and simultaneously financial literacy and lifestyle have a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior.

Abstract

The study was conducted with the aim of knowing the influence of Human Resources Management Practice (HRMP) on Intention to stay (ITS) with job satisfaction as its mediating variable, on Pesen Kopi Plus's employees. The method used in this study is descriptive analytics observation, with cross sectional approaches. Used a sample of 78 respondents with data sources obtained from primary data in the form of questionnaires. Then data analysis techniques regarding scale ranges and Partial Least Square (PLS), using quantitative research and path analysis with Smart PLS. The results of the study showed that Human Resources Management Practice (HRMP) had a significant and positive effect on Intention to stay (ITS). Human Resources Management Practice (HRMP) has a significant and positive effect on job satisfaction. Similarly, job satisfaction has a significant and positive effect on Intention to stay (ITS). In addition, job satisfaction proves a significant influence and mediates the relationship between Human Resources Management Practice (HRMP) and Intention to Stay (ITS).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain whether Lancar Jaya Stores customers in Madiun City made a purchase of PVC ceiling based on brand image, product quality, and service quality. This study employs a quantitative approach to research. in studies employing multiple linear regression methods. Utilizing the Purposive Sampling method for sampling. There were 96 respondents in the sample. It is demonstrated by statistical tests that product quality has a positive and significant impact on decisions about what to buy, service quality has a positive and significant impact on decisions about what to buy, and the image of the brand”has a partial effect on purchasing decisions .. Purchasing decisions are influenced simultaneously.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the impact of service quality and location on customer satisfaction. This study uses data analysis, i.e., double linear regression analysis. The results of this study are that the quality of service has a partial and significant impact on customer satisfaction and the location has a Partial and Significant impact on customer satisfaction. Quality of service and location simultaneously affect customer satisfaction. The recommendation for this research is the quality of service in PT. TIKI is improved so that customers are satisfied. And a more strategic location so that customers are satisfied with PT. TIKI.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of discipline and motivation on the performance of LJ Dua Bersaudara cracker factory employees. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The sampling technique for this research uses saturated sampling. The type of research used is survey research with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The research results found that motivation had a significant effect on employee performance, discipline had no significant effect on employee performance, and motivation was the variable that had the most influence on the performance of employees at the LJ Dua Bersaudara cracker factory.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of servant leadership and compensation on organizational citizenship behavior, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This type of research uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire. This study's population consisted of contractor PT Ometraco Arya Samanta employees, totaling 75 employees. The data analysis method used is path analysis assisted by SmartPLS 4.0 software. The research results found that servant leadership influences job satisfaction. Compensation influences job satisfaction. Servant leadership influences organizational citizenship behavior. Compensation does not affect organizational citizenship behavior. Job satisfaction influences organizational citizenship behavior. Servant leadership affects organizational citizenship behavior with job satisfaction as a mediating variable, and compensation does not affect organizational citizenship behavior with job satisfaction as a mediating variable.
