A valid and accepted scientific methodology must be applied. Journal of Aafiyah Health Research (JAHR) is published by the Postgraduate Program in Public Health, Universitas Muslim Indonesia. The publication is issued twice a year (June and December). JAHR encourages the submission of studies from developing countries, as research publication from developing countries is underrepresented in international journals. We welcome all of the students, experts, practitioners, and academicians who are interested in JAHR to submit their articles. The authors can submit articles by following the scheduled publication of JAHR. Articles are written in English or Bahasa Indonesia. Abstract

Abstrak Latar Belakang: Kekurangan tenaga kerja karena kurangnya komitmen organisasi dan ketidakpuasan tenaga kerja menyebabkan tenaga kesehatan tidak hanya melakukan tuntutan tugas yang terkandung dalam tugas pokoknya atau biasa disebut in-role, namun pegawai disarankan memiliki inisiatif untuk melakukan pekerjaan tambahan diluar tuntutan tugasnya atau biasa disebut extra role. Perilaku extra role dalam organisasi tersebut biasa dikenal dengan istilah Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Tujuan: Mengetahui Pengaruh Komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada Pegawai Puskesmas Pasimarannu Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 128. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner.  Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat. Hasil: sebagian besar  responden berusia  antara 21 hingga 30 tahun (54.69%), berjenis kelamin perempuan (85.16%), masa kerja > 5 tahun (50.78%), tingkat pendidikan D3 (69.53%), status pegawai kontrak (62.5%), bekerja di unit kerja tenaga paramedis (82.03%). Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh antara komitmen organisasi dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (p= 0.024), terdapat pengaruh antara kepuasan kerjadan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (p=0.010), serta terdapat pengaruh   komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (p=0.002).     Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terdahap  Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada pegawai puskesmas pasimarannu.    Abstract Background: The lack of manpower due to lack of organizational commitment and worker dissatisfaction causes health workers to not only carry out the demands of the tasks contained in their main duties or commonly called in-role, but employees are advised to have the initiative to do additional work outside the requirements called or commonly called extra role. Extra role behavior in the organization is commonly known as Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This study aims to determine the influence of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Pasimarannu Health Center employees, Selayar Islands Regency. Objective: Knowing the Influence of Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Employees of Pasimarannu Health Center, Selayar Islands Regency. Method: This type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional study approach. The number of samples is 128. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate analysis. Results: that most respondents were aged between 21 and 30 years (54.69%), female (85.16%), work period > 5 years (50.78%), D3 education level (69.53%), contract employee status (62.5%), working in a paramedic work unit (82.03%). The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was an influence between organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (p = 0.024), there was an influence between job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (p = 0.010), and there was an influence of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (p = 0.002). Conclusion: There is an influence of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior on employees of the Pasimarannu Health Center.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Brand Image merupakan faktor penting yang mempengaruhi loyalitas pasien dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Dengan membangun citra merek yang kuat, organisasi pelayanan kesehatan dapat menumbuhkan kepuasan, menarik pasien baru, mempertahankan pasien yang sudah ada, dan memperkuat posisi mereka di pasar. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) Menganalisis pengaruh langsung brand image terhadap kepuasan pasien umum. (2) Menganalisis pengaruh langsung brand image terhadap loyalitas pasien umum. (3) Menganalisis pengaruh langsung kepuasan terhadap loyalitas pasien umum. (4) Menganalisis pengaruh tidak langsung brand image terhadap loyalitas melalui kepuasan pasien umum poliklinik medical check up RSUD Daya Kota Makassar Tahun 2024. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan studi observasional analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 114 responden dan sampel sebanyak 89 responden yang dipilih dengan metode accidental sampling. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji Pearson Chi - Square untuk bivariat dan uji Path Analysis dengan SEM-PLS untuk multivariat. