Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how far the understanding and mastery of thematic subjects about events in life after the implementation of the GI cooperative learning model for Class VI UPT SD Inpres Juppai students. The research method used is this research is action research (action research), because research is conducted to solve learning problems in the classroom. The conclusion of the research is that cooperative learning of the GI model has a positive impact on improving student achievement as indicated by an increase in student learning completeness in each cycle, namely cycle I (66.67%) with a percentage of completeness of 22.22% learning completeness cycle II (79.72 %) with a completeness percentage of 87.73%, and cycle III (88.61%) with a completeness percentage of 91.25%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of children to cooperate through playing puzzle activities. This research is a classroom action research. This research was conducted collaboratively by teachers and researchers in the classroom. The main subjects in this study were children aged 4-5 years. Data collection techniques using observation and documentation techniques. The analysis was carried out using qualitative and quantitative descriptive approaches, namely the data obtained were converted into presentation form. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that through puzzle playing activities, children's ability to work together can be increased.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of Physical Education, Sports and Health of students through the Utilization of YouTube Video Tutorial Media to Improve Badminton Games in Physical Education Subjects for Grade VIII-3 Students of SMP Negeri 3 Barru in the 2017/2018 Academic Year. The research method used is Classroom Action Research with implementation stages which include: (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation and evaluation, (4) reflection. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 3 Barru, Barru District, Barru Regency, with a total of 32 class VIII.3 students as research subjects. The conclusion of activity, creativity, students' responses to game material, the activity of observing YouTube video tutorials about playing badminton with all its techniques and exploring them greatly increased in cycle II. In addition, it appears that cooperation, collaboration, interaction between students is increasing in learning.

Abstract

This study uses a classroom action research model that is in the form of a spiral from one cycle to the next. Each cycle includes planning (plan), action (action), observation (observation), and reflection (reflection), consisting of three cycles, each cycle there are 3 meetings for giving action and 1 time giving the end of the cycle test. The results show that: ( 1) The value of project assignments is cycle three, the average score is 83.37 in the good category, the second cycle has an average score of 72.11 in the less category, the first cycle is 70.26 in the less category, increasing by 11.26% better in cycle three than in cycle two. (2) Positive support for teacher ability in cycle three is 79.17% good, cycle two is 61.11% sufficient, cycle one is 54.17% sufficient, cycle three quality is in accordance with indicators of research success. (3) Positive support for student learning activities in cycle three is 86.84% very good, cycle two is 60.23% is sufficient, cycle one is 59.06% is sufficient. The conclusion of this study is that through project based learning activities, it can increase the value of the project task on the theme of clean air for health.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research with an ex post facto correlational model that aims to determine the effect of the family environment on the discipline compliance of high grade students of SD Inpres 12/79 Jeppe'e. The population in the study was high-class students with 134 students, while the sample was 50% of the total student population, namely 67 people. The data analysis technique is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Based on the results of descriptive statistics, the students' family environment is in the good category with an average of 90,89 and a percentage of 75,74%. Student discipline compliance is in the good category with an average of 91,26 and a percentage of 76,05%. The results of inferential statistical analysis show that the t-count value (3.9069) is greater (>) than the t-table value (1.66864) at a significance level of 5%. Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. It can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the family environment on student discipline compliance at SD Inpres 12/79 Jeppe'e, Tanete Riattang Barat District, Bone Regency.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to improve the learning outcomes of SD Inpres Paccekke Students, Soppeng Riaja Subdistrict, Barru Regency through Guided Teaching Through Joint Reading Activities to Improve Literacy Skills in Indonesian Language Subjects. The research method used is this type of research is classroom action research (CAR), with implementation stages including: (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation and evaluation, (4) reflection. The conclusion in this research is that the Implementation of a Guided Teaching Model through Shared Reading Activities can Improve Literacy Skills in Indonesian Language Subjects. This can be seen from the increase in learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II.

Abstract

The problem in the research was motivated by students' difficulties in writing essays. The research method used was classroom action research. This research was collaborative in nature based on problems that arose in the appreciation activity of studying Indonesian written essay material consisting of four steps of planning, action, action implementation, observation, and reflection. Based on the results of research and discussion it can be concluded as follows. 1) Before applying the Indonesian language learning wall picture media, the material for writing essays did not get a good response from students and student learning mastery was not achieved. 2) After applying the media wall pictures in learning Indonesian, the material for writing essays received good responses from students and student learning completeness achieved very good category scores.

Abstract

The aims of this study were: (a) To reveal the effect of the GI cooperative learning model on thematic learning outcomes. (b) Want to know how far the understanding and mastery of thematic subjects after the implementation of the GI cooperative learning model. This study used three rounds of action research. Each round consists of four stages: design, activity and observation, reflection, and revision. The results of the analysis found that student achievement increased from cycle I to cycle III, namely, cycle I (65.71%), cycle II (79.82%) cycle III (89.46%), and cycle I learning completeness reached ( 21.43%), cycle 2 (64.71%), and cycle 3 (83.33%) or are included in the complete category. The conclusion is that the application of the Group Investigation (GI) Model can increase student learning achievement so that this learning method can be used as an alternative to Thematic learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

Abstrak; Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian pre-eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest-posttest yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengunaan media pembelajaran audio visual terhadap minat belajar pada mata pelajaran SBdP siswa selas V SDN 161 Karya yang berjumlah 33 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan dengan instrumen angket. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan inferensial. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif diperoleh rata-rata minat belajar sebelum perlakuan 47,85 dengan kategori cukup dan setelah perlakuan diperoleh rata-rata 88,06 dengan kriteria sangat baik. Kemudian berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik inferensial menunjukkan nilai  thitung  18,892 > ttabel 1,692 pada taraf signifikansi 5%. dengan demikian H0 ditolak H1  diterima. Berdasarkan penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran audio visual terhadap minat belajar pada mata pelajaran SBdP siswa kelas V SDN 161 Karya berpengaruh.Kata kunci:  Audio-Visual, Minat Belajar
