Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh pemberdayaan kepribadian terhadap kepuasan kerja dan pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal dan pemberdayaan kepribadian terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah komunikasi interpersonal dan pemberdayaan karyawan sebagai variabel bebas dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel keterikatan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai PNS pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin yang terdiri dari 35 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner.Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji f dengan menggunakan software tools SPSS ver 25. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal X1 berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja Y, kemudian Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Pemberdayaan karyawan X2 berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja Y, maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. dan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh melalui uji f menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal X1 dan pemberdayaan karyawan X2 berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja Y, maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal X1 berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja Y, kemudian Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity and capital structure and firm size on profitability in retail sub-sector companies whose shares are traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. The sample was taken with a purposive sampling technique so as to get a sample of 10 companies studied during 2018-2021. The analysis method used is panel data analysis with the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Method. Basd on the results of this study, partially the liquidity variable current ratio (CR) has a positive and significant effect, the capital structure debt to equity ratio (DER) has a negative but insignificant Simultaneous test results CR, DER together have a positive effect on the profitability of retail subsector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence online customer reviews and affiliate marketing against impulsive buying on products in the Shopee marketplace. This type of research is qualitative research, population and sample of this study amounted to 135 people have made purchases of products on Shopee. Data analysis techniques of this study using multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study show that Online customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on Impulsive Buying on products in the Shopee Marketplace. At 0.799 this means that 79.9% of the variance in the value of impulsive buying on products in Shopee Marketplace is determined or explained by independent variables, namely online customer review and affiliate marketing, while the remaining 20.1% is influenced by other variables that are not studied in this study product promo, product quality and others.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the planning and monitoring of the operational cost budget for PT MNC Life Assurance and the role of the budget in planning and monitoring these costs. As well as measuring the effectiveness of planning and tracking operational expenses. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. And to obtain data, the author uses data collection techniques in the form of interviews and observations. At the same time, the types of data used in this research are primary and secondary. Based on the results of calculations and data collection, planning and oversight of the budget succeeded in preparing and planning the budget properly until the realization stage and was included in the practical category.

Abstract

Research to determine the effect of financial literacy on Gen Z Consumptive Behavior in Medan City. This type of research is Qualitative. The population was 896 people and the sample used accidental sampling as many as 100 Gen Z who were respondents in this study, the data analysis technique used multiple regression tests and hypothesis testing. The results showed that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on Consumption Behavior on Gen Z products in Medan City. The results of the determination test above show that the coefficient of determination (seen from R Square) is 0.560, this means that 56% of the variance in the value of Consumption behavior on Gen Z in Medan City is determined or explained by the independent variable, namely Financial Literacy, while the remaining 44% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study such as economy and occupation

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of internal control, financial literacy, and organizational culture on financial performance in LPD Kintamani District. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used in this study was in the form of a questionnaire given to the heads of LPDs in the Kintamani District. The data analysis technique used was SEM-PLS (Smart Equation Modeling- Partial Least Square) version 3.0 where the number of samples used in this study were 34 heads of LPD, determining respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of internal control systems, financial literacy, and use of technology on the quality of financial reports in LPD Kintamani District. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used in this study was in the form of a questionnaire given to the heads of LPDs in the Kintamani District. The data analysis technique used was SEM-PLS (Smart Equation Modeling- Partial Least Square) version 3.0 where the number of samples used in this study were 57 heads of LPD, determining the respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the internal control system had a significant positive effect on the quality of the financial reports of the LPD in Kintamani District. Abstract

Research to determine the effect of work ethic on employee performance at PT. Carsurindo Superintendent. This type of research is qualitative research. Jumplah population as much as 78 people and samples using saturated samples as much as 78, data analysis techniques using SEM PLS where the test used is determination test, simultaneous test and hypothesis test. The results showed the results showed that a direct influence on the work ethic variable on employee performance has a path coefficient of 0.879 this indicates that if the higher the work ethic of employees at PT. carsurindo then the higher the performance. The influence has a probability value (p-values) of 0,000 < 0.05, there is a significant influence between work ethic on employee performance at PT. Carsurindo Superintendent.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Supervision, Coordination, Work Attitude, Work Skills, and Empowerment on Work Productivity of UMKM Tahu Tempe Employees in Kotap Semarang. The research population is all employees of UKM Tahu Tempe in Semarang City, the sample that has been determined in this study is 385 employees using a non-probability sampling technique with the convenience sampling method using the PCochran formula. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis of the SPSS version 24 program. The results of the analysis and discussion show that partially Supervision has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, that partially Coordination has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, partially Work Attitude has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, partially Skills Work has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, partially Empowerment has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, Supervision, Coordination, Work Attitude, Work Skills, and Empowerment simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity of UMKM Tahu Tempe Employees in Kota Semarang

Abstract

Currently, digital marketing technology continues to experience development, and the benefits of using the internet are felt by its users. In fact, some people sense that they have a dependence on the internet, including the activities of duck breeders who are included in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in utilizing information technology to run their business. This developing era encourages business people to always be able to follow digital trends. Transformations in the world of technology towards digitization have changed the way businesses work to be able to adapt faster to these developments. The presence of social media has now become a trend in conducting marketing communications. Social media including Google Business is an online media, where users can easily participate, share and provide information including blogs, social networks, wikis, and forums. Blogs, social networks, and these are the most common forms of social media used by people around the world. This type of research is descriptive research. The approach used is a qualitative approach and a conceptual approach. The source of data used is secondary data. Data analysis was carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner. Conclusions were drawn using the deductive method, namely concluding from general to specific, especially those related to the research topic, namely the Marketing Strategy for MSME Products through the Use of Digital Marketing for Bebek Bebek breeders in Pringapus District. This research resulted in findings on the importance of the role of digital marketing through Whatsapp, Instagram, and Shopee for current business development. With the concept of digital marketing, the form of promotion that is carried out is no longer a one-way scheme but has become a two-way relationship. This two-way relationship allows the presence of good interaction and is not hindered by distance and time between entrepreneurs and consumers. From the consumer's point of view, the use of the internet in fulfilling their daily needs provides many advantages and conveniences. Ease of product search, efficiency to discounted promos. Business actors who can apply digital marketing make the market grow and the products offered become more varied. However, there are still many micro-entrepreneurs who close themselves to development. They are still reluctant to do digital marketing where businesses only sell their products to consumers who are around or waiting for consumers who happen to pass through their market area. Running a business by utilizing internet access and conducting digital marketing through social media, websites or other e-commerce applications is a definite step and must be mastered for businesses to connect with customers and potential customers more quickly and easily. Market updates such as digital marketing are an important innovation for MSMEs to maintain their business. Apart from surviving the situation. In a pandemic like today, digital marketing is also one of the factors that can determine the success of competition in free trade.