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand image berpengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien (ρ value 0,000<0,05), brand image tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap loyalitas pasien (ρ value 0,387>0,05), kepuasan pasien berpengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien (ρ value 0,000< 0,05). Brand image berpengaruh tidak langsung secara positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien melalui kepuasan pasien (ρ value 0,000 < 0,05). ABSTRACTBackground: The perception of a brand plays a pivotal role in influencing patient loyalty within the field of healthcare services. Through the development of a robust image, healthcare organizations are able to enhance patient satisfaction, draw in new clientele, maintain their current patient base, and reinforce their standing within the market. Objective: This research endeavors to: (1) examine the direct influence of brand image on overall patient satisfaction, (2) investigate the direct impact of brand image on overall patient loyalty, (3) assess the direct relationship between satisfaction and overall patient loyalty, and (4) explore the indirect effect of brand image on loyalty mediated by overall patient satisfaction at the Polyclinic Medical Check-Up of Daya General Hospital, Makassar in 2024. Method: This research is characterized by its quantitative nature, utilizing an analytical observational study design that adopts a cross-sectional approach. This study's population comprises 114 respondents, from which a sample of 89 individuals was chosen through accidental sampling techniques. The gathered data underwent examination through the Pearson Chi-Square test for bivariate analysis, alongside Path Analysis utilizing SEM-PLS for multivariate analysis ation of staffing. The data obtained are the number of employees and the level of education. Results: The findings demonstrated that brand image exerted a positive and significant direct influence on patient satisfaction (ρ value 0.000<0.05). Nevertheless, the brand image did not exert a direct influence on patient loyalty, as indicated by ρ value 0.387>0.05. The effect of patient satisfaction on patient loyalty was found to be both positive and statistically significant, with p value 0.000<0.05. Furthermore, the brand image exhibited a positive and significant indirect influence on patient loyalty, mediated by patient satisfaction (ρ value 0.000<0.05).

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Peningkatan kualitas  pelayanan  kesehatan  dapat  dilakukan  dari  berbagai  aspek  pelayanan seperti  peningkatan  kualitas  fasilitas  kesehatan,  peningkatan kualitas  profesionalisme  sumber  daya manusia  dan  peningkatan  kualitas  manajemen  rumah  sakit.  Pelayanan yang  berkualitas  harus  dijaga dengan  melakukan  pengukuran  secara  berkala  agar  diketahui  kelemahan  dan  kekurangan  dari  jasa pelayanan  yang  diberikan,  dan  dibuat  tindak  lanjut  sesuai  prioritas  permasalahannya. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis karakteristik pasien rawat inap terhadap pelayanan mahasiswa profesi pendidikan dokter (MPPD) di bagian Ilmu Penyakit Dalam Rumah Sakit Ibnu Sina Makassar. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Data dikumpulkan dari 214 responden melalui kuesioner. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Ibnu Sina Makassar pada bulan Januari 2025. Hasil: Mayoritas pasien merasa pelayanan sesuai terhadap kecepatan dan penampilan pelayanan MPPD. Kecepatan pelayanan dinilai memadai dengan 66,4% pasien merasa sesuai terhadap pemeriksaan yang cepat. Meskipun penampilan mendapatkan tingkat pelayanan yang lebih rendah dibanding aspek lain, keseluruhan tingkat pelayanan ini mencapai 68,9%. Kesimpulan: Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan MPPD berupa kecepatan dan penampilan dinilai sudah sesuai dengan pelayanan yang diinginkan oleh pasien. Penelitian ini memberikan masukan penting bagi peningkatan kualitas layanan MPPD, terutama pada aspek pelayanan cepat dan komunikasi. ABSTRACT Background: Improving the quality of health services can be done from various aspects of services such as improving the quality of health facilities, improving the quality of human resource professionalism and improving the quality of hospital management. Quality services must be maintained by conducting regular measurements to identify weaknesses and deficiencies in the services provided, and follow-up actions are made according to the priority of the problem. Objective: To analyze the characteristics of inpatients in relation to the services of professional medical education students (MPPD) in the Internal Medicine Department of Ibnu Sina Hospital, Makassar. Method: This type of research is quantitative descriptive with a cross-sectional research design. Data were collected from 214 respondents through a questionnaire. This study was conducted at Ibnu Sina Hospital Makassar in January 2025. Results: The majority of patients felt that the service was appropriate to the speed and appearance of MPPD services. The speed of service was considered adequate with 66.4% of patients feeling appropriate to the fast examination. Although appearance received a lower level of service than other aspects, the overall level of service reached 68.9%. Conclusion: The study shows that MPPD services in the form of speed and appearance are considered to be in accordance with the services desired by patients. This study provides important input for improving the quality of MPPD services, especially in the aspects of fast service and communication.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Di era modern, kebahagiaan sering kali dikaitkan dengan pencapaian kekayaan dan kesuksesan, yang dapat memicu burnout syndrome akibat tekanan kerja yang berkepanjangan. Burnout, yang sering dialami oleh perawat ditandai dengan kelelahan emosional, depersonalisasi, dan penurunan pencapaian pribadi. Kondisi ini berdampak negatif pada kinerja perawat dan kualitas pelayanan kepada pasien. Tujuan: Menganalisis hubungan antara burnout syndrome dan kinerja perawat di RSKDIA Pertiwi Makassar. Metode: Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan observasional analitik dan desain penelitian cross-sectional, data dikumpulkan dari 62 responden melalui kuesioner. