Along with the implementation of project work with the Joint Operation (KSO) system, there are risks that arise due to differences in vision between partners so that risks that may occur need to be identified so that risk mitigation can be carried out. This study aims to identify the risks that arise in the KSO project in Tapin Dam, South Kalimantan. KSO risk identification begins with conducting a literature study to create a risk list and then conducting a preliminary survey and expert validation to determine the relevance of KSO risk to the project that is the object of research. Furthermore, the Probability Impact Matrix (PIM) is used to see the dominant risks that affect the achievement of project goals. This study also analyzes the risk allocation of each party and proposes mitigation actions. Based on the results of the study, it was found that among 30 relevant risk variables, 11 variables identified as high risk which are then allocated and determined its risk mitigation.

The risks that have the most influential impact during the construction work of the Sp. Dodinga-Sofifi-Akelamo-Payahe-Weda Road Preservation project in North Maluku Province, are the work environment (the surrounding conditions of the road (right and left) which are overgrown with wild plants, so that it looks like the road feels poorly maintained), equipment (inadequate opererators in operating heavy equipment during the implementation of work), materials (There is often a shortage of materials (non-local) because they have to be brought in from outside the area), methods of carrying out work (Implementation of work not in accordance with predetermined specifications), human resources, (Human resources who work cannot coordinate properly and do not produce road projects that well), financial (Insufficient financial capability of the contractor and use of unused contract advances for the purposes of project implementation), and design changes (Frequent design changes by the owner due to use or function that changed from the initial planning while the work was being carried out).

Obstructive jaundice can cause liver function damage which exacerbates patient morbidity and mortality. Fermented milk starter Lactococcus Lactis D4 derived from dadih is a probiotic that has the potential to improve liver function through the enterohepatic pathway. The research would like to determine the effect of Lactococcus Lactis D4 starter fermented milk on liver function of obstructive jaundice. This study was an experimental study with a post test only randomized control group design in 3 groups of Rattus Novergicus strain Wistar rats with obstructive jaundice model which got ligation of biliary ducts and given Lactococcus lactis D4 starter fermented milk for 7 days. Liver function was assessed by looking at the levels of total bilirubin, SGOT, SGPT, ALP, and GGT in each treatment group. Administration of Lactococcus Lactis D4 starter fermented milk caused a decrease in SGOT levels (LDB + BAL vs LDB: 51.12 ± 1.77 U/L vs 64.63 ± 0.10 U/L, p<0.05) and SGPT (LDB + LAB vs LDB: 60.60±0.85 U/L vs 67.77±2.60 U/L, p<0.05) which was significant. However, there was no significant effect on total bilirubin levels (LDB + BAL vs LDB: 3.21±0.11 mg/dl vs 3.18±0.10 mg/dl, p>0.05), ALP (LDB + LAB vs LDB: 108.20 ± 2.78 U/L vs 115.38 ± 5.08 U/L, p>0.05), and GGT (LDB + LAB vs LDB: 12.57 ± 0.45 U/L vs 12.78±0.31 U/L, p>0.05). Lactococus Lactis D4 starter fermented milk can improve liver function which is indicated by a decrease in SGOT and SGPT levels in experimental animals.

This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. This study used interviews, observations, surveys, and documentation as instruments. Analysis of research data by analyzing primary and secondary data. The object of this research is Polewali Mandar Regency as the single entity being analyzed. The completion rate of follow-up on BPK recommendations by the Polewali Mandar Regency Government from 2016 to semester I of 2021 was the lowest among the six regencies in West Sulawesi Province. This study aims to determine the implementation and constraints in following up on BPK recommendations and provide solutions for their resolution. Identified follow-up settlement problems were findings of state losses related to civil servants and third parties whose whereabouts could no longer be known, administrative findings that were no longer relevant were followed up, lack of concern from SKPD and third parties in completing follow-up, and limited number of personnel in follow-up . Efforts to increase BPK's LHP follow-up so as to provide added value and benefits for the completion of BPK's LHP follow-up include setting priorities for completing follow-up, making commitments for completing follow-up, and increasing the capacity of follow-up team personnel.

The introduction of new products in a market would normally require an extensive marketing and promotion campaign. However, certain products are ‘regulated’ as they are deemed undesirable for society. Tobacco products are one such example. The regulation governing tobacco products does not allow for any marketing and promotion. Shisha is a different form of tobacco consumption. Therefore, the introduction of Shisha in the Singapore market is introducing a new regulated product. This paper discusses a case study of the introduction and promotion of Shisha in Singapore. The study used qualitative approach with case study design. The data were generated from the researcher’s observation of a Shisha café in Singapore. The researcher made a field note as his data source and analyzed it by studying it and reduce them to only necessary ones. The case of the café is case that people can learn from in how to do personal based promotion and WOM. The strategy actually worked very well that the success of Shisha popularity eventually led to the banning of Shisha.

Bengkalis regency rank first in the domestic and foreign investment in Riau Province in 2021. However, along with the economic growth, the initial potential sectors such as mining and excavation showed a significant decrease between 2017 and 2020. Meanwhile, the mining and excavation sector used to be the biggest contribution to the economic development of Bengkalis. This research aims to analyze the driving sectors in raising the domestic and foreign investment in Bengkalis Regency. The research is an explanatory research to explain the relationship and influence of research variables in the GRDP sector on domestic investment and foreign capital. The analysis used multiple regression by SPSS software and regional economic analyses. Highways are the central infrastructure that supports land transportation. Therefore, the highway strongly supports various activities and human needs in land mobilization so that it can achieve its goals both in economic and non-economic terms. In particular, on some highways, there is a system that divides the road into two special lanes: the frontage road and the fast lane. This study aimed to assess the effectiveness of the frontage road on Jalan Margonda Raya, Depok. The data retrieval method is to survey directly and retrieve data through CCTV during peak hours on the road. From the results of this study, the average speed of a motorcycle is 26.625 km / h, which is below the standard free current speed based on the 1997 MKJI of 32.64 km / h, while the average speed of light vehicles (angkot) is 9.9375 km / h, which is below the standard free current speed based on MKJI 1997 which is 41.48 km / h and also obtained a saturation degree value of 1.1105 which means that the frontage road on Jalan Margonda Raya has a Level of Service F value. Therefore, it can be concluded that the frontage road on Jalan Margonda Raya has conditions of forced current, low speed, volume above capacity, and long lines (traffic jams).
