Abstract

This research is discussed to find out the importance of prayer as a means of communication with the Creator. Prayer is intended as worship to Allah SWT. Prayer is the essence of worship. This is like the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad which reads "Prayer is Worship". Therefore, it is proper for us as creatures to multiply prayers. Prayer is the most important theme in the Qur'an as it has been taught by the Prophets and Messengers of Allah, and all kinds of prayers for all matters have been enshrined in the Qur'an. The urgency of prayer in Islamic teachings is to show that a human being is a weak creature as well as evidence of human powerlessness. Through prayer, all forms of requests for Allah are granted if we are able to open a good means of communication with the Creator.

Abstract

The penetration of technology and information in personal data has been packaged with juridical regulations but has experienced a shift which results in legal inequality, abuse, stigma and criminalization. The reality of advances in information technology ensures that the person is a thief of personal data under the guise of a profession. The existence of personal data is analogous to humans personally who discuss the need for personal data protection. The absence of consensus on the classification of personal data and data protection enlivens the free trade that has the potential to be misused. The utilization of Islamic law methodology as an instrument is assessed to be up to date by elaborating various legal sources in it, such as maslahah mursalah and sadd al zari'ah. The problem of mursalah is realized by government policies that are repressive and advocacy. As for sadd al zari'ah as a preventive effort that silences and closes gaps that have the potential to cause digital crime. Various fiqh principles in politics and siyasa also provide a complete analysis of the substance. The existence of both requires the unification of certainty, justice and legal benefits to be combined. The existence of personal data in the modern world needs to be legitimized and confirmed in the form of regulation and the rule of law. The involvement of the government and stakeholders is absolutely necessary for the design of regulations that are not only administrative in nature but also provide criminal or civil sanctions. The rule of law before or after the formalization of specific regulations regarding the protection of personal data is ensured to guarantee security and comfort.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 38 Central Maluku and to determine the factors supporting and inhibiting the pedagogic competence of Islamic religious education teachers in improving student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 38 Central Maluku. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The informants in this research consisted of 7 informants. The results of the study concluded that; 1. The pedagogic competence of Islamic religious education teachers in improving student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 38 Central Maluku has adequate competence, they have implemented various components of pedagogic competence, including: a) Having an understanding of educational foundations and insights, b) Understanding of students, c) Curriculum development, d) Carrying out educational activities, e) Facilitating the potential of students, f) Communicating politely, effectively, and communicatively, and g) Carrying out learning evaluations. 2. Skills possessed by Islamic Religious Education teachers in improving student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 38 Central Maluku there are several skills that must be mastered by PAI teachers, namely: a) Keeping up with technological developments, b) Being able to collaborate, and c) Thinking creatively and innovatively. 3. The supporting factors for PAI teachers are: a) Adequate teacher quality, b) Adequate infrastructure, c) Learning methods that facilitate students, and d) Healthy physical and psychological conditions. While the inhibiting factors are: a) the tasks given by the teacher are too many, b) the students are lazy and underestimate the lesson.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis kompetensi padeagogik guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam  meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik di SMP Negeri 38 Maluku Tengah dan untuk menguraikan faktor pendukung dan penghambat kompetensi pedagogik guru pendidikan agama Islam dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik di SMP Negeri 38 Maluku Tengah. Tipe penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun yang menjadi informan dalam penelitan ini terdiri dari 7 orang informan. Untuk data yang diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Kemudian data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan tahap reduksi data, pengkajian data dan kesimpulan data. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa; 1. Kompetensi pedagogik guru pendidikan agama Islam dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik di SMP Negeri 38 Maluku Tengah telah memiliki kompetensi yang memadai, mereka telah melaksanakan berbagai komponen kompetensi pedagogik, diantaranya: a) Memiliki pemahaman terhadap landasan dan wawasan kependidikan, b) Pemahaman terhadap peserta didik, c) Pengembangan kurikulum, d) Melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran yang bersifat mendidik, e) Memfasilitasi potensi peserta didik, f) Berkomunikasi dengan santun, efektif, dan komunikatif, dan g) Melaksanakan evaluasi pembelajaran. 2. Skill dimiliki guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 38 Maluku Tengah terdapat beberapa skill yang harus dikuasai guru PAI yaitu: a) Mengikuti perkembangan teknologi, b) Mampu berkolaborasi, dan c) Berpikir kreatif dan inovatif. 3. Faktor pendukung guru PAI yaitu: a) Kualitas guru memadai, b) Sarana prasarana memadai, c) Metode pembelajaran yang memudahkan peserta didik, dan d) Kondisi jasmaniah dan psikologis yang sehat. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya yaitu: a) tugas yang diberikan guru terlalu banyak, b) Peserta didik malas dan meremehkan pelajaran.

