Abstract

Community involvement and the provision of material assistance as well as socialization in the activities of providing clean water and sanitation are the main objectives in this study. In this study the authors conducted a method with a preliminary survey and research data collection used were observation, interviews and documentation techniques. In this study, the Yayasan Senyum Desa plays a role as a non-governmental organization which can provide change in the Tengger village community. This study describes the role and involvement of the community and non-governmental organizations in participating in counseling for water sanitation processing and making nutritious food. This study also explains the facts behind community service which is material and socialization can provide social influence and mindset for the people of Tengger village.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of sales growth, profitability, and leverage on earnings management by using companies in coal mining sector registered on Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period of 2017 to 2020. This research uses purposive sampling methods with predetermined criteria. The samples used in this study are 20 companies with a total sample of 80 data. This study is analysed using panel data regression in Eviews 10. The results demonstrate that sales growth and leverage partially have a significant effect on earnings management, while profitability has no significant effect on earnings management. Furthermore, sales growth, profitability and leverage simultaneously and significantly affect earnings management.

Abstract

The issue of food waste is very important as it affects various aspects of human life and the surrounding environment. Business ideas on food waste management are important to help people maintain cleanliness and environmental sustainability. Therefore, an e-booklet business idea with the title "Bye Waste" can be an effective solution for providing such business ideas. The "Bye Waste" e-booklet will contain information on how to manage food waste generated every day. In the e-booklet, it will explain the types of food waste, how to sort and process food waste, and how to use it as organic fertilizer. The "Bye Waste" e-booklet will be sold at an affordable price so that people can easily access it. In order to expand its reach, this e-booklet will be marketed through online platforms such as websites or social media.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurial characteristics and the external environment on the success of the Tampan District makanan ringan micro business in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic. MSMEs, especially micro businesses, are threatened with closure due to the COVID-19 pandemic which has not only damaged the health sector but the Indonesian and even the world's economic sector. This research was conducted on 71 makanan ringan micro entrepreneurs in Tampan District with quantitative research methods and analyzed using descriptive analysis, Multiple Linear Regression and Hypothesis Testing. From this study, it was found that entrepreneurial characteristics and the external environment had a positive effect on the success of the Tampan District makanan ringan micro business in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Catering graduates at SMKN 9 Bandung who have become entrepreneurs in the last 3 years have the lowest percentage compared to those who are working or continuing. Even though students have been provided with Creative Projects and Entrepreneurship (PKK) subjects that support entrepreneurship, The purpose of this study was to determine the factors influencing interest in entrepreneurship among students at SMKN 9 Bandung. The method used in this study is descriptive-quantitative data collection using a questionnaire. The population in this study was 101 who had passed the Creative and Entrepreneurship Project (PKK) subject, and we used the total sample so that the number of samples was equal to the total population. The results showed that the internal factors of students’ interest in entrepreneurship were in the high category. The highest internal factor score is on the feeling of pleasure indicator and is in the high-high category. Meanwhile, the lowest internal factor score is on the motivation indicator and is in the high category. The highest score is based on external factors, namely the school environment, and is in the high category. Meanwhile, the lowest external factor score is on the community environment indicator and is in the high category

Abstract

The aim of this research is to observe and analyze the effect of promotion, price and product quality on the buying decision of used cars in the city of Surabaya. The sample of this research is 97 respondents. Data were processed with SPSS software version 25. The results of the multiple linear regression equation test Y = 6.840 + 0.031X1 + 0.043X2 + 0.613X3, and the t test showed that price had a significant positive effect. This indicated that price was a reinforcing factor for customers to make purchases. used car. The outcomes of the F test is known that all independent variables together have a significant positive influence on the decision to buy a used car. The value of R square (R2) is 0.554.

Abstract

The lack of empirical research concerning graduate employability, particularly within the Indonesian context, has been evident, and the availability of diagnostic tools in this field is considerably limited. This research aims to investigate the factor structure of higher education graduates’ perceived employability by utilizing the CareerEDGE development model proposed by Pool and Sewel. The research is carried out among both current undergraduate students and alumni of a higher education institution in Indonesia. A total of 223 individuals are included in the data collection process. The collected data was analyzed using reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis. SPSS and AMOS were the statistical software employed for data processing and analysis. The findings of this study contribute to a deeper understanding of the factor structure of the perception of graduate employability and provide insights into the effectiveness of the CareerEDGE model in the Indonesian context

Abstract

This research aims to overcome these problems through a literature study that produces descriptive data related to strategies to foster the entrepreneurial spirit through entrepreneurship education for the younger generation. Data collection techniques are obtained from various references in the form of books, articles, relevant literature, and other records. The results showed that entrepreneurship education programs can reduce unemployment and form competitive individuals. Entrepreneurship education involves character building, understanding, and skills as an entrepreneur. Entrepreneurship education plays an important role in building and developing entrepreneurship. The main role of entrepreneurship education includes education about, through and for enterprises. Strategies for fostering entrepreneurial spirit in schools involve preparingeducated personnel and educators who have an entrepreneurial spirit. Entrepreneurship has an important role to play in reforming the education system to encourage creativity and innovation in the younger generation. Educational institutions play a greater role in fostering the entrepreneurial spirit.

Abstract

The use of perfume for Indonesian consumers not only serves to fulfill the user's need for a pleasant aroma, but also shows prestige for the perfume user. Consumers with middle incomes also want to experience this luxury value through Masstige brand perfume. This research aims to explain how purchasing masstige brand perfume is a starting point for consumers to experience the luxury value presented by luxury brands. This research method is through literature study. The data in this research was obtained from the collection of various literature sources relevant to this research topic. The results of this research are that Indonesian consumers consume Masstige brand perfume because they pursue symbolic value, experiential value and functional value. These three values ​​are components contained in the luxury value of a brand.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of e-commerce, fintech, social media and entrepreneurial capital in increasing the income of fashion MSMEs in the Sleman Regency area. This research is a quantitative research. The sample of this study amounted to 85 respondents. Select samples according to reasonable sampling methods. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression with F test and t test. The results of this study show that e-commerce, fintech, and social media have no effect on revenue growth, while venture capital simultaneously has a positive effect on revenue growth. An R-squared value of 0.572 indicates that the explanatory power of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 57.2%.
