Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior as mediation at CV Berlian Makmur in Situbondo Regency. The population in the study was 55 production employees. The sampling technique is total sampling. Data collection through questionnaires and interviews. The analysis method uses a range of scales and linear regression analysis techniques with SmartPLS 2.0. The results showed that compensation and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance partially. Compensation has no significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational citizenship behavior does not mediate compensation for employee performance. Organizational citizenship behavior mediates the work environment on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and evaluate the company's financial performance using Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA) at PT. Adaro Energy Tbk. 2016-2020 period. This research uses quantitative research. Using secondary data in the form of financial reports and annual reports at PT. Adaro Energy Tbk for the 2016-2020 period published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data collection techniques using the method of documentation. The results showed the results of the analysis of the financial performance of PT. Adaro Energy Tbk using EVA is said to be good because the EVA value is > 0. By using the EVA method through its translation in the form of NOPAT, Investor Capital, WACC, and Capital Charges, the final value of EVA is positive in the 2016-2020 period. The results of the analysis of the financial performance of PT. Adaro Energy Tbk using MVA is said to be good because the MVA value is > 0. Using the MVA method a positive value is obtained in the 2016-2020 period.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of quality products, promotion, and store atmosphere on revisit intentions. This type of research is explanatory research. The population used in this study was 100 respondents, the sample was taken as a whole because it amounts to 100. The type of research data used was quantitative data and the data source in the study was primary data. Research data collection through questionnaires. The method of data analysis in this research is scale range, and multiple linear regression analysis. The calculation of the range of the quality product scale shows high results, the promotion scale shows high results, the store atmosphere scale shows high results and the revisit intentions show high results. The results showed that quality products, promotion, store atmosphere have a significant direct effect on revisit intention. Meanwhile, the store atmosphere variable has the most dominant influence on revisit intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the effect of brand image, product quality, and price on purchasing decisions. The population in this study was the overall student of iPhone smartphone users in Malang city with a sample of 128 respondents. The characteristics of respondents are students located in the city of Malang and students who first bought the iPhone brand smartphone. Sampling techniques use snowball sampling. The study was conducted in June 2021 using an online questionnaire. Data analysis techniques are performed using multiple linear regressions. The results of this study concluded that brand image, product quality, and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The quality of the dominant product influences the purchase decision because smartphone consumers prioritize the advantages possessed by iPhone smartphone products

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether work motivation and workload have an influence on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable on CV. Indah Cemerlang Singosari. The type of research used in this research is the quantitative method. While the data analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square – Structural Equational Model (PLS-SEM). The sample in this study were all employees of the production division at CV. Indah Cemerlang Singosari, totaling 44 people using a saturated sampling technique. Based on the result of research that has been carried out using the Partial Least Square – Structural Equational Model (PLS-SEM), shows that work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction. While the workload has no significant effect on job satisfaction. Work motivation and job satisfaction have no significant effect on employee performance. Workload has a significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of work motivation and workload on employee performance.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the factors considered and the dominant factors considered to affect the quality of shrimp paste. The population of this research is shrimp paste producers in Bangkalan regency with a sample of 96 respondents. Sources of research data using primary data collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with the technique of determining the sample by accidental sampling. The research instrument test uses a validity test, reliability test, and factor analysis as research analysis methods. The results showed that the factors considered affecting the quality of shrimp paste in Kab. Bangkalan, namely production facilities, raw materials, equipment, production processes, maintenance, and the environment.

Abstract

The Balanced Scorecard has been widely applied to large and small companies in measuring company performance from financial and non-financial aspects, so the purpose of the research is to measure company performance as a whole using the Balanced Scorecard as a performance measurement on the CV. Pujon Ramie Lestari will be combined with prioritization using the Analytical Hierarchy Process. Measurement of the priority weights of CV. Pujon Ramie Lestari will be measured using the AHP method. Data collection in this research was carried out by interviews and questionnaires which would be processed using the AHP method. The results show that the perspective that has the highest weight with the most important priority is the internal business process perspective with good enough performance indications, the second priority is the customer perspective with good enough performance indications, the third priority is the learning and growth perspective with sufficient performance indications, and the last priority is the learning and growth perspective.

Abstract

AIESEC UMM is a non-profit organization based at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang. This organization was established as a platform for young people to develop their leadership through practical experience. The aims of this research are: (1) how volunteer motivation, servant leadership, and organizational commitment of AIESEC UMM members, (2) to analyze the effect of volunteer motivation on organizational commitment of AIESEC UMM members, (3) to analyze the effect of servant leadership on organizational commitment of AIESEC UMM members. The population and sample in this study were all members of AIESEC UMM 2021, totaling 70 people. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) the volunteer motivation of AIESEC UMM members is in the high category, servant leadership in the AIESEC UMM organization is implemented well, and the organizational commitment of AIESEC UMM members is also in the high category, (2) volunteer motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment of AIESEC UMM members, (3) servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment of AIESEC UMM members

Abstract

 This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance through work procedures as an intervening variable. The type of data used in this study is associative using quantitative research methods. The population of this study was 83 respondents with a total sampling method. The data analysis technique uses path analysis. The results show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, and work motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. The results of the F test show that work motivation, work discipline, and work procedures together affect employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of electronic word of mouth on purchase decisions with the brand image as an intervening variable on customers of Scarlett whitening in Shopee. The population in this study was Scarlett consumers who made purchases on the Shopee application. 100 respondents were selected by a purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique in this study uses a scale range and path analysis. The process of data analysis was performed with SPSS 26.0. The result showed that electronic word of mouth had a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of Scarlett whitening in Shopee. Electronic word of mouth had a positive and significant effect on the brand image of Scarlett whitening. The brand image had a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of Scarlett whitening in Shopee.
