Abstract

At Abdul Moeloek Regional General Hospital in Lampung Province, evaluating radiographers' performance is crucial for ensuring quality radiology services. The current assessment tools for ongoing professional practice and work behavior lack clear, objective indicators and targets. This research uses research and development (R&D) research methods with a quasi-experimental posttest-only non-equivalent control group design. Data were collected using observation, interviews, and FGD. Expert validation and design improvements are conducted, followed by a trial involving 20 radiographers. Validity is tested using corrected items to total correlation, and reliability is assessed using Cronbach's alpha. Next, expert validation tests and design improvements were carried out by 3 experts, and then a limited trial of 20 RSUDAM radiographers carried out a validity test using corrected items to total correlation. Meanwhile, the reliability test uses Cronbach's alpha. The developed instrument, based on indicators and targets, demonstrates valid and reliable measures of radiographer performance. Expert validation through FGD confirms the instrument's effectiveness. Validity test results indicate significance (> 0.05), and reliability tests show Cronbach's alpha values (> 0.60). Normality tests reveal non-distributed data (p-value < 0.05). The Wilcoxon test, comparing old and new instruments, yields a significant Asymp.sig value (0.000) for the discipline variable, indicating improved performance assessment.

Abstract

This research endeavors to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the Community-Based Development of the Lasiana Beach Tourism Area. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, data for this study were gathered through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research's focal points include Attractions, Accommodation, Accessibility, Awareness/Promotion, and Amenities/Supporting Facilities. The findings reveal that the development of the Lasiana Beach tourist area has yet to achieve its intended goals, and its progress has not been optimal, primarily due to the absence of diverse arts and cultural events as attractions. The inadequate provision of accommodations such as homestays, cafes, and restaurants within the vicinity further hinders the area's development. However, commendably, the road accessibility is excellent. There exists a noticeable deficiency in promotional efforts, particularly through digital and non-digital media channels and events. Additionally, the absence of supporting facilities within the area diminishes its appeal to potential tourists. This inadequacy is largely attributed to the community's limited involvement in the development of the Lasiana Beach area. To realize the full potential of Lasiana Beach as a tourist destination, it is imperative for the community to actively participate in its development. Collaborative efforts can enhance the range of attractions, improve accommodations, intensify promotional strategies, and bolster supporting facilities, ultimately fostering sustainable tourism growth in the region.

Abstract

The speech act commanding, which is part of the speech act directive, is one of the grammatical materials commonly taught in foreign language teaching to develop the form of scientific sentences. The research aims to look at command speech acts in a collection of short stories by Annie M.G. Schmidt's aim is for readers to understand and increase their knowledge about command speech acts in Dutch contained in short stories as we can produce examples of speech acts. This research uses qualitative enhancement with data collection techniques. This research uses listening and note-taking techniques by listening to the use of Dutch and noting the speech forms of the characters in the short story collection by Annie M.G. Schmidt. The results of the analysis show that the speech acts used in this research are illocutionary because the collection of short stories by Annie M.G. Schmidt contains various forms of speech acts such as assertive, directive, expressive, commissive, and declaration. Based on 5 types of short stories by Annie M.G. Schmidt, namely the short story De Reus en De Draak, the short story Het Meisje dat haar naam kwijt was, the short story De Kikvorst, the short story Het neurievolkje and the short story Het beest met achternaam, there are speech acts carried out directly or indirectly, but there are more direct speech acts than acts said indirectly.

