Data collection techniques wereobtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of East Java Province in the form of time series data from 201 to 2021. Data analysis techniques include classical assumption tests, path analysis tests and sobel tests through IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software and online statistics calculators. Theresultsof this research show that population growth has a positive and insignificant effect on poverty. The result of the regression coefficient is a positive direction of 0.324 with a significance value of 0.091 > 0.05. Inaddition, people without progress in other developmental factors will not increaseincome. Population growth has a positive and significant effect on the unemployment rate. Theresulting regression coefficient is a positive direction of 0.225 with a significance value of 0.004 < 0.05. The increase in population cannot be fully absorbed by the company. The unemployment rate has a negative and significant effect on poverty. Theregression coefficient is a negative direction of -0.948 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Abstract

Grieving is a natural human response when losing a loved one, but a prolonged grieving process can interfere with daily functioning that needs clinical intervention. An individual's sense of grief can be influenced by various aspects, one of which, is the culture and traditions carried out when grieving. One of the prominent cultures of grieving comes from the people of Sentani, called yung robboni or bayar harta kepala. This culture requires the payment of property by the bereaved family to the birth mother’s family who comes to give food. This may feel burdensome for individuals with a low socioeconomic level and can affect the grieving process that is felt as well. Therefore, this study aims to explain how the people of Sentani interpret the grieving process in the culture of bayar harta kepala. The research was conducted using qualitative methods with a narrative approach. Research participants were obtained by purposive sampling, namely with the criteria of adult individuals aged 23-55 years who have middle to lower economic status, have deceased relatives, and carry out the tradition of bayar harta kepala. Two participants were obtained, one was a female individual aged 54 years old (MT), and the other was a female, aged 46 years old (A). The results showed that the culture of bayar harta kepala, although economically burdensome, was seen as a means of obtaining social support from the family, thus alleviating the grief that was felt. Overall, this study emphasizes the importance of empowering a culture of bayar harta kepala, followed by social and family support, in overcoming individual grief.

Abstract

The prevalence of anemia in Indonesia in adolescent groups since 2007 has continued to increase until in 2018 it showed a percentage of 32 percent. This shows that efforts to prevent anemia are still not carried out properly. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of nutrition education through Tiktok on the knowledge and attitudes of adolescent girls in efforts to prevent anemia in Medan City. The type of research used is a pseudo-experiment with a pretest-posttest control group design. The number of samples of this study was 39 people in each group so the number of respondents was 78 people. Before conducting data analysis, the Kolmogrov-Smirnov test was carried out and it was known that the data was not normally distributed, so the data analysis continued with the Wilcoxon test and Mann-Whitney test. The results of the study in the experimental group showed the average value of knowledge from 9.92 to 15.03 with a p-value = 0.001 (<0.005) and an average attitude value from 7.69 to 12.59 with a p-value = 0.001 (<0.005) which means that there is an influence of nutrition education through TikTok on the knowledge and attitudes of young women. The results of the study in the control group obtained the average value of knowledge from 9.95 to 13.46 with a value of p = 0.001 (<0.005) and an average value of attitude from 7.90 to 12.05 with a value of p = 0.001 (<0.005) which means that there is an influence of nutrition education through leaflets on the knowledge and attitudes of young women. Respondents' knowledge (mean rank = 47.49) and respondents' attitudes (mean rank = 44.97) in the experimental group had a higher value increase than the control group so it can be concluded that nutrition education through TikTok is more effective in increasing the knowledge and attitudes of adolescent girls in efforts to prevent anemia than through leaflets. Therefore, TikTok is expected to be used as a health promotion medium.
