Abstract

The concept of multicultural education was born from a reflection in a group. The issues raised by multicultural education include: race, ethnicity, class, social, economic, gender, disability, age differences, and language. The emergence of these issues is no more a reflection of the condition of the people who experience inequality and injustice. This is defined as an educational process that gives equal opportunities to the entire nation regardless of treatment due to differences in ethnicity, culture and religion, which gives an appreciation of diversity, and which provides the same rights for ethnic minorities, in an effort to strengthen the unity, identity national and the nation's image in the eyes of the world. The above phenomenon is the study curriculum. Where the content of the curriculum itself in direct contact with all aspects of life and community issues. Reconstruction of multicultural education as a curriculum that reflects the four dimensions of curriculum development. Therefore education muliticutural not as hidden curriculum (hidden curriculum). Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of collaborative problem solving models in improving self-concept science student teachers at one LPTK SD State in the city of Ambon in Maluku. This study used a quasi-experimental with nonequivalent protest- posttest control group design, where the group will study measured self-concept science students using CPS models. The study population was a student at one LPTK PGSD in Maluku province, while the study sample were students PGSD VII semester of 2015/2016 academic year course on the development of elementary science education amounted to 30 students. Type of data analyzed in the study is quantitative data includes; Pretest-posttest self-concept and self-concept, and N-gain that has been converted using the MSI, and analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results that the model of collaborative problem solving is very effective in improving self-concept science student teachers SD on one LPTK State in the city of Ambon, Maluku, both the results of Pre-SC and Post-SC obtained from the gain normalized or against each indicator self concept. Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze Muhammad al-Ghazali's thoughts on the authority of the hadith ahad and the criteria for authenticity of the hadith formulated in the book al-Sunnah al-Nabawiyah Baina ahl al-Fiqh wa Ahl al-Ḥadīṡ The main issues raised are 1) how Muhammad's thoughts al-Ghazali about the authority of the hadith ahad and the criteria for its authenticity, 2) how is the method of criticism of Muhammad al-Ghazali in relation to the understanding of the Prophet's Hadith. This type of research is library research, which uses literature in the form of books and articles as primary data sources and secondary data sources, data collection techniques are direct and indirect citations. The data analysis technique used is content analysis, which is an effort to describe and analyze in depth the content of written or printed information objectively and systematically. The results of this study are 1) Al-Ghazali set five criteria as requirements in the hadith to be accepted properly; three criteria related to sanad and two criteria related to matan (hadith material). The three criteria related to the sanad are; a. dhabit narrator, b. Fair narrator, c. Points one and two must be owned by all narrators in the sanad. He did not include the continuity of the chain as a criterion for the validity of the hadith, because according to him this element had actually entered into the criteria for point two. Criteria related to matan, are: a) Matter of hadith is not syā (one or more of the narrators contradict their narration with a narrator who is more accurate and more reliable), b) Matan hadith does not contain illat qadhihah, i.e. deficiencies that are known by hadith experts so they reject the history of a narrator. 2) Al-Ghazali's method in critiquing the hadiths goes through four steps, namely testing with the Qur'an, testing with Hadith, testing with historical facts, and testing with scientific truth.

Abstract

Study of the Ale Rasa Beta Rasa, made by combining descriptive approach qualitative research-based reading of the phenomenon-a phenomenon that occurs in people with a review of documents that depicted in the news and social media, is a form of 'invitation' top scientific inspiration of local wisdom that develops in a the public system to the next can be 'used' to create and care for religious harmony, especially in Eastern Indonesia. This study saw that the real Ale Rasa Beta Rasa, is a symbolization nurse harmony if dijewantahkan is positive is the embodiment of the values of local unifying social is also found in some areas in eastern Indonesia, although in the form and articulation of different, but the spirit and the same meaning, ie, as the momentum of prevention of all forms of 'invitation' negative developed in the community, and turn it into a 'taste' the humanity and justice, in the embodiment of the spirit of harmony.

