Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between resilience and job insecurity during the pandemic at PT X. Participants in this study were PT X employees with a population of 805 participants. The method used in this study is correlational quantitative research, with simple random sampling techniques and from the slovin formula has been determined by taking a sample of 89 participants. Resilience measurement uses Connor-Davidson – Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) with Cronbach alpha of 0.938, while to measure job insecurity using Job Insecurity-Scale (JI-S) with Cronbach alpha of 0.940. The scale was distributed in the form of questionnaires, with data analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics version 22 with the Spearman correlation test. The results of data analysis obtained correlation coefficient r = 0.562 with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), showed that the results obtained were significantly positive, which means there is a significant positive correlation between resilience and job insecurity. The higher the resilience, the higher the job insecurity, and vice versa.

Abstract

The development of technology and information have led to increase shopping activity on many e-commerce, especially in Indonesia. Tokopedia, one of the largest e-commerce in Indonesia, experienced a surge in transactions with high purchasing decisions. A high purchase decision indicates that the product or service has succeeded in attracting the attention of consumers and is related to engagement in choosing and making decisions to buy goods or use services. UI Design, UX Design and e-ServQual are the first aspects consumers feel when opening an application before making a purchase. Therefore, this research was conducted to determine the relationship between UI, UX, e-ServQual, Perceived Risk and Purchase Decision which are used as latent variables of this research. This study adopted a correlational research design and analysis was carried out using PLS-SEM method with SmartPLS 4.0 software. There are 114 respondents with various backgrounds and ages from all over Indonesia who use the Tokopedia mobile application. The results revealed that the factor that most influenced the purchasing decisions was e-ServQual with the indicator "The entire process of using the application is efficient". Furthermore, the factor that most influences perceived risk is UX Design, even though perceived risk does not have a mediating effect on purchasing decisions and become a gap in this study. The study suggested further studies to be conducted to relate the variables.

Abstract

As for the definition according to Law Number 5 of 1986 article 4, the State Administrative Court is one of the executors of judicial power for the people seeking justice for State Administrative disputes. Apart from the State Administrative Court, other courts as executors of judicial power in Indonesia based on Law Number 48 of 2009 concerning Judicial Power, are the General Court, the Religious Court and the Military Court which culminate in the Supreme Court, as well as an independent Constitutional Court. The type of research used in this research is analytical descriptive. Descriptive research is a form of research aimed at describing existing phenomena, both natural phenomena and man-made phenomena. Judges in being accountable for decisions often also seek support from jurisprudence and science. Seeking support in jurisprudence does not mean that a judge is bound by or has to follow decisions regarding similar cases that have been handed down by the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal, or that have been decided by him alone. Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been described in the previous chapters, the authors draw conclusions, suggestions, from the results of the research as follows: Weaknesses in the regulatory authority adjudicating the Determination of Village Head Election Results as the Object of the Current State Administrative Dispute, Weaknesses Regulations in Article 1 number 8 and number 9 regarding the understanding of State Administrative Agencies or Officials and State Administrative Decisions in the perspective of current Human Rights, namely that there are weaknesses in the legal structure, legal substance and legal culture.

Abstract

Given the many factors that affect coal bursts as well as complex nonlinear relationships, this study analyzes the main factors that affect coal bursts in coal seams. Central Sulawesi Province. Using NN algorithms to predict coal bursts. This algorithm uses factor analysis to subtract the attributes of the original high-dimensional sample and obtains three common factors to maintain the correlation characteristics of 82.227% of the original data that had 10 sets. factors affecting coal burst rates can be used as training datasets as well as the last five datasets used as testing data and inputted into the rapid miner application to support NN algorithms to predict results. By comparing the prediction results where the NN algorithm has a non-explosion threshold value of 3.194% and an explosion threshold value of -3.230% and is more suitable for predicting coal burst explosions.

Abstract

Telaga Biru Tourism Village is one of the attractions that offers the concept of rural life as its attraction located in Tanjung Bumi Village, Bangkalan, Madura. As a Tourism Village categorized as an Embrio Tourism Village, there are many successes that have been achieved by this Village such as being able to turn waste dumps into tourist attractions, tourism activities carried out in the Village can become the original income of the village that is able to prosper the local community, and so on. However, in its application, there are still many shortcomings that need to be addressed by the management of Telaga Biru Village. This study aims to find out the appropriate strategy in making Telaga Biru Village, which is now a Pilot Tourism Village, become a Developing Tourism Village. The type of research used is qualitative research.. The results of this study show that there is a need for the fulfillment of tourism village components such as building accommodation for overnight tourists and improving tourism village management such as the need for human resources who have competence in the field of tourism so that tourists can travel more comfortably.

Abstract

This linear operation is one way to improve image quality using contrast stretching and sobel methods. The processed image has a higher contrast value so that it can produce new information. This study aims to apply the contrast stretching method to improve the quality of coal images in JPEG format. Based on the test results, the average value of coal variance has increased. This result proves that contrast stretching causes the spread of RGB values to be even. The even distribution of RGB values causes the coal image to have better contrast than the original image before the repair. Where the results of the study found that the quality of coal was obtained based on the level of calorie content contained in coal, the smaller the calorie content, the quality of the stone was very good

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the existence of the KPK's position and authority based on law number 19 of 2019 concerning the Corruption Eradication Commission. As well as knowing and analyzing the actions of KPK Chairman Firli Bahuri in meeting the suspect in the bribery and gratuity case, the Governor of Papua, Lukas Enembe, violated the rules. This research is a type of normative research. So that it can be seen that the existence of the KPK in law enforcement in the field of corruption can be affected by the position of the KPK which is now a "state institution that is in the executive power cluster which in carrying out its duties and authorities is independent and free from the influence of any power". In addition, the state should not lose to corruptors. The state must be present in ensuring legal enforcement of corruptors who are detrimental to the state.

Abstract

'Between the meaning of voluntary being an important part of the practice of buying and selling, practically there must be a marker that proves that both parties are equally willing in a transaction the marker is called a contract in the form of a certain shigat. Thus, the interadlin principle, is really rated abash. Over time that is always developing, buying and selling online becomes a solution that greatly facilitates the practice of buying and selling, on the other hand online media is also the culprit of fraud. Therefore, in the current context, the principle between adlin and its provisions must be contextualized with the current era. So with a rule that reads "the origin of muamalah is mubah" then the transformation of the principle of voluntary can be developed in accordance with the present. Voluntary conclusions in the principle of buying and selling transactions in online buying and selling practices are; 1) the seller must openly and honestly state the real goods to be traded, 2) the buyer must be in detail the real goods that have been described before buying, 3) both parties are equally ready to use bang Together to bind the truth of the transaction