Abstract

Ghost stories are an example of Urban Legend which is popular in Indonesia. Some of circulating stories are the ghost figures of the Dutch people in a number of areas. This research uses historical research methods through its stages, namely heuristics, criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The formulation of the problem that will be answered is : How is the historical and Islamic theological views of the ghost stories of the Dutch figure?. This research proves that these stories are residues that remain in the communal memory of the Dutch colonial era. Mr. Ruud “the filthy ghost” in Lawang Sewu stems from the phenomenon of concubinage which is considered morally flawed between European men and non-European women (especially the natives). The ghost stories of Dutch painters and ‘noni’ (lit. ‘Young Girl) at the Kuntskring Building Jakarta are nostalgia for the architectural splendor of colonial heritage. Meanwhile, the ghost of Noni Elisse Rikkar van Eindhoven in Palembang, who liked to seduced and then harmed men, is a critique of gender and racial tendencies towards a free lifestyle among Dutch women. Islam as the religion that is predominantly embraced by the Indonesian people agrees that there are supernatural beings that interfere with humans, namely ‘Jinns’ with the ability to fly, disappear, and resemble humans (except for the Prophet Muhammad), but not because of the ‘Ruh’ or human spirit that has died, because ‘Ruh’ is the business of Allah, however humans have little knowledge about this.Key words: Urban Legend, Dutch Ghost, Colonial, Jin Abstrak: Kisah-kisah hantu merupakan sebuah contoh Legenda Urban yang populer di Indonesia. Beberapa kisah yang beredar adalah sosok-sosok hantu orang Belanda di sejumlah daerah. Riset ini memakai metode penelitian sejarah melalui tahap-tahapnya yakni heuristik, kritik, interpretasi, dan Penyajian (historiografi). Rumusan masalah yang akan dijawab ialah bagaimana tinjauan historis dan teologis keislaman terhadap kisah-kisah hantu sosok orang Belanda tersebut ?. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kisah-kisah itu merupakan residu yang membekas dalam memori komunal mengenai era Kolonial Belanda. Hantu Mr. Ruud yang bejat di Lawang Sewu berakar dari fenomena pergundikan yang dianggap cacat moral antara lelaki Eropa dan wanita Non-Eropa (utamanya kaum pribumi). Cerita hantu para pelukis dan Noni-noni Belanda di Gedung Kuntskring Jakarta ialah nostalgia kemegahan arsitektur warisan kolonial. Sedangkan hantu Noni Elisse Rikkar van Eindhoven di Palembang yang senang menggoda dan mencelakakan laki-laki, merupakan kritik bertendensi gender dan rasial terhadap gaya hidup bebas di kalangan perempuan Belanda. Islam sebagai agama yang mayoritas dipeluk masyarakat Indonesia menyepakati bahwa terdapat makhluk gaib yang mengganggu manusia yakni Jin dengan kemampuan terbang, menghilang, dan menyerupai manusia (terkecuali Rasulullah Saw.), namun bukan disebabkan ruh manusia yang sudah wafat karena hal itu adalah urusan Allah dan manusia hanya memiliki pengetahuan sedikit tentang hal ini. Kata kunci: Legenda Urban, Hantu Belanda, Kolonial, Jin

