Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan melakukan analisis deskriptif tentang pentingnya keterlibatan orang tua siswa di sekolah dasar (SD) dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka dengan aktifitas merdeka belajarnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan mengamati dan mengalami aktifitas pembelajaran dalam nuansa kurikulum merdeka dan aktifitas merdeka belajar yang dialami siswa sekolah dasar dalam bentuk, aktivitas, karakteristik, dan perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi. Implikasi dari keterlibatan orang tua terhadap siswa di jenjang sekolah dasar dalam aktifitas pembelajaran menggunakan kurikulum merdeka adalah meningkatnya prestasi akademik, motivasi belajar jadi maksimal di sekolah maupun di rumah. Kolaborasi peran sekolah dengan orang tua dengan membangun komunikasi positif yang lancar, intens, dan terbuka dengan memanfaatkan media komunikasi yang sangat terjangakau dan mudah menghasilkan iklim belajar yang mandiri, bertanggung jawab, peserta didik yang cerdas, kreatif, tangguh serta berkarakter sesui dengan profil Pelajar Pancasila. Pemberlakuan kurikulum merdeka menggantikan kurikulum K-13 menarik untuk dicermati proses pelaksanaannya. Karena masih menimbulkan pro kontra, dan apatis. Banyak sekolah dalam satu zonasi belum seluruhnya memberlakukan kurilukum baru ini. Ada yang masih tetap bertahan dengan kurikulum lama. Dengan demikian fenomena ini penting untuk menjadi sumber informasi tentang bagaimana kurikulum merdeka jika dilaksanakan dengan baik dan benar, akan melibatkan tiga komponen penting yakni sekolah, siswa dan orang tua, sehingga akan menghasilkan hal-hal baik, dan hebat dalam perlembangan belajar anak.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of instructional leadership on teacher performance in public high schools in North Toraja Regency. The research employs a quantitative approach with a simple correlation method. The sample consists of 136 teachers from four schools selected using simple random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using simple regression. The findings reveal that instructional leadership has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance, contributing 52.7% of the variance. Regression analysis indicates that every one-point increase in instructional leadership improves teacher performance by 0.272 points. In conclusion, enhancing the quality of instructional leadership can significantly improve teacher performance.

Abstract

Women are still underrepresented in leadership positions in most organizations. This study analyzes aspects of women's leadership, such as barriers, enablers, strengths, and weaknesses, to understand the challenges and opportunities they face. Using a systematic literature review method, the study included scholarly articles and books published between 2019 and 2024 from the Publish or Perish 8 application. The results show that research on women's leadership is mostly conducted in developed countries in fields such as social sciences, business, medicine, and education. In both developed and developing countries, women leaders face similar barriers, such as gender gaps, "glass ceiling" career barriers, organizational bias, lack of courage to be assertive, and limited professional networks. Several enabling factors can enhance women's leadership, such as mentoring programs, effective training, and an inclusive work culture. The strengths of women leaders include high emotional intelligence, empathy, democratic leadership style, and the ability to make decisions under pressure, which are very beneficial for organizations.

Abstract

Abstract Waropen folklore is an inseparable part of the culture of the Waropen people in Yapen Waropen Regency, Papua. This study aims to examine the character education values contained in Waropen folklore and their relevance in shaping the character of the community. A qualitative approach with ethnographic methods was used to analyze thirteen titles of Waropen folklore. The results showed that Waropen folklore contains various character education values, including love and affection, caring and empathy, cooperation, courage, fortitude and commitment, fairness, helpfulness, humor, independence and self-confidence, loyalty, patience, pride, resourcefulness, and responsibility. These values are internalized by the Waropen community through storytelling and the exemplary figures in the stories. This study shows that Waropen folklore has great potential in developing community character education, especially in instilling moral and ethical values.

Abstract

The UKS (school health business) program should be a catalyst forr improving the health statu of school-age children so that it can be encourage improvements in the quality of education and learning achivment of students by implementating PHBS (clean and healthy living behavior).objective : to identify the implementation of UKS special service program on health education indicators. Method this research uses a survey research design with a quantitative descriptive approach. Data collection used the UKS/M stratification instrument for high school level. Data were analyzed using univariate analysis referring to the UKS/M SMA stratification indicators with the categories minimum, standard, optimal and complate. The research sample of 25 included public and private high schools in the jayapura city area. The research results showed that the implementation of special UKS high school services throuhout jayapura city was based on the UKS stratification of the majority of health education indicators in the standard strata. The conclusion in that the implementation of special UKS high school services throuhoutJayapura City on health education indicatorssow that the category is not good.