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menemukan hubungan signifikan antara kelelahan emosional (p=0,008) dan pencapaian personal (p=0,001) dengan kinerja perawat. Namun, tidak ditemukan hubungan signifikan antara depersonalisasi (p=0,949) dan kinerja. Kesimpulan: Kelelahan emosional dan pencapaian personal mempengaruhi kinerja perawat, sedangkan depersonalisasi tidak mempengaruhi kinerja perawat. Faktor eksternal, seperti lingkungan kerja dan komitmen profesional, mungkin memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap kinerja perawat.   ABSTRACT Background: In the modern era, happiness is often associated with the achievement of wealth and success, which can trigger burnout syndrome due to prolonged work pressure. Burnout, frequently experienced by nurses, is characterized by emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and a decline in personal achievement. This condition negatively impacts nurses' performance and the quality of care provided to patients Objective: To analyze the relationship between burnout syndrome and nurses' performance at RSKDIA Pertiwi Makassar. Method: This study employs a quantitative approach using an observational analytical method with a cross-sectional research design. Data was collected from 62 respondents through a questionnaire. Results: The study found a significant relationship between emotional exhaustion (p=0.008) and personal achievement (p=0.001) with nurses' performance. However, no significant relationship was found between depersonalization (p=0.949) and performance. Conclusion: Emotional exhaustion and personal achievement impact nurses' performance, while depersonalization does not significantly affect it. External factors, such as the work environment and professional commitment, may play a larger role in influencing nurses' performance.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Kinerja perawat di rumah sakit merupakan factor krusial dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan. Kompensasi dan kompetensi merupakan faktor yang dapat memengaruhi kinerja perawat. Selain itu Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) juga berperan penting dalam memperkuat hubungan antara kompensasi, kompetensi, dan kinerjaperawat. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja perawat melalui OCB di RSUD Andi Djemma Masamba tahun 2025. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan Eksplanatori. Penelitianini terdiridari 258 populasi dan Sampel sebanyak 157 perawat yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, dan analisis data menggunakan analisis multivariat. Hasil: Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB. Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap OCB. Kompensasi tidak mempengaruhi kinerja perawat baik secara langsung maupun melalui OCB. Kompetensi memiliki pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat melalui OCB Kompetensi memiliki pengaruh positif langsung terhadap kinerja perawat. OCB tidak mempengaruhi kinerja perawat secara langsung. Kesimpulan: Kompetensi memiliki pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat melalui OCB dengan nilai path coefficient (ß) sebesar 0,080 (Positif), nilai t-statistik sebesar 1.703 (< 1.96), dan p-value sebesar 0.089 (> 0,05). Saran bagi RSUD Andi Djemma Masamba, Pelatihan dan Pengembangan kompetensi dapat memperbaiki kualitas kinerja perawat. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya variabel untuk pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif . Menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk melengkapi data kuantitatif. ABSTRACT Background: Nurses' performance in hospitals is a crucial factor in improving the quality of healthcare services. Compensation and competence are factors that can influence nurses' performance. Additionally, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) plays an important role in strengthening the relationship between compensation, competence, and nurses' performance. Objective: This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation and competence on nurses' performance through OCB at RSUD Andi Djemma Masamba Method: This study employs a quantitative research approach using an explanatory method. The study consists of a population of 258, with a sample of 157 nurses selected using purposive sampling techniques and a questionnaire, analyzed using multivariate data analysis. Results: Competence has a positive and significant effect on OCB. Compensation has no direct effect on OCB. Compensation does not affect nurse performance either directly or through OCB. Competence has a positive and insignificant effect on nurse performance through OCB Competence has a direct positive effect on nurse performance. OCB does not affect nurse performance directly. Conclusion:  Competence has a positive and insignificant influence on nurse performance through OCB with a path coefficient (ß) value of 0.080 (Positive), a t-statistic value of 1.703 (< 1.96), and a p-value of 0.089 (> 0.05). Suggestions for Andi Djemma Masamba Hospital, Training and Competency development can improve the quality of nurse performance. For further researchers, variables for a more comprehensive understanding use qualitative methods to complement quantitative data.