Abstract

The quality of education in madrasahs is very dependent on the management ability of the head of the madrasa. The quality of the madrasa will be realized because it is led by a professional madrasa head. Character education is expected to be applied in madrasahs to answer the wishes of the community. This study aims to find out how the leadership style of the madrasah head and the efforts of the madrasah head to develop a character-based madrasah at MIT Nurul Falah Masohi. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative descriptive type of research, with data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation which are then analyzed using the data reduction stage, data presentation and data conclusions.The results of the study concluded that the Head of MIT in leading his madrasa used a democratic and autocratic leadership style. The efforts of madrasah heads in realizing character-based madrasahs include collaborating with IHF (Indonesia Heritage Foundation) to obtain guidance and assistance. The next effort of the head of MIT is to carry out the following steps 1) Attending Training and Mentoring character schools, 2) Implementing a Teacher Mentoring Program, 3) Conducting a Character-Based Curriculum Preparation Work Meeting, and 4) Implementing Guidance and Counseling. Some of the suggestions presented are that there needs to be a soldering of the head of the madrasa for the sake of the effectiveness of the madrasa p[rogram character at MIT Nurul Falah Masohi. Mutu Pendidikan pada madrasah sangat bergantung pada kemampuan manajemen kepala madrasah. Kualitas madrasah akan terwujud karena dipimpin oleh kepala madrasah yang profesional. Pendidikan karakter sangat diharapkan diterapkan di madrasah untuk menjawab keinginan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dan upaya kepala madrasah untuk mengembangkan madrasah berbasis karakter di MIT Nurul Falah Masohi. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni tipe penelitian deskriptif kualitatif,dengan teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan tahap reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian bahwa Kepala MIT dalam  memimpin madrasahnya menggunakan gaya kepemimpinan demokrasi dan otokrasi. Upaya kepala madrasah dalam  mewujudkan madrasah berbasis karakter diantaranya adalah bekerja sama dengan IHF (Indonesia Heritage Foundation)  untuk mendapatkan panduan dan pendampingan. Upaya kepala MIT selanjutnya adalah melakukan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut 1) Mengikuti Pelatihan dan Pendampingan Sekolah Karakter, 2) Melaksanakan Program Mentoring Guru, 3) Melaksanakan Rapat Kerja Penyusunan Kurikulum Berbasis Karakter, dan 4) Melaksanakan Bimbingan dan Konseling. Beberapa saran yang disampaikan adalah perlu ada pengkaderan kepala madrasah demi keberlangsungan program madrasah berkarakter di MIT Nurul Falah Masohi.

Abstract

The phenomenon of educational products in the 21st century is in two speculative positions; either beneficial or otherwise detrimental. For those who benefited technologically, he called it the century of brilliance. But for observers of values in the context of education, the 21st century is not only concluded as a challenge but even as an emerging threat to the process of moral growth, therefore it is necessary to find an alternative. The 21st century and the changing times that accompany it are unavoidable. Of course, this is a logical consequence. But value observers, especially academics, think about how the main anticipation is so that a value (akhlaq alkarimah) which is the main goal of Islamic education does not become the cost of changing times. This research was carried out with a qualitative library research approach, whose data sources were obtained from articles, news, and journals, using a documentary technique. Analyzed with a content analysis model. The results of this study provide an offer for repurposing moral education by reinforcing the pattern of education with a harmonious pattern of teachers and students, moral education with advice, re-orientation of learning goals and intentions instilled in students, learning by waro' (almost extinct in the educational process). ), learn istifadah, and learn by remaining steadfast so that the learner's soul remains strong in any situation.