Abstract

This paper aims to describe the method adopted by Ibn Hajar al-Asqalani and Badr al-Din al-Aini in explaining the meaning and content of the traditions of the Prophet. in his two syarah books, respectively, Fath al-Bari Syarah Sahih al-Bukhari and the book Umdat al-Qari syarah Sahih al-Bukhari. Furthermore, a comparison is made to find the similarities and differences of the two books so that the advantages and privileges of each can be known. In this study, a qualitative descriptive method was used. Is a type of library research whose data comes from literature in the form of books Data analysis was carried out using content analysis techniques. The results of this study; The similarities are found in the two books using the tahliliy and muqaran methods, which explain the meaning of the content of hadith from various aspects the strongest; put forward the asbab al-wurud hadith and relate it to the appropriate verse. These two books also state differences in the pronunciation of hadith in other narrations, and compare the opinions of the scholars in each discussion. The difference is, Fath al-Bari covers a lot of scientific discussion, including contextual analysis by looking at the asbab wurud hadith or doing grammatical analysis, and the socio-cultural conditions of society when a hadith appears. The approach used in Syar Fatḥ al-Bārī uses a linguistic, multi-disciplinary, and historical approach. Meanwhile, Umdat al-Qari is more dominated by linguistic aspects, both grammatical aspects and i'rab, sharfi, bayan and ma'aniy aspects, so this book can be said to use a linguistic approach or style (linguistics). In terms of writing techniques in Fath al-Bari found repeated explanations (mukarrar) in several places without any additional explanation. Al-Aini to be more consistent in the application of systematics. In various places to clarify his syarah, al-Aini applies the question and answer method so that it is called a characteristic of this book.Tulisan ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan metode yang ditempuh oleh Ibnu Hajar al-Asqalani dan Badr al-Din al-Aini dalam menjelaskan makna hadis-hadis Nabi saw. dalam dua kitab syarahnya masing-masing,  Fath al-Bari Syarah Shahih al-Bukhari dan kitab Umdat al-Qari Syarah Shahih al-Bukhari. Selanjutnya dilakukan perbandingan untuk menemukan persamaan dan perbedaan dua kitab tersebut sehingga dapat diketahui keunggulan dan keistimewaan masing-masing. Dalam kajian ini digunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Merupakan jenis penelitian pustaka yang data-datanya bersumber dari literatur berupa buku atau kitab. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis isi. Hasil penelitian ini; Persamaannya ditemukan kedua kitab menggunakan metode tahliliy dan muqaran, yakni menjelaskan makna kandungan hadis dari berbagai aspek mengemukakan asbab al-wurud hadis serta mengaitkan dengan ayat yang sesuai. Kedua kitab ini juga mengemukakan perbedaan lafaz hadis pada riwayat lain, dan membandingkan pendapat para ulam. Perbedaan yaitu, Fath al-Bari banyak mencakup pembahasan ilmiah, meliputi analisis kontekstual dengan melihat asbab wurud atau melalukan analisis gramatika, dan kondisi sosial budaya masyarakat ketika munculnya suatu hadis. Pendekatan yang digunakan  Fatḥ al-Bār model pendekatan linguistik, multi disipliner, dan pendekatan historis.  Sedangkan Umdat al-Qari lebih didominasi pada pensyarahan aspek kebahasaan, baik aspek gramatika maupun i’rab, sharfi, aspek bayan dan ma’aniy,  sehingga disebut bercorak kebahasaan (linguistik). Dari segi teknik penulisan dalam Fath al-Bari ditemukan penjelasan yang berulang (mukarrar) tanpa ada penjelasan tambahan. Al-Aini cenderung lebih konsisten dalam penerapan sistematika Kasus seperti ini tidak ditemukan dalam Umdat al-Qari. Dalam berbagai tempat untuk memperjelas syarahannya al-Aini menerapkan metode tanya jawab sehingga disebut sebagai ciri khas kitab ini.

Abstract

This research is related to the traditions of Haroa Maludu and Ganda Maludu in Baubau and examined from the aspect of the struggle of local culture with Islam. This type of research is qualitative in nature by knowing the implementation of Ganda Maludu related to the Haroa Maludu method. The data collection is done by interview, observation, study documentation and recording. This study found that the local Indonesian culture outside that came with the local culture, there was a compromise between local culture and immigrant culture, there was attraction, there was a process of rejection and acceptance, there was a dynamic acculturation-accommodation and assimilation process and there was a struggle between the two. The culture is Haroa Maludu with the musical accompaniment of Ganda Maludu in Baubau. Haroa Maludu is a way of commemorating the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad, which is typical of Baubau. The findings of this study indicate that the Haroa Maludu ritual tradition in Baubau is divided into three cultural styles, namely 1) Gorona Puta, 2) Haroana Mia Bari, and 3) Maluduana Hukumu.

Abstract

When Arab traders traveled to the archipelago, followed by the Portuguese and Dutch in the 16th century and the presence of Arab traders brought religion. Islam. Conflicts in various places including in Maluku, which have an impact on the pattern of inter-religious and ethnic relations. This phenomenon has an impact on relations in the public sphere, especially in universities, so that a good education pattern is needed for the formation of community character. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of public education spaces in establishing ethnic and religious relations. The type of research is field research where data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation techniques, then analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data display, data interpretation and conclusion drawing. Research result; 1. Educational institutions are effective public spaces for the creation of ethnic and religious relations. This is possible because there are at least three main elements that are always involved in interactions or reciprocal relationships in the education public sphere, namely educators, students and parents. Through the interaction and assimilation of various elements in the education public sphere, everyone knows each other and learns from the diversity they have, individuals are expected to be able to transform themselves to find self-perception in encounters with other groups outside themselves, so as to form better inter-religious and ethnic relations. 2. Strategic educational institutions are used as media to form the character of the community (students) because the essence of education is to humanize humans.