Abstract

The delegation of authority from the Central Government to Regional Governments plays a crucial role in expediting Bureaucratic Reform. One facet of this reform is the adoption of the E-Kinerja application across all Regional Work Units, prompted by employees deviating from their assigned duties and functions. Consequently, the work outcomes lack effectiveness, efficiency, transparency, and accountability. This research aims to assess the E-Kinerja application's implementation at the Kuningan Regency Civil Service Police Unit Office, identifying supporting and hindering factors and exploring strategies to overcome obstacles. Utilizing a case study method with a descriptive qualitative approach, key informants, including the Head of the Kuningan Regency Civil Service Police Unit, and supporting informants from various State Civil Apparatus, were interviewed. Findings indicate that some dimensions, such as Capability (Timeliness), Efficiency (Policy Process Efforts), Responsiveness (Apparatus and Leader Response), and Accuracy (Impact for the Agency and Government), are relatively optimal. However, certain dimensions, including Effectiveness (Ability), Efficiency (Policy Implementation Process), Adequacy (Human and Non-Human Resources), and Equity (Goal Achievement and Transparency), fall short of optimal performance. Understanding the extent of the E-Kinerja application's implementation at the Kuningan Regency Civil Service Police Unit Office is crucial for refining the reform process. Addressing deficiencies in the identified dimensions will be instrumental in enhancing the overall effectiveness and efficiency of bureaucratic functions, aligning with the broader objectives of Bureaucratic Reform.

Abstract

This research examines the challenges and prospects of implementing replacement money in tackling criminal acts of corruption in the Indonesian corporate world. The research method was carried out through a normative juridical approach by analyzing related laws, case studies, and interviews with legal and business practitioners. The discussion begins by exploring the legal context, especially Article 18B of Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Corruption as amended by Law Number 20 of 2001. The results of the research show that the application of replacement money as a legal instrument has significant prospects in providing a deterrent effect. and recover state losses. However, challenges arise in implementation practices, especially regarding the availability of accurate financial data and the company's ability to pay replacement money. Article 18B which provides the legal basis for the application of replacement money also requires further clarification to ensure consistency and effectiveness in handling corruption cases in the corporate world. The research results show that although replacement money has prospects in overcoming criminal acts of corruption in the business sector, additional steps are needed to increase its effectiveness. Recommendations include increasing cooperation between law enforcement agencies and companies, as well as expanding the scope of regulations to cover more aspects of business practices that have the potential to become a venue for corrupt practices. This research contributes to detailing the challenges and prospects for implementing replacement money as a legal instrument in the context of criminal acts of corruption in the Indonesian corporate world.

Abstract

Basic Agrarian Law no. 5 of 1960 stipulates that all land rights must have a social function, by Article 6 which states that land cannot be used solely for personal interests, especially if this is detrimental to society. Land use must be adapted to conditions and rights, providing benefits both for the owner & for the community and state. Abandoned land, including land rights, Management Rights, and land based on a Land Tenure Basis that is not used or cultivated, is the focus of this research. This research aims to explain the relationship between the 1960 Basic Agrarian Law regarding abandoned land and its derivative regulations, especially in the context of the National Food Estate Strategic Program. The research method uses secondary data with a normative juridical approach to synchronize legal provisions with field practice. Social Function is identified as an integral element in Land Rights, and the author believes that abandoned land, such as Cultivation Rights, can be used for the prosperity of the people. However, Minister of Environment and Forestry Regulation no. 07 of 2021 indicates that these social functions have not been fully utilized along with other land uses, creating inconsistencies in the implementation of the policy.

Abstract

This study investigates the factors influencing the acceptance of going concern audit opinions, focusing on leverage, debt default, company size, and the preceding year's audit opinion. The research is based on the financial reports of 38 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), spanning a period of 5 years. Employing a purposive sampling method, logistic regression analysis is applied to assess the impact of these variables. The findings for the period 2017-2021 indicate that debt default, company size, and the previous year's audit opinion play a significant role in influencing the acceptance of going concern audit opinions. However, leverage does not exhibit a statistically significant effect on the acceptance of such opinions during this period. Contrastingly, the results for the years 2020-2021 reveal that the previous year's audit opinion is the sole influential factor affecting the acceptance of going-concern audit opinions. Leverage, debt default, and company size do not demonstrate a significant impact on the acceptance of going concern audit opinions during this specific timeframe. This research contributes valuable insights into the dynamics shaping the acceptance of going concern audit opinions, shedding light on the nuanced interplay of financial variables within the context of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
