Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Peran Ganda dan Stres Kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kinerja tenaga medis wanita, apakah Peran Ganda dan Stres Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja tenaga medis wanita dan apakah Peran Ganda Berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja tenaga medis wanita melalui Stres Kerja di Puskesmas Baun Kabupaten Kupang. Metode yang digunakan dalam adalah pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif. Penelitian ini di laksanakan pada Puskesmas Baun Kabupaten Kupang dengan jumlah sampel 38 orang dengan mengunakan total sampling, dan untuk mengumpulkan data di lapangan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresis linier berganda dan uji sobel. Hasil Penelitian menemukan bahwa secara parsial peran ganda berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja tenaga medis wanita, sedangkan stres kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja tenaga medis wanita. Sementara itu secara simultan peran ganda dan stress kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja tenaga medis wanita dan Stres Kerja tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh Peran Ganda terhadap Kinerja tenaga medis melalui Stres Kerja sebagai variable intervening. Abstract

Kupang is the right region for the ecotourism destination in NTT because it has three superiorperspectives i.e. first; ecotourism as a product (diverse natural and cultural resources), second;ecotourism as a market; the products are produced by farmers, not only marketed to traditionalmarkets but also to domestic and international market, and third; ecotourism as a approach todevelopment, it needs cooperation among the government authorities, society and entrepreneurs todevelop the potential of local communities becoming the potential of ecotourism which is ready tooffered to the potential market. This research aims to formulate the implementation strategies oflocal wisdom-based ecotourism destinations model using SWOT (strength, weakness, opportunity,threat) analysis. Results of the study indicated that Kupang has diverse natural attractions such asbeach, mountain and culture that can be promoted as local wisdom-based ecotourism. The design ofthe ecotourism development in Kupang City noticed the local wisdom which consist of two aspects,tangible local wisdom and intangible local wisdom and they are grouped into similar industry in aregion. Varied industrial activity, called agglomeration, divided into 4 clusters ; education, culture,environment and aesthetics. Recommendation from the result of this research was all attractionsthat had been identified and most of them had not developed yet, needed to be noticed from thegovernment, private sector, NGOs, academics and society in creation of a sustainable tourismdevelopment program. Abstract

Since the present trend is environmentally concerned and sustainable development policy, thus theconcept of tourism development by Local Government of Rote Ndao should concern about thattrend. Rote Ndao Regency has an abundance of biological and non-biological natural resources,however, in fact the people are remained living in below the poverty line, the agricultural sectordeclined, the lack of cooperation among the Government, community and stakeholder, the low levelof knowledge and information of stakeholders in managing and utilizing the potential of the regionas the leading tourism sector and the increasing degradation of natural resources which are notunder control. Considering the gap, researchers interested in conducting research on the developmentof area potential strategic-based ecotourism which was aimed : 1) to identify and to verify theproductivity of various commodities, horticulture agricultural integrated systems 2) streamliningLontar’s production system and the production of beef cattle/Buffalo and its effects on smallbusiness/community groups 3) efficiency of the ocean and the land areas in order to maintain andpreserve the uniqueness and richness of the available ecosystem 4) to improve the understanding oflocal society and stakeholders in order to have concern, responsibility and commitment to thepreservation of the environment and culture through workshop preparation about development ofecotourism corridor in Rote Ndao Regency. This research is applied research to solve practicalproblems that are classified into research development or action research using a descriptivequalitative analysis which consists of the analysis of the potential strategic areas profile, analysis ofefficiency, analysis of promotion and analysis of ecotourism. The development model of areapotential strategic-based ecotourism used the SWOT analysis (strength, weakness, opportunity andtreat). Abstract