Abstract

Abstrak Latar Belakang: Stres kerja merupakan tantangan yang meluas yang memengaruhi individu di berbagai profesi baik di negara maju maupun negara berkembang. Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) mengantisipasi bahwa stres kerja akan muncul sebagai bahaya yang signifikan bagi kesejahteraan manusia. Stres terkait pekerjaan diakui sebagai masalah yang cukup besar dalam lingkungan kerja organisasi, yang mampu mempengaruhi motivasi kerja, yang berpotensi dibentuk oleh konteks sosial di sekitarnya. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi stres kerja pada pekerja di PT. PLN UP3 Makassar Selatan. Metode: Penelitian ini dirancang untuk mengklarifikasi faktor-faktor penentu yang mempengaruhi stres kerja pada pekerja di PT. PLN Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pelanggan (UP3) Makassar Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional dan menggunakan uji statistik chi-square untuk analisis. Data dikumpulkan melalui pemberian kuesioner terstruktur kepada sampel yang terdiri dari 112 pekerja. Hasil: 83,9% partisipan melaporkan mengalami stres yang berhubungan dengan lingkungan kerja mereka. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja (P-value = 0,000), tuntutan pekerjaan (P-value = 0,000), peran individu (P-value = 0,000), dan lingkungan kerja (P-value = 0,000) masing-masing memiliki dampak yang signifikan secara statistik terhadap stres terkait pekerjaan di PT. PLN UP3 Makassar Selatan. Kesimpulan: Tuntutan pekerjaan berfungsi sebagai faktor utama yang mempengaruhi stres terkait pekerjaan di antara karyawan.   Abstract Background: Occupational stress represents a pervasive challenge that affects individuals across various professions in both advanced and emerging economies. The World Health Organization (WHO) anticipates that occupational stress will emerge as a significant peril to human well-being. Job-related stress is recognized as a considerable issue within organizational work environments, capable of impacting work motivation, potentially shaped by the surrounding social context Objective: This study purpose to knowing the factors that affect work stress in workers at PT. PLN UP3 South Makassar. Method: This research was designed to clarify the determinants affecting work-related stress among personnel at PT. PLN Customer Service Unit (UP3) South Makassar. A quantitative, cross-sectional study design was utilized, employing a chi-square statistical test for analysis. Data were gathered through the administration of structured questionnaires to a sample comprising 112 workers. Results: 83.9% of participants reported experiencing stress related to their work environment. The research indicated that workload (P-value=0.000), job demands (P-value=0.000), individual roles (P-value=0.000), and the work environment (P-value=0.000) each exerted a statistically significant impact on work-related stress at PT. PLN UP3 South Makassar. Conclusion: In conclusion, it was determined that job demands serve as the primary factor affecting work-related stress among employees at PT. PLN UP3 South Makassar. Programs for managing stress can be put into place while taking these contributing elements into account.

