Abstract

One of the problems nowadays is the low level of tolerance between people and also the low level of moderate attitudes possessed by humans. This cannot be separated from the role of teachers in schools, they do not monitor the development of students, even though the responsibility of a teacher is not only responsibility for knowledge, but what is more important is the responsibility for morals, ethics, character and personality of students. Regarding these four things, it will not be well formed if a teacher only transfers his values without making any effort to educate, develop and guide children and provide an understanding of how important it is to have a moderate and tolerant attitude. Writing this thesis under the title The Role of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in Spreading the Ideology of Islamic Moderation (Case Study at SMA Takhassus Al-Qur'an Wonosobo), aims to determine the role of teachers in spreading the ideology of Islamic moderation and to find out what material content is related to the ideology. Islamic moderation at Takhassus Al-Qur'an High School, and also what problems teachers face in spreading the ideology of Islamic moderation at Takhassus Al-Qur'an High School. The method used in this research is a qualitative type of research, with descriptive analysis of data produced through observations, interviews and also documentation at the place used as the research object The results of the analysis from writing this thesis are that the role of Islamic religious education teachers at Takhassus Al-Qur'an High School in spreading the ideology of Islamic moderation has a high role, namely by providing understanding through learning, providing opportunities for students to be directly involved in society at the same time. show a mature, tolerant and moderate attitude, and also provide concrete examples to students of how to be tolerant and moderate. From the results of the analysis, the author also found several material contents related to understanding how important it is to have a tolerant and moderate attitude. Then, in order to spread the ideology of Islamic moderation at Takhassus Al-Qur'an High School, Islamic education teachers only have a few problems, namely those related to learning methods and also the learning media used in each lesson, but in general, Islamic education teachers at Takhassus Al High School -The Qur'an does not have significant obstacles related to providing students with an understanding of Islamic moderation.

Abstract

Issues relating to granting permanent legal force to decisions of the constitutional court immediately after they are pronounced in a plenary session open to the public are important to research for several reasons Firstly, it is very important for us to know the rationale for granting permanent legal force to decisions of the constitutional court given immediately after completion. pronounced in a public meeting open to the public. Second, understanding the permanent legal force of constitutional court decisions is also related to the question of why it is not possible to have legal efforts to correct constitutional court decisions if errors occur in terms of achieving legal certainty. Based on this, the question also arises as to whether the constitutional court's decision regarding this error will continue or not. Third, it is related to whether the legislator (positive legislator) can override the decision of the constitutional court. What is the rationale underlying the granting of permanent legal force to a Constitutional Court decision from the moment it is pronounced in a session open to the public? This research is normative legal research because there is a legal vacuum if the constitutional court's decision is contrary to the spirit of the 1945 Constitution. The importance of immediacy in granting permanent character to the constitutional court's decision, if viewed from the law in book aspect, is indeed the best choice. This is based on the following reasons. First, the Constitutional Court was formed to protect the purity of the Constitution with a more detailed interpretation. This interpretation will be used as a basis for resolving problems by certain authorities who are given direct authority by the Constitution. Therefore, it is appropriate that the interpretation is only carried out once, which is binding so that the decision must be placed at the first and final level where no effort can be made to cancel it. Second, apart from that, it must also be understood that the constitutional court as a constitutional court can resolve problems and provide legal certainty quickly by the principles of fast and simple justice.

Abstract

Overseas students are students who study far from their home area and certainly far from family and close friends, so sometimes they are required to be independent and must be able to adapt to their new environment. As final students who are working on their final project, one of the challenges encountered is their ability to overcome difficult times in the process of working on their thesis, one of which is the decline in the level of optimism, so that the role of the environment and the closest people is needed to increase optimism in students. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between social support and optimism in regional students who are working on their final project. The subjects of this study amounted to 110 people who were regional students from various universities in Central Java. In this study using incidental sampling method for sampling technique. The measuring tools used are the social support scale and the optimism scale. The social support scale measures three sources of social support, that came from family, friends, and supervisors. Based on the results of data analysis, the value of the correlation coefficient of family social support with optimism of 0.530 with sig was obtained. = 0.000 for the family social support variable, then for the social support aspect of friends, a Pearson correlation value of 0.584 with Sig was obtained. = 0.000, and for the third aspect of social support, namely the supervisor, a Pearson Correlation value of 0.612 was obtained with SIG. = 0.000, where p<0.05, which means that there is a positive relationship between the three aspects of social support and optimism in regional students who are working on their final project.