Abstract

Abstract : This research is about the Lawa Safar tradition, a term used by the Morella people to refer to the bath routine on the last Wednesday of Safar month in the Islamic calendar every year. Its aim is to find out its historical roots, analyze it from the aspects of Islamic law, and see the prospects for its development. This descriptive qualitative research relies on literature sources which are strengthened by interviews of ritual actors. From the analysis carried out, it is not certain when Lawa Safar began to be carried out, but as in other places that carry out a similar tradition, the Lawa Safar ritual is influenced by the assumption that Safar is the month of disaster. Lawa Safar is carried out as an effort to repel reinforcements', a prayer to save people from danger and disaster. There is nothing contrary to the teachings of Islam in the series of Lawa Safar rituals, therefore, this tradition can be maintained as one of the syiars of Islam. Moreover, with the status of Morella today as one of the main tourist destinations in Maluku, it is very possible for the Lawa Safar tradition to be developed into one of the annual religious tourism events.Abstrak : Penelitian ini tentang tradisi Lawa Safar,  istilah yang digunakan oleh orang Morella untuk menyebut ritual mandi di Rabu terakhir bulan Safar dalam penanggalan Islam setiap tahun. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui akar sejarahnya, menganalisisnya dari aspek hukum Islam, dan melihat prospek pengembangannya. Tipe penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, data data diperoleh dari  literatur pustaka dan hasil wawancara dari pelaku ritual. Dari analisis yang dilakukan, tidak diketahui dengan pasti kapan Lawa Safar mulai dilaksanakan, tapi seperti halnya di tempat-tempat lain yang melakukan tradisi serupa, ritual Lawa Safar dipengaruhi anggapan bahwa Safar adalah bulan datangnya bencana. Lawa Safar dilakukan sebagai upaya tolak bala’, doa untuk menghindarkan masyarakat dari bahaya dan bencana. Tak ada hal yang bertentangan dengan ajaran Islam dalam rangkaian ritual Lawa Safar, karena itu, tradisi ini dapat dipertahankan sebagai salah satu syiar Islam. Status negeri Morella sekarang sebagai salah satu tujuan utama wisatawan di Maluku, maka tradisi Lawa Safar sangat mungkin dikembangkan menjadi salah satu event wisata religi tahunan.

Abstract

This study intends to explain shudhūdh and the method of understanding it in the hadith matn. It seems that the research on shudhūdh that has been done by scholars and hadith experts focuses more on the hadith sanad, and leaves the discussion of shudhūdh that is in the hadith matn. This research is a qualitative descriptive study by relying on literature sources. From the research conducted, it is found that shudhūdh is actually the causes that make a hadith matn considered odd because it violates other matn which is more numerous or stronger, after comparisons between all the narrations in that hadith. The hadith whose matn is considered odd is called the shādhdh hadith, while the matn hadith which is more numerous is called the hadith maḥfūż. Comparison between narrators in a hadith is known as the muqaranah method, which has been applied to the matn since the time of the companions of the Prophet. As for the shudhūdh that can make the hadith matn awkward is idrāj, which is an insertion from a companion narrator; iqlāb, namely the interchangeability of the position of a word or sentence in matn; ziyādah, namely the addition of words or sentences from thiqah narrators; iḍṭirāb, which is the discovery of several different matnas without being able to decide which one is stronger or weaker; and taḥrīf and taṣḥīf, namely the occurrence of changes in letters or readings in words or sentences in the matn.

Abstract

This research is related to ethnic Islamic music of the archipelago in the midst of the globalization impact of LASQI in Maluku province. The problem of this study is how the impact of modern ethnic music on ethnic music in Maluku, especially qasidah, hadrat, and sawat at the Qasidah Art Institute of Maluku Province (LASQI). This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The research location is at the Indonesian Qasidah Art Institute, Maluku province. Data collection techniques used the FGD method and in-depth interviews with the Maluku Province LASQI Management and practitioners of ethnic music in Maluku. This study finds that Maluku ethnic music is threatened with extinction and the impact of modern music has dominated the life trends of young people in Maluku, so it is predicted that the existence of ethnic music in Maluku will decrease and change its essence. The impact of global culture on the challenges of Nusantara Islamic ethnic music at LASQI Maluku Province can be seen in all-electric musical instruments. The impact of Western music on the development of the ethnic music industry is dominated by the aspect of music equipment, the insight of music practitioners, and aspects of psychological expression that do not provide enlightenment to the heart as the legacy of the ancestors who used music as a ritual medium to marvel at Allah swt. by singing, reading sholawat as a compliment to the Messenger of Allah. The method of preserving the ethnic Islamic music of the Nusantara LASQI Maluku Province by increasing the strengthening of sharia intelligence; Improving the quality of music technology, and increasing entrepreneurship. Members of music practitioners in Maluku as a force to prevent the domination of modern music by programming ethnic music, sahur music, and collaboration between ethnic and modern music.