This research is explanatory research to explain the effect of segmentation and positioning ontourists' purchasing decisions on Rumah Makan Ayam Bakar Wong Solo Kupang. The variablesin this study are as follows: Independent Variables ; Segmentation (X1), Positioning (X2), andDependent Variable ; Purchase Decision (Y). The population of this study were tourists who boughtin Rumah Makan Ayam Bakar Wong Solo Kupang, with a sample of 97 respondents taken bypurposive sampling. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaire and observationmethods. Test of the instrument using validity test, classical assumption test, and reliability test,and hypothesis testing using t test and f test. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistics,multiple linear regression, and coefficient of determination. The data obtained is processed using theSPSS 20.0 for program. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe tourism development strategies in increasing visits to theMount Fatuleu Nature Tourism object. Research types used are Qualitative Descriptive Research,Where researchers intend to describe existing phenomena by analyzing and presenting systematicfacts to facilitate understanding and withdrawal conclusions. By using Qualitative Methods thenthe data obtained will be more complete, more profound, credible, and meaningful, so the researchobjectives can be achieved. The population in this study included all those who knew and hadvisited Mount Fatuleu Tourism Object in Kupang Regency. In this study, the sample wasadjusted to Roscoe's theory (in Sugiyono, 2007), that the sample size that was feasible in the studywas at least 30 to 500. In this study the method used to analyze was descriptive analysis method toanswer the driving and inhibiting factors development of the Gunung Fatuleu Tourism Object inKupang Regency. Whereas to answer the strategy of developing the Gunung Fatuleu TourismObject in Kupang Regency using a SWOT analysis. Keywords : Tourism Development

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the effect of double role conflict and psychological well-being on the performance of female nurses in S.K.Lerik Public Hospitals Kupang City. Research methodology: The study was conducted with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out by filling out the questionnaire by 38 female nurses who were sampled. Data processing is performed by multiple linear regression analysis. Results: The results of this study indicate the influence of dual role conflict variables and psychological well-being on the performance of female nurses in the S.K.Lerik Public Hospital Kupang City both partially and simultaneously. Limitations: This study only discusses the influence of multiple role conflict variables and psychological well-being on the performance of female nurses at the S.K.Lerik Regional Hospital in Kupang. Contribution: This research can be used as scientific information in the field of human resource management..

Abstract

Isu dan fenomena konkrit tentang keberadaan BUMDES Di Kecamatan Laenmanen ialah: kondisi tempat usaha yang memprihatikan, belum ada pemetaan potensi ekonomi di Desa yang dapat dikembangkan oleh BUMDES, keterbatasan kemampuan manajerial pada tingkat pengelola dan kerjasama bisnis yang saling menguntungkan, kurangnya keterlibatan masyarakat dalam menunjang usaha BUMDES. Tujuan pengabdian ini ialah untuk melakukan menyusun rencana bisnis BUMDES di kecamatan Laenmanen, pemetaan potensi ekonomi yang dapat dikembangkan BUMDES, untuk melakukan penyuluhan dan pendampingan kepada pengelola BUMDES untuk meningkatkan kemampuan manajerial dan kerjasama bisnis yang saling menguntungkan; dan melakukan penyuluhan untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan masyarakat Desa dan mitra bisnis dalam menunjang usaha BUMDES. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Hasil penyuluhan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta tentang eksistensi BUMDes serta bagaimana cara pengelolaan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan meningkatnya pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta terutama para pengurus BUMDES tentang bagaimana melakukan pembukuan. Rencana pendampingan akan dilakukan selama 3 bulan dalam hal pembukuan, identifikasi dan pemetaan potensi desa, dll

Abstract

Kualitas pelayanan tenaga kesehatan sangat mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien, sekaligus dapat meningkatkan loyalitas pasien pada layanan kesehatan terutama pada puskesmas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan melakukan analisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan tenaga kesehatan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat jalan dalam rangka meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan pada Puskesmas Weekarou Kabupaten Sumba Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi dari pasien rawat jalan pada Puskesmas Weekarou Kabupaten Sumba Barat. Berdasarkan informasi Kepala Puskesmas Weekarou jumlah pasien rawat jalan berkisar 20-30 orang per hari (pasien baru ataupun sudah beberapa kali datang berobat). Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling, yakni teknik pengambilan sampel yang memberikan kesempatan atau peluang yang tidak sama bagi setiap anggota populasi untuk dipilih menjadi sampel. Data yang diperoleh berupa data kuantitatif dan selanjutkan dilakukan analisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis jalur / path. Untuk mendukung dan mempertajam hasil analisis kuantatif maka dilakukan mix method dimana maka dilakukan analisis kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam (indepth interview). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pasien rawat jalan pada Puskesmas Weekarou Kabupaten Sumba Barat menilai tingkat pencapaian kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan pelayanan dan loyalitas pelanggan sangat tinggi. Lebih lanjut, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, serta kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh sifnifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui variabel intervening kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil analisis kualitatif mendukung dan mempertajam hasil analisis kuantitatif