Abstract

Tin phosphate can be used for electrolyte applications. The solid electrolyte industry has experienced significant growth in recent years. In 2020, the market size of the solid electrolyte industry was estimated at $17.8 million and is expected to reach $56.6 million by 2030 at a CAGR of 12.1% from 2021 to 2030. The growth of the solid electrolyte industry is driven by the increasing demand for batteries. Solid-state batteries are becoming a promising alternative to conventional lithium-ion batteries. This research produces tin phosphate nanoparticles through the synthesis of tin phosphate/GO with a modification of the Hummers reaction, using the GO template method which is used to control the morphology and crystal structure of the synthesized material, and calcined to remove GO and produce tin phosphate powder. The research results show that graphite milling time influences the size of the tin phosphate powder produced, and the size of the Graphene Oxide (GO) template also influences the size of the tin phosphate powder. Grinding time also affects the weight of the powder before and after calcination, as well as the amount of GO and tin phosphate produced. The graphite addition ratio also had a significant effect on the weight of the tin phosphate/GO samples before and after calcination. The ratio of adding 2 grams of graphite to 1 gram of tin produces an optimal weight of tin phosphate after calcination, indicating the effectiveness of using GO as a tin growth template. In addition, XRD analysis showed the identification of three dominant compound phases in the resulting powder, namely potassium ditin (IV) tris(phosphate(V)) (KO12P3Sn2), tin phosphate (SnP2O7), and potassium ferrate (FeKO2).

Abstract

The position of the Consumer Dispute Settlement Body in the judicial power law is not as a court institution but carries out an adjudicating function called a Quasi Court with resolution through mediation, conciliation, and arbitration, the decisions of which are final and binding.  The formulation of the problem in this paper is: Why is legal protection needed for consumers as a Quasi Court from the Final Decision of the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK)? Meanwhile, the method used in this research is the normative method, using a statutory and analytical approach, then the legal materials used are primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials.  Consumers are weaker in existence than business actors, because business actors often carry out actions that can harm consumers to gain profits, therefore consumers need to receive legal protection, even though UUPK has been formed to resolve disputes through the Consumer Dispute Resolution Agency (BPSK), but the BPSK decision which is final and binding has not been fully implemented consistently as stated in the Consumer Protection Law (UUPK), because there is still an opportunity to submit objections for parties who object to the BPSK decision.

Abstract

In this quantitative correlational research, the primary objective is to elucidate the relationship between self-efficacy and homesickness among a cohort of 77 UKSW migrant students hailing from Bitung City. The study employs a saturated sampling technique to ensure comprehensive participant representation. The research instrument integrates the well-established general self-efficacy scale (GSES), developed by Schwarzer and Jerusalem, and the homesickness questionnaire (HQ), crafted by Archer. Upon conducting data analysis using the Product Moment Pearson correlation technique, the study reveals a noteworthy correlation coefficient (rxy) of -0.671, accompanied by a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). This statistical outcome signifies a significant negative relationship between self-efficacy and homesickness in UKSW migrant students from Bitung City. Essentially, the findings suggest that heightened levels of self-efficacy are associated with diminished experiences of homesickness. Conversely, lower levels of self-efficacy are linked to increased homesickness among this student cohort. This research sheds light on the pivotal role of self-efficacy in influencing the emotional well-being of international students, particularly in the context of homesickness. The implications extend to the development of targeted interventions and support strategies aimed at enhancing the overall resilience and adjustment of migrant students. Future research endeavors may delve deeper into additional factors influencing homesickness and explore effective intervention strategies to bolster self-efficacy, thereby addressing the multifaceted challenges faced by international students.
