Abstract

Breast cancer is the most common cancer in Indonesia and ranks as the first cause of cancer death. Data from the Global Cancer Observatory (GLOBOCAN) 2020 shows that as many as 16.6% of the total 396,914 new cases of cancer in Indonesia are breast cancer with a mortality rate of more than 22 million. This study took all data on breast cancer patients at Hasan Sadikin Hospital (RSHS) from 2015-2019. Where from all this data, then the inclusion criteria are patients who have TNBC from immunohistochemistry analysis. From all existing samples, the patient's age is then recorded and then grouped. This age mapping is to find out what age group TNBC occurs the most. Of the 4050 breast cancer patients who went to RSHS in 2015-2019, 628 patients showed supportive immunohistochemistry results towards a triple negative diagnosis. From all these data, it was then found that the age group that was most diagnosed with TNBC in RSHS was 41-50 years old, which was 237 people or about 37%. From all existing data, a recidivist incidence rate of 11 cases or around 1.7% was obtained. TNBC is a malignant and aggressive type of breast cancer because the immunohistochemistry (IHC) presentation does not have three receptors that can be found in other types of breast cancer, namely estrogen (ER), progesterone (PR), and a protein known as human epidermal growth factor (HER2). This research has limitations, namely that the data available is very minimal so that it is considered less representative. Research on a larger scale and longer time is needed to provide a more real and representative picture.

Abstract

The halal industry has now become a world rend and has increased consumer opportunities every year. The State Global Islamic Economic Report 2020-2021 shows that world consumption in the halal industry reached USD 2.02 trillion The purpose of this research is to identify factors that can increase the purchase intention of local Indonesian halal cosmetic brands with attitude mediation. The sample of this study were female consumers who had bought serum, lip cream and lipstick from local halal cosmetic brands (Wardah, Emina and Make Over). In this study, the amount of data processed was 258 respondents who were analyzed using the SEM statistical analysis method with the help of LISREL 8.0. The results of the study show that brand image, perceived value, religious belief, halal certification have a positive and significant role in attitude. Brand image, perceived value, religious belief, halal certification and attitude have a positive and significant role on purchase intention. Subjective norms do not have a significant role on attitude or purchase intention. The results of the mediation role test found that attitude has a role as a mediator between brand image, perceived value, religious belief and halal certification on purchase intention. The conclusion of this study is that subjective norms are not one of the factors that can increase halal cosmetic purchase intention and attitude has a role as a partial mediator on purchase intention. The implication of this research is that managers must improve brand image, perceived value, religious belief, halal certification, subjective norms, attitude and purchase intention to attract consumers to buy local halal cosmetic brands. In future research, it is necessary to expand the respondent's domicile to better describe Indonesian female consumers in general.

Abstract

With the success of COVID-19 vaccination program, number of COVID-19 survivors might increase significantly. Previous studies indicate that poor sleep quality might be one of the main problems experienced by COVID survivors that need to be addressed since it could disrupt immune system that help preventing re-infection or other health problems. This study examined factors associated with sleep quality of COVID-19 survivors at Kupang city, Eastern Indonesia. This is a cross-sectional survey, phone interviewed was used to collect data from COVID survivors regarding their perceived sleep quality using PSQI tools. Guided questionnaires used to collect information on demographic characteristics and COVID-19 infection characteristics. Multinomial logistic regression was conducted to test the proposed model of sleep quality predictors. Valid data of 148 COVID-19 survivors was collected in May to June 2021. The majority of participants were female (65.54%), aged between 21-50 years old (77.70%) and 12.16% were health workers. Most of participants were undergone self-isolation (79.73%), had no comorbidities (78.38%), had at least 3 organ systems affected during the infection (53.38%), had post COVID symptoms (58.78%), and 57.43% have poor sleep quality (PSQI score >5). The most common post COVID symptoms were fatigue (60.47%), followed by cough (25.58%), and joint/muscle pain (25.58%). The logistic regression model suggested prolonged hospitalization/self-isolation period more than 14 days and the presence of post COVID symptoms could predict higher risk of poor sleep quality. Additionally, higher number of organ systems affected during infection is increased the risk of having post COVID symptoms. Based on the findings of the factors affecting the sleep quality of COVID survivors, healthcare providers should concern sleep quality assessment as one of follow up protocols for COVID survivors, Health authorities should be aware of sleeping disorder as potential health problems in the future, thus a strategy to equip doctors in management of sleeping disorders should be considered, especially in the rural area of Eastern Indonesia.

This research uses Islamic legal theory as an applied theory, namely the Mashlahah Theory According to Imam Al-Ghazali which is a concept that is used as the main consideration in solving Islamic legal problems because the principle contained in maslahah is the maintenance of the objective purpose of law (maqasid al-shari'ah)  that is, the maintenance of religion, soul, reason, heredity, and property. Based on the results of this study, it was found that the first Bankruptcy Regulation and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations have not been based on Islamic justice values, especially in article 2 paragraph (1), article 17 paragraph 2 and article 225 paragraph 4, Second, weaknesses were found  in the current bankruptcy and PKPU regulations, including bankruptcy requirements of at least 2 creditors, the temporary decision of PKPU was only given 45 days,  and the fee for curator is too great. For this reason, it is necessary to reconstruct the Bankruptcy Regulation and PKPU, including increasing the bankruptcy requirements for more than 2 creditors, extending the temporary bankruptcy of PKPU for more than 45 days or 1 year, changing the Curator fee calculation system based on agreements with debtors and creditors.
