Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the role of career women in educating children from the perspective of Islamic education, the educational process carried out; and to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors for career women in educating children. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study show that career women who work at the IAIN Ambon campus carry out dual roles as career women, but do not forget their main role, namely educating children from an Islamic perspective. The process of educating children from the perspective of Islamic education carried out by career women at IAIN Ambon is, 1) Educating children's faith, career women instill the values of faith in their children from an early age even when they are still in the womb, by providing understanding to children in the form of recognizing oneness Allah and His creation around the lives of children, names of angels, stories of prophets and apostles and other basic material related to faith or pillars of faith. (2) Educating children's worship, from early childhood and even from the womb, by involving children in daily worship activities (3) Educating children's morals, using exemplary and habituation methods. Factors supporting good cooperation and communication, the involvement of other family members in helping to supervise children, as well as the formal and non-formal educational environment. Inhibiting factors are community environmental factors in the form of children's colleagues that influence their association and the limited time that career women have with children.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis peran wanita karir dalam mendidik anak perspektif pendidikan Islam, proses pendidikan yang dilakukan; dan untuk menguraikan faktor pendukung dan penghambat wanita karir dalam mendidik anak. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wanita karir yang bekerja di kampus IAIN Ambon menjalankan peran ganda sebagai seorang wanita karir, namun tidak melupakan peran utama mereka yaitu mendidik anak perspektif Islam. Adapun proses pendidikan anak perspektif pendidikan Islam yang dilakukan wanita karier di IAIN Ambon adalah, 1) Mendidik akidah anak, para wanita karir menanamkan nilai-nilai akidah pada diri anak sejak usia dini bahkan sejak masih dalam kandungan, dengan memberikan pemahaman kepada anak berupa mengenal keesaan Allah dan ciptaan-Nya yang ada disekitar kehidupan anak, nama-nama malaikat, kisah-kisah nabi dan rasul serta materi dasar lainnya yang berkaitan dengan akidah atau rukun iman. 2) Mendidik ibadah anak, sejak anak usia dini dan bahkan sejak dalam usia kandungan, dengan melibatkan anak-anak dalam kegiatan ibadah sehari-hari (3) Mendidik akhlak anak, menggunakan metode keteladan dan pembiasaan. Faktor pendukung kerjasama dan komunikasi yang baik, keterlibatan anggota keluarga lain dalam membantu mengawasi anak, serta lingkungan pendidikan formal dan nonformal. faktor penghambat yaitu faktor lingkungan masyarakat yang berupa teman sejawat anak yang mempengaruhi pergaulan mereka dan keterbatasan waktu yang dimiliki oleh para wanita karir bersama anak.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in improving the intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence of students at SD Negeri 1 and SD Negeri 2 Olas, Huamual District, West Seram Regency. This type of qualitative descriptive research, data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation, 6 research informants, 2 teachers and 4 students. Data analysis goes through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data display, data interpretation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are the role of the Islamic Religious Education teacher in increasing the intellectual intelligence of students which includes planning learning tools, using appropriate methods, giving, evaluating. The role of the Islamic Religious Education teacher on emotional intelligence includes; Islamic Religious Education teachers are able to control students' emotions, train students to be confident through class discussion activities, train students to control their emotions by being social, care about students, help arouse students' enthusiasm for learning, train students to care about the environment. The role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in improving students' spiritual intelligence includes; cooperate with all teachers in the school, instill aqidah (belief) in students to carry out worship, get students used to being grateful for God's blessings, provide examples of discipline, get used to saying greetings, involve students in worship, and implement 5S (smile, greet, greet) , polite, and polite).Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis peran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan  spiritual  peserta  didik di SD Negeri 1 dan SD Negeri 2 Olas Kecamatan Huamual Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat. Tipe penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, Informan penelitian sebanyak 6 orang , 2 orang guru dan 4 orang peserta didik. Analisis data melaului tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data,  interpretasi data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini  yaitu  peran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan intelektual peserta didik meliputi yakni membuat perencanaan perangkat pembelajaran,  menggunakan metode yang sesuai,  memberikan, melakukan evaluasi. Peran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam terhadap kecerdasan emosional meliputi;  Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam  mampu mengontrol emosi peserta didik, melatih peserta didik percaya diri melalui kegiatan diskusi kelas, melatih peserta didik mengontrol emosi dengan bersosial, peduli dengan peserta didik,  membantu membangkitkan semangat belajar peserta didik, melatih peserta didik peduli dengan lingkungan. Peran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual peserta didik meliputi;  bekerjasama dengan seluruh guru di sekolah, menanamkan aqidah (keyakinan) kepada peserta didik agar  melaksanakan ibadah,  membiasakan peserta didik mensyukuri nikmat Tuhan,  memberikan contoh tentang kedisiplinan, membiasakan mengucap salam,  melibatkan peserta didik dalam beribadah,  dan  menerapkan 5S (senyum, sapa, salam, sopan, dan santun).

