Abstract

The construction of a stadium that has a fairly high level of complexity with the use of an integrated design and build contract demands an acceleration of execution time, the modernization of the job procurement system and easier project delivery. Not a few of these conditions trigger disputes one of the problems that arise due to the absence of standards in determining the calculation of the volume of work which causes different views from various parties regarding the measurement of the volume of work. This study was conducted to compile and develop Standard Measurement Method (SMM) of the volume of mechanical electrical work in the stadium area based on Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and to model the relationship between the method of measuring the volume of mechanical electrical work on the level of accuracy of calculating the volume of work using Structural equation modeling (SEM). The results of this study are expected to serve as a guide in measuring volume to create a consistent measurement method and produce a measurement method that can be accepted by various parties.

Abstract

This research was conducted to carry out the technology transfer of "tunnel fish dryer-burnt stone" (TFD-Bakar Batu) as a drying device to support production results from millennial tourism "tunnel hydrogenic rotating," which did not sell out in one production cycle. The method was used through direct interviews and online questionnaire assistance for millennials, with a total sample of 13,871 respondents and farmers, with a total sample of 30: furthermore, the method for measuring the temperature at THR for environmental impacts. Testing the first hypothesis about the motivation level of farmers and millennials for the TFD-Bakar Batu and THR demonstration plots uses a proportional test with the following hypotheses: Ho : P < 50% Ha : P > 50% Description: Ho: Although allegedly less than or equal to 50% of millennials are interested in the THR and H1 tourism demonstration plots, it is suspected that more than 50% of the farmers have high motivation in implementing the THR tourism demonstration plot, which TFD-Bakar Batu supports—a statistical test using the Z count confirms this. From the results of the study, it was found that the number of millennials who were interested was 8,514 (61.37%), and those who were not interested were 5,357 (38.63%); motivated farmers were as many as 28 (93.3%), and those who did not be motivated were as many as two (6.7%).

Abstract

Indonesia is a nation that uses taxes as a means of supporting its state treasury. As a tax collection tool, Indonesia uses various types of taxes. The value of the tax is determined from the results of the collection of public funds, and the tax is then used as a condition for carrying out state development. The study sought to ascertain how profitability, leverage, and company size affect tax evasion. The approach used in this study is qualitative and involves collecting information from cigarette manufacturers listed on the IDX for the years 2016 to 2021. The findings of this study show that although leverage has little impact on tax evasion, profitability has little impact.

Abstract

Law No. 5 of 1960. This law explains that land law in Indonesia is Unofficial. This means that all issues, status, and legal basis of land in Indonesia must refer to UUPA No. 5 of 1960. Actually, this UUPA is a land nationalization project in Indonesia. So that land is properly owned and enjoyed by Indonesian citizens so that foreign nationals do not have the right to land in Indonesia except Hak Pakai. This control is not meant to be Hak Milik, but the state controls land in the sense that the State is given the right to manage land in Indonesia for the prosperity of the Indonesian people themselves. There is recognition of customary law rights, especially in the land sector which is famous for the existence of Customary Rights. The UUPA itself provides recognition of Customary Land Rights. The concept of customary rights is in line with Article 6 of the UUPA that land must have a social function. This means that the function of land is not only for personal interests, but more importantly for the benefit of the wider community or for the common good. Individual rights to land also receive recognition from the UUPA such as Hak Milik (HM), Hak Guna Usaha (HGU), Hak Guna Bangunan (HGB), Hak Pakai (HP), Waqf and Land Security Rights. So it is clear that the Indonesian land law system is indeed based on the noble values of the Indonesian nation itself such as togetherness, justice, prosperity and kinship in land control and utilization while adhering to the principle that land must have a social function.

Abstract

People with physical disabilities not only have functional limitations but also have more risks related to health problems and social barriers faced than non-disabled people. Studies have shown that people with disabilities tend to have a low quality of life. The purpose of this study was to determine the determinants of quality of life in people with physical disabilities. The study design used literature review by analyzing articles that discuss the determinants of quality of life of people with physical disabilities. Article searches were conducted on three databases including Scopus, EBSCOhost and Google Scholar with the keywords Determinants, Quality of Life, and Physical Disability. Articles used in Indonesian and English with a time span between 2012 and 2022. Searching articles using keywords on Scopus found 176 articles, 57 articles on EBSCOhost Medline and 210 articles from Google Scholar. Furthermore, screening was carried out so as to produce 9 articles that are relevant and in accordance with the objectives of this literature review. The results found that gender, age, degree of disability, availability of assistive devices, access to health information, psychological factors, family support, social support and stigma and accessibility are determinants of quality of life of physical disability. Knowledge of the determinants of quality of life for people with physical disabilities can help health workers and relevant agencies to design interventions and provide appropriate support for them.

Abstract

Indonesia has an obesity prevalence increased from 15.4 percent in 2013 (Riskesdas 2013) to 21.8 percent in 2018 (Ministry of Health RI, 2018) and in North Sumatra, the prevalence is 25.8 percent. Meanwhile, Indonesia's target in reducing obesity is contained in the 2020-2024 RPJMN by 21.8 percent so that North Sumatra has a difference of four percent. Poor food consumption patterns such as consuming foods that are high in fat, sugar, and calories and lack of physical activity that leads to sedentary activity can cause an increase in the incidence of obesity in adults, especially in employees who are more than seven hours just sitting in front of the computer. This study aims to determine the effect of consumption patterns and physical activity on the incidence of obesity in bank employees in Medan City. This research was conducted at Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) in Medan City in February 2023 with a case control research design. Obesity data were obtained by anthropometric measurements, consumption patterns using the Semi Quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire and physical activity using the Physical Activity Level questionnaire. The sample size was 150 respondents, consisting of a case sample of 50 respondents and a control sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis using chi-square test and multiple logistic regression. The results of chi-square analysis showed a significant effect of energy intake (?= 0.000, OR = 6.6), carbohydrate intake (?= 0.000, OR = 11.3), protein intake (?= 0.000, OR = 4.1), fat intake (?= 0.000, OR = 4.1) and physical activity (?= 0.001, OR = 4.1) on the incidence of obesity. The frequency of consumption (?= 1,000, OR = 1,046) and the type of food (?= 1,000, OR = 0.961) showed no influence on the incidence of obesity. Multiple logistic regression tests showed that the most dominant variable influencing obesity was carbohydrate intake (?= 0.000, OR = 11.3). The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence of consumption patterns and physical activity on the incidence of obesity in bank employees in the city of Medan.