Abstract

Abstrak Latar belakang : Stunting adalah kondisi pertumbuhan terhambat akibat kurangnya gizi secara  kronik, Di Indonesia, tahun 2022, tingkat stunting sebesar 21,6% dan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan mencapai 27,2%. Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan tergolong dalam 3 kabupaten dengan tingkat stunting tertinggi di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dengan kasus stunting 30%, Pemerintah memiliki komitmen yang diwujudkan dengan ditetapkannya PerPres nomor 72 Tahun 2021 mengenai Percepatan Penurunan Stunting, termasuk di Kabupaten Pangkep Dalam peraturan Bupati Nomor 40 Tahun 2023 tentang program percepatan penurunan stunting. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi strategi implementasi kebijakan program percepatan penurunan stunting di Kabupaten Pangkep.   Metode : Jenis penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan 9 informan, teknik pemilihan informan pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Hasil : Berdasarkan indikator komunikasi antar OPD dan lintas sektor dalam aksi kolaborasi dan konvergensi dianggap masih belum optimal, serta sasaran pemberian makanan tambahan dinilai kurang tepat. Keterbatasan sumber daya yang dimiliki menjadi kendala di lapangan yang perlu secara bijak mengoptimalkan sumber daya yang telah dimiliki. Sikap dan komitmen dari TPPS kabupaten ditandai dengan tingkat keseriusan yang cukup dalam mengimplementasikan program, dan masyarakat telah mendapatkan manfaat atas program tersebut. Menurut indikator struktur birokrasi, telah terbentuk struktur organisasi di tingkat kabupaten namun belum optimal aksi konvergensi berdasarkan SOP yang mengatur kordinasi OPD dan lintas sektor. Kesimpulan : aspek komunikasi,sumber daya dan struktur birokrasi dalam implementasi kebijakan program percepatan penurunan stunting di Kab. Pangkep dinilai belum memuaskan, namun berdasarkan aspek disposisi dalam implementasi kebijakan program percepatan penurunan prevalensi stunting di Kab. Pangkep dinilai memuaskan. Abstract Background: Stunting is a condition of stunted growth due to chronic malnutrition. In Indonesia, in 2022, the stunting rate was 21.6%, and in South Sulawesi Province reached 27.2%. Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency is included in the 3 regencies with the highest stunting rates in South Sulawesi Province with 30% stunting cases. The government has a commitment that is realized by the stipulation of Presidential Regulation Number 72 of 2021 concerning the Acceleration of Stunting Reduction, including in Pangkep Regency in the Regent's Regulation Number 40 of 2023 concerning the program to accelerate stunting reduction. Objective: This study aims to explore the implementation strategy of the stunting reduction acceleration program policy in Pangkep Regency. Method: This type of research is a qualitative analysis with a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through interviews with 9 informants, the informant selection technique in this study was purposive sampling. Results: Based on the indicators of communication between OPDs and across sectors in collaborative and convergence actions, it is considered still not optimal, and the target of providing additional food is considered less than appropriate. Limited resources are an obstacle in the field that needs to be wisely optimized for existing resources. The attitude and commitment of the district TPPS are characterized by a sufficient level of seriousness in implementing the program, and the community has benefited from the program. According to the bureaucratic structure indicator, an organizational structure has been formed at the district level but the convergence action is not optimal based on the SOP that regulates coordination between OPDs and across sectors. Conclusion: aspects of communication, resources and bureaucratic structure in the implementation of the policy of the program to accelerate the reduction of stunting in Pangkep Regency are considered unsatisfactory, but based on the disposition aspect in the implementation of the policy of the program to accelerate the reduction of stunting prevalence in Pangkep Regency, it is considered satisfactory.

Abstract

Abstrak Latar belakang : Kesehatan anak usia dini baik secara fisik dan psikis dimulai dari asupan gizi yang baik yang diberikan sejak usia dini. Upaya percepatan penurunan stunting di Indonesia diselenggarakan secara konvergen, holistik, integratif, dan berkualitas melalui koordinasi, sinergi, dan sinkronisasi di antara kementerian/lembaga, pemerintah daerah provinsi, pemerintah daerah kabupaten/kota, pemerintah desa, dan pemangku kepentingan. Upaya ini dilakukan baik melalui intervensi gizi spesifik maupun intervensi gizi sensitif. Salah satu isi dari program intervensi sensitif gizi yaitu program pemberian makanan tambahan. Tujuan : Mengevaluasi pengaruh program intervensi sensitif gizi baznas provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dalam upaya penanggulangan stunting yang dilaksanakan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tamalanrea. Metode : Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tahap perencanaan kegiatan sesuai dengan pedoman pemberian PMT bagi balita, tahap pengorganisasian