Abstract

The problem in this study is how the role of counseling guidance teachers in increasing self-esteem of students in MAN 1 and MAN 2 Central Maluku, Central Maluku district. And what are the factors that support and inhibit the role of counseling guidance teachers in increasing  self-esteem of students in MAN 1 and MAN 2 Central Maluku. This type of qualitative descriptive research. This research was conducted from 6 June to 6 July 2022 in MAN 1 and MAN 2 Central Maluku. The informants in MAN 1 consist of 1 BK teacher and 4 students and in MAN 2 there are 1 BK teacher and 4 students. Collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation, analyzed data using data reduction, data assessment and drawing conclusions. The role of BK teachers in increasing self-esteem of students in MAN 1 includes: 1. Build a positive mindset in students, 2. Recognize the weaknesses and strengths of students, 3. Increase the competitive spirit of students, 4. Provide training to students to increase self-esteem, and 5. Ask each student to appear in front of the class, b. Supporting factors include: 1. Factors the role of teachers and homeroom teachers), 2. Cooperation with parents of students, 3. BK room facilities and infrastructure, 4. Support from the school and the school environment, and 5 Personality of guidance and counseling teacher,c. Inhibiting factors, including: 1. Internal factors (from students), 2). External factors (association in the community). Meanwhile, the role of BK teachers in increasing and self-esteem of students at MAN 2 Maluku includes; 1. Directing students to do good, 2. Look for the uniqueness (weaknesses and strengths) of students to be used as examples, 3. Creating student competition, 4. Train students, b. Supporting factors include; 1. School element factors, 2. Parental cooperation, 3. BK room facilities, 4. The authority of the BK teacher, c. Inhibiting factors: 1. Internal factors from students and 2. External factors, community environment.Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis peran guru bimbingan konseling dalam meningkatkan self esteem peserta didik di MAN 1 dan MAN 2 Maluku Tengah dan menguraikan faktor pendukung dan penghambat peran guru bimbingan konseling dalam meningkatkan self esteem peserta didik di MAN 1 dan MAN 2 Maluku Tengah. Tipe penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, Informan di MAN 1terdiri dari 1 orang guru BK dan 4 orang peserta didik dan di MAN 2 terdiri dari 1 orang guru BK dan 4 peserta didik. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, pengkajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian, yaitu peran guru BK dalam meningkatkan self esteem terdiri dari 1. Membangun pola pikir positif pada peserta didik, 2. Mengenali kekurangan dan kelebihan peserta didik, 3.Meningkatkan semangat kompetitif peserta didik, 4. Memberikan pelatihan meningkatkan rasa harga diri, dan 5) Meminta setiap peserta didik tampil di depan kelas b. Faktor pendukung : 1) Peran guru dan wali kelas, 2) Kerjasama dengan orang tua, 3) Sarana dan prasana ruang BK, 4) Dukungan pihak sekolah dan lingkungan, dan 5) Kepribadian guru bimbingan dan konseling, c. Faktor penghambat: 1. Faktor internal peserta didik, 2). Faktor eksternal: pergaulan di lingkungan masyarakat. Sedangkan peran guru BK dalam meningkatkan self esteem peserta didik di MAN 2 Maluku Tengah meliputi; 1) Mengarahkan siswa untuk berbuat baik, 2) Mencari keunikan (kekurangan dan kelebihan) siswa untuk dicontoh, 3) Menciptakan persaingan siswa, 4) Melatih siswa, b. Faktor pendukung; 1. Faktor elemen sekolah, 2. Kerjasama orang tua, 3. Fasilitas ruang BK, 4. Kewibawaan guru BK, c. Faktor penghambat: 1. Faktor internal dari peserta didik dan 2. Faktor eksternal: lingkungan masyarakat.

