Abstract

Small Micro Enterprises (SMEs) are one of the priorities for economic development in Indonesia because they are proven to be able to absorb labor and contribute to a large GDP amid the downturn due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The number of batik SMEs in Yogyakarta is increasing from year to year so business actors are required to think creatively and innovatively to face business competition and dynamic market conditions. The results showed that organizational culture variables had a positive and significant effect on the performance of batik MSEs in Yogyakarta. While the entrepreneurial orientation variables and internal factor variables have no effect on the performance of batik MSEs in Yogyakarta. This shows that the courage to take risks described in the entrepreneurial orientation and internal factors has not affected the performance of MSE Batik in Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Stock prices often experience unpredictable changes, leading to the uncertainty of stock return values. This paper aims to find a mathematical model to predict future stock prices based on past stock price data. One of the models used to predict stock prices is the Brownian Motion Model, which is based on the concept of random movement. The research method used to solve the stock forecasting problem is by using Geometric Brownian Motion by calculating the return value of closing stock prices using Ms. Excel, testing the normality of return value data, modeling stock prices using Geometric Brownian Motion, and calculating the model’s accuracy level using MAPE. Based on the model, the accuracy level using MAPE from the calculation results is obtained with a MAPE value of less than 10%, which is 4,93%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the average error deviation generated indicates a high level of forecasting accuracy.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) plays a significant role in marketing activities within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods sector. The impact of customers' perception of CSR on their purchase intentions is influenced by intermediaries and specific situations. This research aims to explore methods for bottled drinking watercompanies to shape and influence customer behavior towards consistent support. By harnessing CSR perception, building trust, fostering commitment, and enhancing brand image, these companies can achieve this goal effectively. To achieve this objective, the researchers conducted an online survey among a sample of customers in Indonesia. The collected data was analyzed using linear regression analysis, which allowed for a thorough examination of the relationships between variables. CSR perception has a positive effect on trust, commitment, and brand image. Brand image and commitment have a positive effect on purchase intention, while trust does not.

Abstract

This study investigates the perceptions of peer-to-peer (P2P) lending intermediaries and borrowers on lender trust. The trust model was used to develop the lender's trust in the peer-to-peer (P2P) lending sector by incorporating a similar model from a previous study in China. There are three dimensions of cognitive-based trust used in this model, they are social capital, perceived risk and information quality. A partial least square regression structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to evaluate the model. A quantitative online survey was distributed to 100 P2P lenders in Jakarta, Indonesia. The data collected was analyzed using PLS-SEM for its convergent validity, reliability, discriminant validity, and model fit. This study's approach integrates the antecedents of trust points to identify the criteria of lenders for achieving a successful loan transaction. The findings of the study revealed that it is essential for borrowers to build a good reputation and provide sufficient information needed to boost a lender's trustworthiness.