sudah  sesuai dengan dibentuknya tim pelaksana yang memiliki tugas dan tanggung jawab masing-masing, tahap pelaksanaan dalam pendistribusian sudah berjalan baik karena tidak ada kendala dan konseling sudah dilaksanakan oleh tenaga pelaksana gizi dan bidan, dan tahap pengawasan kegiatan PMT dilakukan oleh puskesmas dan tim baznas kemudian dilakukan pencatatan dan pelaporan melalui koordinator kegiatan secara rutin setiap bulannya. Kesimpulan : Hasil evaluasi pengaruh program intervensi sensitif gizi baznas provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dalam upaya penanggulangan stunting yang dilaksanakan di wilayah kerja puskesmas tamalanrea sudah berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai standar prosedur pemberian makanan tambahan yang berlaku. Abstract Background: Early childhood health, both physically and psychologically, starts with good nutritional intake given from an early age. Efforts to accelerate stunting reduction in Indonesia are carried out in a convergent, holistic, integrative and quality manner through coordination, synergy and synchronization between ministries/institutions, provincial regional governments, district/city regional governments, village governments and stakeholders. This effort is carried out both through specific nutritional interventions and sensitive nutritional interventions. One of the contents of the nutritionally sensitive intervention program is the supplementary feeding program. Objective: Evaluate the influence of the South Sulawesi Province Baznas nutrition sensitive intervention program in stunting prevention efforts implemented in the Tamalanrea Community Health Center working area. Method: Using qualitative research methods with a descriptive qualitative approach. Results: The results of the research show that at the planning stage the activities were in accordance with the guidelines for providing PMT for toddlers, the organizing stage was in accordance with the formation of an implementing team which had their respective duties and responsibilities, the implementation stage in the distribution had gone well because there were no obstacles and counseling had been carried out by nutrition implementers and midwives, and the monitoring stage of PMT activities was carried out by the community health center and the Baznas team and then recording and reporting was carried out through the activity coordinator regularly every month. Conclusion: The results of the evaluation of the influence of the South Sulawesi Province Baznas nutrition sensitive intervention program in stunting prevention efforts implemented in the Tamalanrea Community Health Center working area have been running well and in accordance with applicable standard procedures for providing additional food.

Abstract

Abstrak Latar Belakang : Program Keluarga Berencana bertujuan merencanakan kelahiran agar meningkatkan kesejahteraan ibu dan anak serta menjamin terkendalinya pertambahan penduduk. Di Indonesia, program KB berlandaskan Undang-Undang Nomor 52 Tahun 2009 tentang Perkembangan Kependudukan dan Pembangunan Keluarga. Berdasarkan data dari DPPKB Kab. Pangkep, didapatkan penurunan jumlah akseptor dalam 3 tahun terakhir. Tujuan : Untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi kebijakan program KB di Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan. Metode : Jenis penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan 9 informan. Teknik pemilihan informan melalui purposive sampling. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek komunikasi berjalan optimal, terlihat dari konseling dan promosi kegiatan KB yang berjalan dengan baik. Meskipun rata-rata akseptor KB tidak mengikuti penyuluhan karena tidak mengetahui adanya kegiatan tersebut. Selain itu, didapatkan tidak optimalnya aspek sumber daya manusia dari segi kuantitas, sehingga penyuluh KB merangkap tugas. Namun dinilai sudah optimal dari segi kualitas karena seluruh pihak telah mendapatkan pembekalan. Sumber daya finansial serta sarana- prasarana juga terpenuhi karena tersedia dengan baik. Dari aspek disposisi, pemerintah daerah sudah cukup berkomitmen sebab program KB dapat berjalan baik, meskipun program ini belum dilandaskan peraturan daerah setempat. Hal ini didukung oleh para petugas KB yang aktif dalam pelayanan. Sedangkan dari aspek struktur birokrasi, tiap pihak mengerjakan tugas dengan fragmentasi serta pelayanan KB mempunyai alur yang jelas sesuai SOP. Kesimpulan : Kesimpulan penelitian ini ialah aspek komunikasi, struktur birokrasi serta disposisi dinilai cukup optimal dalam keberhasilan program Keluarga Berencana di Kab. Pangkajene dan Kepulauan. Sedangkan aspek sumber daya belum teraktualisasi dengan baik. AbstractBackground: The Family Planning Program aims to plan births in order to improve the welfare of mothers and children and ensure controlled population growth. In Indonesia, the family planning program is based on Law Number 52 of 2009 concerning Population Development and Family Development. Based on data from the DPPKB of Pangkep Regency, there has been a decrease in the number of acceptors in the last 3 years.Objective: To explore the implementation of the family planning program policy in Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency.Method: This