Abstract

Inguinal hernia repair is a common surgical procedure to treat the condition of inguinal hernia, which is the escape of internal organ tissue through a gap or weakness in the lower abdominal wall. After undergoing surgery, the recurrence rate of inguinal hernia may vary. Therefore, it is important to conduct a retrospective analysis to understand the impact of surgical techniques on inguinal hernia recurrence rates. The aim of this study was to analyze the impact of surgical techniques on the recurrence rate of inguinal hernia. This study used a retrospective analysis method. Data were collected from questionnaires and medical records of patients who had undergone inguinal hernia repair surgery at X hospital. The data obtained included information about the surgical technique used, patient characteristics, such as age and gender, and the rate of recurrence of inguinal hernia that occurred after surgery. The collected data will be statistically analyzed using the IBM SPSS program. The results showed that surgical techniques with laparoscopic methods have a lower inguinal hernia recurrence rate than conventional methods. This can be seen from the results of the regression coefficient test with a recurrence rate of 28.7% compared to the conventional method of 32.6%.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of applying papain enzyme to functional enzyme feed (PFE) with optimal doses to produce the highest growth of pomfret in floating net cages, Pangandaran Regency. This research was conducted from September 2022 to December 2022 with 60 days of fish rearing. The method used in this study was a completely randomized design (CRD) with five treatments and 3 replications. The treatments were A (artificial feed containing 5% papain enzyme in PFE), B (artificial feed containing 3.75% papain enzyme in PFE), C (artificial feed containing 2.5% papain enzyme in PFE), D (artificial feed containing 1.25% papain enzyme in PFE), and E (control). The effect of each treatment was tested by analysis of variance (ANOVA) F test at a 5% test interval, if there was a significant difference it was continued with Duncan's multiple range test. The parameters observed in this study included fish survival (SR), Daily Growth Rate (LPH), Feeding Efficiency (EPP), and water quality at the study site. The results obtained from this study were the use of functional enzyme feeds to increase fish survival (SR), Daily Growth Rate (LPH), Feeding Efficiency (EPP), and water quality at the study site. The highest growth value in this study was in treatment A (artificial feed containing 5% papain enzyme in PFE) with LPH of 3.25 ± 0.112 %, EPP of 80 ± 6.164 %, SR of 100%, and the range of water quality in the location research namely dissolved oxygen (DO) levels ranging from 5.6 to 6.7 mg/L, temperature ranging from 27 to 29 o C, pH ranging from 7 to 8, and salinity ranging from 32 to 34 ppt.

Abstract

Stress testing in the banking sector is an important tool for assessing a bank's risk level and provides a basis for assisting financial institutions and regulators in making decisions by taking into account the impact of macroeconomic changes on banking risk, one of which is credit risk, which can be seen from the level of non-performing loans (NPL). bank. NPL ratio data and macroeconomic data are periodic data presented in monthly, quarterly or semi-annual periods and are categorized as time series data. At the stationarity test stage it is known that the data is not stationary, so to overcome this a differencing process is carried out so that it uses the Vector Autoregressive Integrated (VARI) model in the stress testing analysis. Based on the Granger test, there is a causal relationship between macroeconomic variables and NPL variables, so the model can be used to predict NPL values as a stress-testing analysis. The model that meets all assumptions and has the maximum lag is the VARI (5.1) model. The results of the model analysis show that the largest and most significant contribution to changes in the NPL variable is from real GDP shocks followed by shocks from Bank Indonesia's policy variables, namely the BI Rate and Inflation.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit the entire population of the world in recent times has had a significant impact on human life. People around the world have to start getting used to adapting to new habits due to the presence of the Covid-19 virus. This is also the case in Indonesia, one of the government's policies is to issue a policy to carry out all activities at home, starting from work, school, and the obligation to limit activities outside the home or even limit meeting people. This policy also has an impact on the performance of the Notary, where the Notary in making an authentic deed is obliged to deal with the parties. The solution related to this then emerged a policy regarding cyber notary, where in making an authentic deed the Notary does not have to deal with the client and the deed can be signed electronically. This policy raises pros and cons, including the authenticity of the GMS deed which is carried out using the cyber notary method. This study uses a normative juridical method with a qualitative approach. The purpose of this study is to find out about the authenticity of the deed of the GMS made with a cyber notary during the covid-19 pandemic. The result of this research is that the deed of the GMS made using the cyber notary method is an authentic deed if it is made on the basis of the lex specialist derogate legi generali principle. it is in Article 77 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 77 paragraph (4) of the Limited Liability Company Law. After the parties have signed the deed of the GMS, the Notary on the basis of Article 11 of the ITE Law and the fulfillment of the lex specialist principle, the deed can be used as perfect evidence in court.
