Human activities have begun to shift by relying on online buying and selling platforms to carry out their activities. One of the well-known platforms is Tiktok. Apart from providing space for sellers and buyers to transact, TikTok also provides an affiliate program for content creators who want to market products from TikTok sellers, and in return is to get a certain commission when the product being promoted is successfully sold. In the process of activities related to affiliation, problems can arise because the legal relationship between the parties is still unclear. Based on this description, the author examines the legality of agreements in the tiktok affiliate program. This study uses a type of normative research. The research approach used is a statutory and conceptual approach. The legal material search technique that the author uses is through library research. The agreement between the service providers, namely TikTok in the affiliate program, is a form of partner / partnership cooperation, and the agreement is carried out by default. The clauses in the terms and conditions of the affiliate program are standard clauses. therefore the terms and conditions of the tiktok affiliate program are compelling. Legal consequences if a violation occurs, namely the non-fulfillment of the conditions in the agreement clause that has been agreed upon by the parties in the tiktok affiliate can be null and void. The limitation of this journal review is that information about the basis for making decisions on the amount of commission received by content creators who are included in the affiliate program is still unclear as to the source and legal basis. There is also no legal umbrella that determines affiliate commissions in the form of legal regulations in Indonesia.

This paper explores the delegation of medical treatment from medical personnel to nurses in Indonesia and the associated civil liability issues. While medical personnel can delegate medical treatment to nurses under Article 65 of Law Number 36 of 2014, Law Number 38 of 2014 provides for deviations from this law. According to Article 29 paragraph (3) letter e of Law Number 38, the nurse is responsible for medical actions, raising concerns about civil liability if mistakes or negligence occur. The paper argues that medical personnel should bear civil law responsibility for medical actions carried out by nurses based on delegation of authority and suggests amending Article 32 of Law Number 38 of 2014 to clarify accountability and change the term "delegation of authority" to "cooperation or collaboration." The paper emphasizes the need to regulate and clarify civil liability in delegating medical action from medical personnel to nurses in Indonesia. By doing so, healthcare professionals can collaborate more effectively and safely to deliver quality healthcare services to patients. The proposed amendments to the law could provide a more equitable and responsible approach to delegating medical treatment to nurses, ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care possible.

The Indonesian monetary crisis has significantly affected the capital market and investment stability. To improve performance, Indonesian companies seek to raise capital but face the challenge of issuing shares at the same par value stated in their articles of association. This research lie in offering guidance to Indonesian companies on issuing new shares, ensuring equitable treatment of shareholders, and informing legal practitioners and policymakers about the implications of shares with different face values on corporate governance and investor protection. The formulation of the problem in this study is: which shares can be categorized as a classification of shares as stipulated in the Company Law? and How are voting rights and profit sharing in Company to shareholders who own shares with a different face value? This study uses a normative juridical method by collecting data from literature studies. Based on the results of the research, it is found that both listed and foreign companies need to issue new shares with different values than those specified in the articles of association. Despite the varying par values, these new shares grant shareholders equal rights, including voting rights, dividend distribution, and asset distribution in case of liquidation.