Abstract

The study aims to investigate the correlation between neuroscience and Islamic principles, addressing the notion that neuroscience is not considered an Islamic discipline due to its emergence after the revelation of the Qur'an and Sunnah in the 7th century. Utilizing a literature review approach, the researcher collected data from scientific online publications and academic sources available on Google Scholar, incorporating both scientific and religious perspectives. The research employs the theory of Prof. Amen Abdullah, which combines the values of science and religion to analyze the data through content analysis techniques. The findings of this research reveal the significant role of the fontanel (Frontal Lobe) located within the human brain, serving as a crucial center for transmitting nerve cell impulses to other sensory organs. This communication is facilitated through neurotransmitters, acting as a crucial communication center between nerve cells. Consequently, the frontal lobe plays a pivotal role in human intelligence and personality, empowering individuals to utilize their minds in enhancing the quality of their thinking. The implications of this research underscore the potential of human beings as intelligent entities, aligning science and religion in the development of Islamic studies and education. Researchers are encouraged to enrich their findings by collaborating with neuroscience experts to ensure a comprehensive interpretation of the Qur'an that resonates with contemporary scientific discoveries.

Abstract

Artikel ini mendiskusikan tentang Kitab Tafsir Salman, sebuah kitab yang dihasilkan oleh cendikiawan dari ITB. Latar belakang penulis yang notabene adalah para saintis menjadikan kitab ini sangat menarik untuk dikaji. Hal ini, menunjukkan bahwa Al-Quran dapat ditafsirkan oleh para saintis. Dengan metode deskriptif-analisis, pendekatan tafsir dan didasarkan studi kepustakaan ditemukan bahwa Tafsir Salman hanya menafsirkan Juz 30 dengan menggunakan corak tafsir ‘ilmi, tafsir ini juga melakukan komparasi dengan kitab-kitab tafsir sebelumnya. Tafsir Salman juga menggunakan sumber-sumber riset kealaman mutakhir yang telah diverifikasi oleh sejumlah narasumber dan pakar-pakar dari bidang ilmiah terkait. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Tafsir Salman merupakan upaya keras para Ilmuan Muslim untuk melakukan integrasi Al-Quran dan sains.

Abstract

 The purpose of this study is to analyze how the concept of childfree is viewed from the approach to the interpretation of the Qur'an in Surat al-Nahl (16) in verse 72 in the interpretation of al-Mishbah. This research is a literature review (literature research). Research with literature review is research that uses library materials as the main data source. In this research, the main data sources are l-Mishbah commentary and articles related to the concept of childfree. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the concept of childfree is a phenomenon that is very contradictory and not in accordance with the teachings of Islam where economic factors are the reason for being childfree with the assumption that they are unable to fulfill the child's material rights later, or fears of losing a job or disrupting a career that has been built, then things This is very contrary to the motivation of the existing content in QS. al-Nahl: 72 according to the perspective of M. Quraish Shihab, in Tafsir Al Mishbah, that is, Allah made for you wives who are of the same kind as you so that you can get peace of life (Sakinah) from them. And from these wives Allah made for you children and grandchildren.