Abstract

The current development of science and technology in addition to having a positive impact also has a negative impact. Therefore, school as educational institutions have a very important role ini instilling faith and piety as the basis for forming morality. This is responsibility of all teachers because all teachers carry the mandate of national education as described in the 1945 Constitution article 31 paragraph 3. Efforts that can be made by teachers are to integrate Islamic values sourced from the Qur’an and hadith into learning in the classroom. For example, in learning Biology, material that discusses human growth and development can be integrated with biology. The seven phases of human creation in surah al-Mu’minun : 12-14 which start from the essence of the soil into germ, than become ‘alaqah, than made mudhgah which is then made into bones wrapped in flesh, to become another shaped creature (fetus) which can be integrated into the three stages of human creation according to biology, namely the germinal, embryonic, and fetal stages. By doing this integration, students can learn a material from two sides (al-Qur’an dan science) so that they can grow their belief in Islamic teachings. A strong belief in Islamic values becomes a controller for students to behave and behave in the midst of society.Perkembangan pengetahuan dan tekhnologi saat ini disamping memberikan dampak positif, juga memberikan dampak negatif. Oleh karena itu, madrasah sebagai lembaga pendidikan memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam menanamkan keimanan dan ketakwaan sebagai dasar membentuk akhlakul karimah. Hal tersebut menjadi tanggung jawab semua guru, sebab semua guru mengemban amanah pendidikan nasional sebagaimana yang dijelaskan dalam UUD 1945 Pasal 31 ayat 3. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan oleh guru yaitu dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam yang bersumber dari al-Qur’an dan hadis kedalam pembelajaran di kelas. Misalnya dalam pembelajaran Biologi materi yang membahas Pertumbuhan dan Perkembangan Manusia dapat diintegrasikan dengan ayat-ayat al-Qur’an dan hadis. Surah al-Mu’minun : 12-14 dapat diintegrasikan dengan Biologi. Tujuh fase penciptaan manusia dalam Q.S Al-Mu’minun  (23) : 12-14 yang dimulai dari saripati tanah menjadi nutfah, kemudian menjadi ‘alaqah, lalu dijadikan mudhgah yang kemudian dijadikan tulang belulang yang dibungkus dengan daging, hingga dijadikan makhluk berbentuk lain yang dapat diintegrasikan kedalam tiga tahap penciptaan manusia, yaitu tahap germinal, embrio, dan fetal. Dengan melakukan integrasi ini maka peserta didik dapat mempelajari suatu materi dari dua sisi (al-Qur’an dan sains) sehingga lebih menumbuhkan keyakinan mereka pada ajaran Islam. Keyakinan yang kuat terhadap nilai-nilai Islam menjadi pengendali bagi peserta didik untuk bersikap dan bertingkah laku di tengah-tengah masyarakat.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the implementation of the principal's academic supervision in improving the professionalism of PAI teachers at SD Negeri 5 Namlea and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the principal's academic supervision in improving the professionalism of PAI teachers at SD Negeri 5 Namlea, Buru Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The research took place at SD Negeri 5 Namlea, Buru Regency. The informants in this research consisted of 6 informants. Data analysis uses data reduction, data assessment and data conclusions. The results of the study concluded that the implementation of principal supervision in improving the professionalism of PAI teachers at SD Negeri 5 Namlea had been carried out through the planning stage, implementation stage, evaluation/follow-up stage gave a good effect on increasing the professionalism of PAI teachers. The impact of supervision of SD Negeri 5 on the improvement of the PAI teacher profession, namely teachers can carry out learning with various methods, learning models, learning media according to the material being taught.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dalam  meningkatkan profesionalisme guru PAI di SD Negeri 5 Namlea  dan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru PAI di SD Negeri 5 Namlea Kabupaten Buru. Tipe penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian bertempat di SD Negeri 5 Namlea  Kabupaten Buru. Informan dalam penelitan ini terdiri dari 6 orang informan. Analisis data menggunakan tahap reduksi data, pengkajian data dan kesimpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru PAI di SD Negeri 5 telah dilakukan melalui tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap evaluasi/tindak lanjut memberikan efek baik terhadap peningkatan profesionalis guru PAI. Dampak supervisi SD Negeri 5  terhadap peningkatan profesionalisme guru PAI yakni guru dapat melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan berbagai metode, model pembelajaran, media pembelajaran sesuai materi yang diajarkan. Faktor kendala adalah waktu, kesiapan guru, implementasi RTL dan  keterbatasan  interaksi kepala sekolah dengan guru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam peran orang tua dalam membentuk akhlak karimah anak di Desa Waihatu Kecamatan Kairatu Barat Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat pada era kemajuan teknologi digital; Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif  kualitatif. Subyek penelitian terdiri dari kedua orang tua dalam keluarga di Desa Waehatu dari kalangan pegawai, pedagang, dan peternak dari setiap kategori keluarga tersebut ditarik dua keluarga sebagai informan kunci dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.  Hasil penelitian bahwa orang tua di Desa Waehatu  berperan dengan baik dalam membentuk akhlak karimah anak, yakni ayah dan ibu atau suami dan istri sebagai pendidik dan pemimpin dalam keluarga telah mendididik dan mengarahkan anak mereka berakhlak karimah kepada Allah swt. dan kepada sesama manusia, yakni kedua orang tua. Akhlak Karimah anak di Desa Waehatu kepada Allah swt. yaitu melasankan shalat lima waktu baik di rumah atau di masjid secara berjamaah, ikut serta belajar mengaji dan belajar agama di Taman Pengajian Al-Quran, menghafal ayat al-Qur’an atau surah-surah pendek, taat dan patuh pada orang tua, serta bersikap sopan dan menyayangi orangtuanya dan saudara yang lebih muda. Walaupun dalam keseharian anak-anak di Desa Waehatu tidak dapat melepaskan diri dari bermain dan memakai gadged, yakni HP android yang memberikan dampak negatif pada akhlak dan sikap mereka pada orang tua yang terkadang mengabaikan panggilan atau perintah orang tua untuk segera melaksanakan shalat dan segang bersosialisasi. Peran orang tua sebagai pendidik dan pemimpin, yakni mengajarkan dan menjelaskan ajaran agama kepada anak, memerintahkan dan membiasakan shalat lima waktu, berpuasa dan berdoa, mengantarkan anak mengaji di TPQ, menceritakan kisah-kisah Nabi dan Rasul, melakukan muroja’ah, dan menegur anak jika tidak shalat dan mengaji. Orang tua di Desa Waehatu mendidik anak dengan cara memberikan contoh tauladan tentang akhlak karimah dan membiasakan akhlak karimah kepada anak dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.The purpose of this study is to describe the morals of children in Waihatu Village, West Kairatu District, West Seram Regency in the current era of digital technology advancement. To analyze the role of parents in shaping the character of children in Waihatu Village, West Kairatu District, West Seram Regency in the current era of digital technology advancement. And to describe the inhibiting and supporting factors of the role of parents in educating children in Waihatu Village, West Kairatu District, West Seram Regency. This research uses qualitative research. The results follows: based on the results of interviews with respondents who are willing to be the object of research, it is known that the role of parents in shaping children's morals is 3 namely: aqidah, worship, and morals. Furthermore, parents educate children's morals by giving examples or examples of good morals to children, and parents also get used to good morals to children in daily life, then the role of parents is to strengthen and direct potential in children. By giving explanations about religion to children, taking children to the place of study, telling stories of the Prophets and Apostles, doing muroja'ah, and reprimanding children if they do not recite the Koran.