type of research is a qualitative analysis with a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 9 informants. The informant selection technique was purposive sampling.Results: The results of the study showed that the communication aspect was running optimally, as seen from the counseling and promotion of family planning activities that were running well. Although the average family planning acceptor did not participate in counseling because not aware of the activity. In addition, it was found that the human resources aspect was not optimal in terms of quantity, so that family planning counselors had multiple tasks. However, it was considered optimal in terms of quality because all parties had received training. Financial resources and infrastructure are also met because they’re well available. From the disposition aspect, the local government is quite committed because the family planning program can run well, even though this program is not yet based on local regulations, supported by KB officers who are active in the service. Meanwhile, from the aspect of bureaucratic structure, each participants doing the tasks with fragmentation and family planning services have a clear flow according to SOP.Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that the aspects of communication, bureaucratic structure, and disposition are considered quite optimal in the success of the Family Planning program in Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency. Meanwhile, the resource aspect hasn’t been properly actualized.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Gagal ginjal kronik (GGK) merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan global dengan angka kejadian yang terus meningkat. Identifikasi faktor risiko yang berkontribusi terhadap GGK sangat penting untuk pencegahan dan pengelolaan penyakit ini. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis besar risiko kejadian gagal ginjal kronik di RSUP Dr. Tadjuddin Chalid Makassar, yang terdiri atas riwayat keluarga, hipertensi, diabetes mellitus, penyakit batu ginjal, kebiasaan merokok, dan konsumsi alkohol. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain Case-Control, sampel responden berjumlah 188, terdiri atas 94 kasus (pasien dengan GGK) dan 94 kontrol (pasien tanpa GGK). Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisa univariat dan bivariat (chi-square). Analisis data menggunakan SPSS IBM 25. Hasil: hipertensi (p=0,000; OR=3,417; 95%CI:1,853-6,302), diabetes mellitus (p=0,008; OR=2,358; 95%CI:1,248-4,458), dan konsumsi alkohol (p=3,359; OR=3,359; 95%CI:1,346-8,385) merupakan faktor risiko signifikan untuk kejadian GGK. Riwayat keluarga GGK (p=0,186; OR=2,119; 95% CI: 0,695-6,457), penyakit batu ginjal (p=0,150; OR=1,855; 95% CI: 0,801-4,296), dan kebiasaan merokok (p=1,611; OR=1,611; 95% CI: 0,876-2,961) juga memiliki hubungan dengan kejadian GGK, namun tidak signifikan untuk kejadian GGK. Kesimpulan: Hipertensi, diabetes mellitus, dan konsumsi alkohol terbukti menjadi faktor risiko signifikan terhadap kejadian GGK. Sementara itu, riwayat keluarga, penyakit batu ginjal, dan kebiasaan merokok memiliki hubungan dengan GGK namun tidak bermakna secara statistik. Hipertensi merupakan faktor risiko yang paling dominan. Untuk mencegah GGK, penderita hipertensi disarankan untuk melakukan pemeriksaan rutin; menjaga pola makan sehat, memenuhi kecukupan cairan tubuh, dan mematuhi penggunaan obat antihipertensi. ABSTRACT Background: Chronic renal failure (CKD) is a global health problem with an increasing incidence rate. Identification of risk factors that contribute to CKD is very important for the prevention and management of this disease. Objective: To analyze the risk factors for chronic renal failure in Dr. Tadjuddin Chalid Makassar General Hospital, which consisted of family history, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, kidney stone disease, smoking habits, and alcohol consumption. Method: This study is a quantitative study with Case-Control design, the sample of respondents amounted to 188, consisting of 94 cases (patients with CKD) and 94 controls (patients without CKD). Data analysis used was univariate and bivariate analysis (chi-square). Data analysis using SPSS IBM 25. Results: Hypertension (p=0.000; OR=3.417; 95%CI:1.853-6.302), diabetes mellitus (p=0.008; OR=2.358; 95%CI:1.248-4.458), and alcohol consumption (p=3.359; OR=3.359; 95%CI:1.346-8.385) were significant risk factors for the incidence of CKD. Family history of CKD (p=0.186; OR=2.119; 95%CI:0.695-6.457), kidney stone disease (p=0.150; OR=1.855; 95%CI:0.801-4.296), and smoking (p=1.611; OR=1.611; 95%CI:0.876-2.961) also had an association with the incidence of CKD, but were not significant for the incidence of CKD. Conclusion: Hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and alcohol consumption proved to be significant risk factors for the incidence of CKD. Meanwhile, family history, kidney stone disease, and smoking had an association with CKD but were not statistically significant. Hypertension was the most dominant risk factor. To prevent CKD, people with hypertension are advised to have regular check-ups; maintain a healthy diet, fulfill adequate body fluids, and comply with the use of antihypertensive drugs.