Abstract

This study aims to describe efforts to build student character through Scouting education and to find supporting and inhibiting factors for scouting activities at MTs Ani and MTs Katapang, West Seram Regency. This research is a qualitative research, the research subjects include madrasa heads, teachers, scout coaches and students. This research was conducted from June to July 2022. Data collection techniques were through observation, interviews and documentation. The main instrument is the researcher using tools in the form of observation guidelines, interview guidelines, documentation guidelines. The results showed that Scouting activities for the formation of student character, namely religious, nationalist, integrity, independent and mutual cooperation were carried out by means of routine weekly, quarterly and yearly scouting exercises; ceremonial activities, marches, and materials are guided by Dasadarma and SKU by applying five educational methods, namely habituation, exemplary, assignment, lecture, and punishment or sanction. The supporting factors are support from the head of the Madrasah, experienced scout coaches and adequate infrastructure. While the inhibiting factors are the lack of support from parents and students' lack of understanding of the importance of scouting activities for their own good.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan upaya pembentukan karakter siswa melalui pendidikan Kepramukaan dan untuk menemukan faktor pendukung dan penghambat kegiatan pramuka di MTs Ani dan MTs Katapang Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, subjek penelitian meliputi kepala madrasah, guru, pembina pramuka dan siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juni sampai dengan Juli 2022. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen utama adalah peniliti dengan menggunakan alat berupa pedoman observasi, pedoman wawancara, pedoman dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kegiatan Kepramukaan untuk pembentukkan karakter siswa, yakni karakter religius, nasionalis, integritas, mandiri dan gotong royong dilakukan dengan cara latihan pramuka rutin mingguan, tiga bulanan dan tahunan; kegiatan upacara, baris-berbaris, dan materi berpedoman pada Dasadarma dan SKU dengan menerapkan lima metode pendidikan, yaitu pembiasaan, keteladanan, penugasan, ceramah, dan  hukuman atau sanksi. Faktor pendukungnya yaitu dukungan dari kepala Madrasah, Pembina pramuka yang berpengalaman dan sarana prasana yang memadai. Sedangkan faktor penghambat yaitu kurangnya dukungan dari orang tua murid dan masih kurangnya pemahaman siswa terhadap pentingnya kegiatan pramukauntuk kebaikan diri mereka.
